Zabuza's mist incased the entire 3rd division which has like 10,000 shinobi. Theres no way Asuma can blow THAT away. Besides,the only wind technigue he used was Dust Storm Technigue and its range is not even large.

hahah i just love vs threads like this i can look for counters all day.... soooo what if asuma doesnt create a wind style fast enough and zabuza just finishes him off sooner??

if zabuza`s mist would be so easily blown away,then surely someone would have done it when zabuza was reanimated...but it was a hell of a trouble....like 50 guys couldnt handle the fog and kakashi had to eliminate zabuza to stop the mist..i just dont think asuma would have handled it by himself...kakashi barely did it with his sharingan and his sense of smell and he had to get blood on zabuza`s blade to do so in part 1...

blowing away the mist is a little more then a assumption, the mist is a D rank, wind a a C rank allowing the C to take the upper hand also the move has been shown to blow away smoke bombs ect so mist would not be must diffrent. So its 99% he can and also its worth noting that in the rp ect wind does blow it away

It doesn't matter about the rank, rank is just for the difficulty using it. Asuma can't blow away mist there's way to much.

asuma sends his wind in one direction,zabuza comes from the opposite direction...unless if asuma does a 360 powerful attack to blow all mist away...LOL i cant see that happening...

what i am saying is asuma doesnt know where zabuza is...he could be blowing in one direction but zabuza could be coming at him from the opposite direction

i read it but my text still stands as he cant get behind asuma, he is not fast enough to do that and then he would be seen

edit: he would still be seen because asuma move covers his line of sight and he cant get out that fast

umm,he doesnt have to get behind asuma if he by chance already is behind asuma...so asuma can be clearing his path forward as much as he likes,zabuza could stab him from behind....and that asuma could clear his path in an instant..that would have to be an insane wind jutsu...like that shout power in skyrim...
