asuma has nothing to even dent the powerhouse kisame, samehada eats ninjutsu, any damage he can do would be healed besides being beheaded like hidan was but his chakra would never reach kisame's neck since hes not fast enough and kisame is way stronger then him physically and probably a better overall swordsmen.
