There has to be a lot of restrictions..
In ALL the custom..
Also, if you are in the restrictions or not, you have to ask if you could use them..
Where you can ask that is..
A thread, or group..
Named Rule-Makers? Or something..
And in there should be a number of people, 'smart' people , who revise evrything according to facts and figures..
Also all the downsides and upsides should be revised in that group..

thats what was in mind but it would be a work in progress i think... something like this i dont think could happen overnight.

well if u agree on some - the ruling depends on the element would probably be the best option... and your feedback through battling and other threads would most likely determine how severely the element is gonna be clamped down on.

ok so if i only agree to say metal i just say what restrictions i think should be put on it and stuff

Also, certain amount people can go in here..
Maybe people who have each others msn, to make it easier
People with backgrounds of helping, having good ideas, being able to organize something properly..

yes this would make it easy... although i think using the social groups could work well too and pein also mentioned something about test battles too...
but yes i think things like this would help...
