Edit: She can't win. There is no way she can handle huge creatures and robot that can spam missiles. Deva and Asura beat Kakashi, choji, choja and other fodder jonin. you are saying that it is not effective?

Mei is not winning.
Animal path can spam too many summons, and Asura Path can spam missiles and lasers.

asura and animal high diff.
mei cant see the chameleon and cant kill cerberus but she can definitely give it a shot with acid mist. her large suitons have good AoE. the problem is shared vision to dodge her lava, and giant panda to intercept her water dragon.
asura's head cannon is easily city block level. nothing mei has matches that destructive power
