its a girl kishi said years ago he wanted asumas child to be a girl. also she has a toddler and young adult designs from the last naruto movie she looks more girly in the movie compared to how she looks here because of her gear makes her look tomboyish and the short hair

Ino's kid looks more like a girl, than Asuma's kid looks like a boy.

It looks like a boy to me. And look strikingly similar to shisui too. Maybe asuma or kurenai was a uchiha after all? haha. I mean just look at kurenai's eyes, she pretty much has a sharingan already except for those black dots lol
