If I'm not mistaken when Eren's father was injecting him he mentioned memories. Is it possible that his Dad somehow injected Reiss family memories into Eren? That would explain the image of the Historia-like girl in the flashback. Also that means deep down Eren has knowledge of the wall's secrets.
