cool u need the wind element 4 this technque its called fuiton susi ken wind cross fist its close range a rank jutsu that cut opponents to shreds to do the technque put ur arms in a scissor like position u then must concentrate wind element chakra to ur arms then lash out at ur oppoent causeing deep cut and possible cutting them in half
first u must do three stages u must cut three elelments in half wood stone and metal

yes i do futon shurike futon neeadles and futon nagashi they are activeted by the rath seal futon nagashi you turn the wind into neadels
futon shuriken you turn the wind into shurikens and futon nagashi its like cidori nagashi but it cuts rather than stings

i know earth and fire plus when ur a sanin level u can use another leement i chose wind. pick ur third element carefully when u get ot that level

then conetrate the earth around ur opponent make it suround them liek a sphere so that they don't get out it a rank jutsu good 4 detaining soemone to one spot.
