She really does resemble Shisui to some extent. It's the hair style as well as the red eyes that kinda look like sharingan.
Regardless, I actually think her design is cool and better than most female designs.

If you're a guy and you think she has the best design than you must look deep into yourself and confirm your sexuality, if you're a girl and you think she has the best design...same story.
