At Expense of Shadow Clones!

With the newer Menacing Rasengan Ball in formation, Eight Tails told Naruto that he should not use Shadow clones while using Kyuubi Mode! After Sage Mode that limited Naruto's use of Shadow clones, Kyuubi Mode could indefinitely prevent Naruto from using it! This is almost the end of Naruto's original fighting style!

I agree that Naruto's newer power will get awesome but it's kind of sad that Kishi's is doing that at the expense of the technique with which the series originally started! Your thoughts!

I do agree with you, however when you think about it Kishi hasn't actually done anything significant with the shadow clones lately, I just think that ever since part 1 ended, they've just been tools to allow Naruto to perform newer versions of the rasengan.

when he starts a fight he will make a bunch of clones(like usual)and when his clones are defeated he will use sage mode with two clones and when those clones are defeated he will use beastmode with no clones and then when he gets defeated he will combine sage mode and beastmode and just barely save the world......mark my words U_U

The SC always looked like a nuisance to me really, as Cfighter said, besides helping him upgrade Rasengan and doing Uzumaki Rendan he doesn't really use them for any use, bar analyzing the situation.

I AGREE, naruto has changed so many people big and small, friends and enemies alike, so its hard for me to think naruto can't change the 9tails, from my reading of the manga naruto has of yet has not tried to get to know the fox at all, so once he does thesky is the limit, but he also needs to get away from clones just a bit. lol

Well Shadow Clones are still vital in Naruto using Sage Mode, he just isn't able to use as many during the fight because of it.

Naruto won't use Shadow Clones in his controlled jinchurriki form, but he'll be able to if he and the fox actually form an agreement. Them forming an agreement is likely to happen once the Fox sees that Madara wants to recreate the juubi and has an actual shot at doing it.

The Shadow Clones make Naruto just like the Sharingan makes Sasuke. It won't die.

Honestly, I was sick of seeing clones too. One, it's possible that Naruto can't do as many anymore because he's not automatically using the Kyuubi chakra all the time. Two, I want Naruto to be a cool shinobi like his father. His father doesn't use clones like that. Clones were really cool in the Gaara fight when Naruto was kicking Gaara's ass, and during the Deva Path defeat where Naruto used a bunch to to kick (and fail to kick) Deva Path's ass.

Other than that, I'm sick of clones. If he has to hide behind a tree and do a Rasengan quickie on Sasuke, he's gonna be a lot harder to hide if he has two other clones with him.

Which brings me to another point, if "that" jutsu is another Rasengan variation, I'm gonna make a billion shadow clones to Rasengan Kishi till he gets the point.

I think it is "that jutsu" because it was tied in with the 4th and the beast bomb in 519 and Killerbee sort of confirmed it (almost). From the last chapter it appears its just another rasengan. But atleast rather than a standard rasengan it will be the beast bomb.. Does rasengan with another name still count as a new jutsu at this point? lol

If Naruto's chakra is full of life, (as stated by Karin after she looked at his chakra). Then I think it might be set up that if the Fox keeps stealing Naruto's chakra, maybe that means the fox will be affected by the Naruto's chakra. This could be a way to tame the beast like the eight tails said.

Until the Fox is 100% cooperative with Naruto it got to be this way. SHadow Clones in the new mode can kill Naruto for the time being.

Lol go read again and start in chapter 1. The fox helped naruto when he was on the brink of death or defeat at the hand of enemies, in the haku fight, neji, gaara, Orochimaru etc.. The difference is, is that in the fox cloak mode the fox has the oppertunity to start a tug of war with his chakra again. Naruto won it the first time with a part of the foxes chakra which allowed him to use that cloaked mode. But when he is in it the fox can slowly take over Naruto again. When he succeeds he is able to get out, which would leave a drained Naruto and he will die. So there is a difference and the KB only speed up that proces.

Actually there is a deeper meaning to all this. Think about it, as mentioned in chapter 519 when using kyuubi mode naruto's own chakra is being sucked by kyuubi and it will take him a while b4 he can recover his own chakra. So what are the implications of this limitation for Naruto?

1. If he uses SHadow Clones and other techniques and exhausts himself first, there is no way he can use kyuubi mode then? Because if he does, he would already be low on his own chakra and if kyuubi manages to suck out even more he is a gonner?

2. Let's say he will use Sage Mode first do all the other techs he will still mould some of his own chakra. During his fight with pain we saw he was exhausted and low on his own chakra after that fight. So even if he uses Sage Mode first he will still exhaust his own chakra and if he decides to use Kyuubi mode after that, I don't know what will happen. Kyuubi will suck down his own chakra even more and he would have to quickly release kyuubi mode or run the risk of his own chakra finishing and him dieing.

Personally I think this whole limitation of kyuubi mode really sucks. I don't know if this has made naruto more stronger or not, he will have to use this mode wisely or he is a gonner. Unless he finds a way to combine kyuubi and Sage mode he is in trouble.

when the shadow clones are released or defeated, the chakra returns to naruto along with any info they gain.

I can definitly see naruto making 1000 clones at the beginningof a big fight, and using them to gain intel on his foe. when they get defeated he will use sage mode or kyuubi mode and he wont need all the clones anymore.

Sir you are incorrect in Rikudou mode his rasengans are biju bombs when done correctly when Naruto gains full control over the kyuubi he could use his shadow clones again.

The rasengan will never get old as long as Naruto turns it into a new jutsu. He has at least 10 versions of the same jutsu.

@BarBoBot After the shadow clone jutsu is destroyed or released Naruto doesn't get his chakra back just the knowledge.

Well every mode Naruto gains it changes his fighting style. Rikudou mode is based on speed and power, sage mode was based on power and endurance, Base mode is based on clones and endurance.
