I'm pretty sure it is chapter 32 not 31.. Anyways.. I think the art work is much better to me than Naruto's manga IMO...

It's considered bad because it looks kinda messy. You know like when you sketch something you sometimes draw multiple lines to form one? In Naruto it's clean

I guess I kinda like the sketch look then. It looks more detailed to me like its actually drawn. Naruto looks computerized..
