simply NO... chiyo ba could defeat him only because he didn't move at the final move by her and bcoz she knew all about him otherwise he isin't the puppet master for nothing. he made the 3rd kazekage a puppet and would try this here too....

ah ok. then if he has KM, I think konoha can win. If Naruto makes just 4 km clones they're equal in numbers with tsunade left over to heal the others and provide communication through katsuyu.
then they also have the overwhelming advantage in speed, and more powerful attacks (than without Km, not than akatsuki). all the toad summons+Katsuyu+Enma equal Pain's summons imo. and they have counters for itachi's techs which is key (tsunade for tsukuyomi, jiraiya and minato's seals for amaterasu) and itachi can't spam those. plus they have a ton of smarts on their side, kakashi and minato are itachi's equals in intelligence if not better, and while sasori,kakuzu,and deidara are quite perceptive, in battle jiraiya,naruto and hiruzen are more than equal to them.
imo key factors in this battle are jiraiya and kisame. both have insane chakra levels and techniques which can cause a lot of havoc and devastation (jiraiya's toad bind, hell swamp, that lava thing, and kisame's water pool, thousand feeding sharks and that last giant shark which feeds on chakra).
not to mention, Konoha have two trump cards: 1. death reaper seal which both hiruzen and minato can use on multiple targets and 2. naruto going kyuubi. Akatsuki have deidara's trump card which is as indiscriminate as naruto's kyuubi, and pain's chibaku tensei though.

Konoha wins hands down. J-man was able to drop 3 of the pains by himself. With others help and tsunade healing he figures it out and drops pain all together. Naruto pretty much drop pain himself and he's a idiot. Pain might be the last on left but he doesn't control the field like he did before, especially against this group. Minato speed is enough to keep all the akatsuki on the defense with the others atacking. In what we saw. Minato doesn't play around or talk much in battle. He just drops people.

who on that squad could he make a puppet?! are you honestly saying that sasori could defeat minato, naruto, or jiraiya? no.. he wouldnt be able to.

once his SM is lost he's as good as a puppet though if we take kyubi into account it might not want to live inside of a puppet and as for kakashi and tsunade hahahahahahah lol... just read his stats his stamina and intelligence both are 5.. atleast know about him a little... then question about sasori sama's abilities.....

This is a good fight, but it all depends on the initial strike. If Minato strikes first and knocks out a few Akatsuki like Deidara, Konan, and MAYBE Kisame or Zetsu immediately, then Konoha would win this with extreme difficulty.
But at the same time, if Itachi strikes first and nails ANYBODY on team Konoha with Amaterasu or Tsukuyomi, then Akatsuki will beat them with extreme difficulty in a 9v5 battle.

once his SM is lost.. you make it sound like he would waste it. you see what he did to pein in the duration of 1 SM.
im not taking anything away from sasori, just saying he isnt as strong as kakashi and maybe not tsunade. either way, this entire thread is opinionated, i have mine and you have yours. its getting kinda repetitive too soooo... yeah.. :|

Id say akatsuki has this but still i believe it would'nt be easy for the akatsuki to handle them.
Awesome battle, Jman and Naruto and Minato all Toads summoners and two of them got SM and Minato FTG epic combo, tsunade well epic medical nin, Kakashi is capable of taking care of one or two if he is lucky and he got time to do it. 3rd hokage is not useless, he is quite powerful and i believe he can take care of atleast one or two of the akatsuki.
Lol Tobi would be one hell of a pain in the a** for everyone.

Akatsuki wins this with great difficulty. It would be borderline impossible to go up against the mid-long range pressure of Deidara, Kakuzu, Konan, and Sasori while simulaneously dealing with the close range pressure that is Pein, Itachi, Kisame, and Hidan. That's not even considering Tobi, Zetsu, Sandaime Kazekage, 100 Puppets, Hiruko, and Kakuzu's masks.
Though that's not to say Akatsuki wouldn't suffer some major casualties. In fact I couldn't see anyone outside of than Nagato, Tobi, Sasori, Hidan, and maybe Itachi surviving the encounter.
