I’ll skip the formalities and get straight to point, Ichibe-kun” Mirabelle said towards the Akimichi shinobi. She truly has been absent in the fields of combat, damn near retiring into simply teaching the ways of Neidan to the younger generation of the Hayabusa. The solace she found her teachings, however, was briefly postponed when an old friend of hers came seeking a fight. It wouldn’t be the first nor last time she’s been directly summoned to battles. Standing eleven meters away from him, she did her usual routines of making sure her surroundings didn’t seem “off”, also taking into account any weapons he might be harboring.

Her sacred weapon, Oath Keeper silently orbited her body. Undetected by those who lack the means to see it, it was infused and crafted by her chakra – meaning the chakra of the dragon was also added into the mixture, making it truly impossible even for other Yin Release level sensors to be able to detect it. The ultimate hidden weapon, the spear was designed to become anything her imagination desired. “How about a crash course on the basics of ninjutsu all over again? Since we are both out practice of course…” she said with a wicked smile.

Lesson 1: Ninjutsu!” she said, slamming her on the ground. This in response caused the very terrain to begin to contort to her command. The solid ground would morph in shape, as several sharpened spikes emerged from the surface level of the earth. It wasn’t aimed at any of his vitals directly but should he take the wrong step – it could usher him into the hospital pretty early. She kept her palms on the surface for a reason, as the initial technique didn’t require such a trigger.

It was a distraction – as the real technique she intended to use came into play. Burrowing underneath the surface (roughly two meters below) mass amounts of paper tags were being streamed and piling up. Mirabelle with careful timing crafted a “carpet” of explosives that spread across a circumference of five meters. She detonated the tags on command, triggering an explosion. Little did Ichibe know however these weren’t normal explosive tags. These tags had the “Heavy Artillery Explosives” kanji written on them, making the explosives twice more powerful than the originals.

She made sure to angle the explosion in such a way that it wouldn’t cause any debris to fly into her direction. She stood up, curiously wondering if she made it too simple or too hard. “Next up is…” her mind drifted off into thinking of her next possible techniques. She didn’t want to show her hand too early or else it would ruin the surprises in store.

These exploding tags can be used in place of weaker ones in jutsu involving them.

Description: Based on the principle of the Hidden Explosive Tags Technique the user slams their hand against a surface and using his or her chakra is able to stream a multitude of paper tags through the applied surface. Unlike the Hidden Explosive Tags Technique these tags will emerge from the surface at any point desired by the user and will form any solid shape within reason that the user desires. These forms created by this technique can range from generic pillars of tags, a carpet of tags to cover a surface, or even simple spheres and solid formations which rest on the surface they are produced from. While merged and streamed through the ground the tags, with the user’s chakra, are hidden from sight and are essentially merged with it protecting their presence. When the tags come in contact with solid matter or an opposing force these tags will automatically detonate producing an explosion proportional to the number of tags used. Alternatively the user can detonate the tags according to their will voiding the need for contact with an opposing force or solid matter. The explosions produced by the tags can be manipulated by the user controlling their directionality. Devious Explosive Tags Technique can be used four times per battle and cannot be used in consecutive turns.

Description: Oath Keeper is relatively newly forged spear. It was named in remembrance of Mirabelle’s love for her people and all those who influenced her in life and her oath to always protect them. The shaft of the spear is decorated in a milky silver metal; accompanied by a white colored blade. It’s weight is rather light but it’s durability speaks volumes – as it unbreakable by any means. This however doesn’t mean that it alone can stopped ranked techniques but it can easily slice through free formed weaponry and hand to hand combat. The basic framework of it’s abilities come in the combination of Fuinjutsu and Yin Release. It’s abilities are known as “Oaths” respectively.

Oath of the Calling: This is the most “basic” of the weapon’s ability; in which it takes the aspect of “Yin Release: Hand’s of Sloths” ability. This allows the blade to be summoned into existence from within a spiritual state of existence into a tangible one or vice versa. This is relatively useful as she can choice when to summon the weapon into her hand when actually needed; as in most cases will be simply traveling dead weight. In it’s spiritual form it is intangible and cannot be interacted with – floating around the user aimlessly though other Yin specialists are able to see it or Sage Mode users being able to sense it. This ability is C ranked, being passive by nature due to it’s pure simplistic nature though because it is Yin based, the ability uses 30 chakra to use each time to switch forms. In the event the user is knocked unconscious while it’s in tangible form, the spear automatically reverts back into it’s spiritual form. In addition to the this, the blade levitates around the user in which she can guide it with hand gestures to be used in conjunction with Oath to Strike.

Oath of Empowerment: Another ability programed into the spear is a seal with the inscription of empowerment. It’s main ability is due to the user’s constant sealing of Yin chakra into the spear – it gained generous amount within it. This chakra is then leaked back into the user’s body over time from the seal in order to empower their Genjutsu abilities. This translates to the user gaining an increase in rank towards all their genjutsu by +1 Rank up to A rank though S ranks will simply gain a +20 point increase in damage if offensive whereas non damaging ones aren’t affected (However this can only be applied once per turn and goes into a usage cool down of two turns making Oath of Empowerment unusable in that time). This increases the chakra amount spent in genjutsu to be increased by +20 additional if the ability is applied though it doesn’t add into the overall effectiveness of the illusion. This ability is passive and doesn’t require a move slot.

Oath to Strike: The last and final ability of the spear – this ability simply allows for the spear in itself to be used as a conduit in order to perform kenjutsu, spear, or any other weapon technique. This is done by the spear being able to apply a similar effect of “Change of Heaven” to itself and remold it’s blade into the needed weapon’s form. In terms of techniques used through the spear released as a projectile, it passively becomes Yin natured instead of normal raw chakra but in order to do so will cost it an additional +30 included in the original technique’s chakra cost. This only applies to chakra based techniques (kenjutsu/weapon based projectile techniques lacking an elemental nature such Crimson Slicing Wave and can only be used twice per turn and having a cool down of two turns after use causing Oath to Strike to be unusable).

This spear can only be wielded by Mirabelle and those who she allows. Others who wish to use the spear will require to know Yin Release and Fuinjutsu while also having “Yin Release Specialist” and any other genjutsu related a specialty in order to use. Those lacking in those areas who try to make contact with the spear will have their chakra drained at a rate of -50 per turn.

The Mad Monk grinned at his frenemy as she began the battle, placing her hands upon the ground. The earth around Ichibe began to shift and rumble but the Monk's grin only widened, he began to focus fire chakra to his hand even as the spikes sprouted upwards towards him. Ichibe shifted his body allowing the spikes to skewer the meat of his body without impacting his bones, it would paint a gruesome scene with the smiling man impaled and bleeding without flinching.

I apologize that I am not responding to your ninjutsu with the same, but I am rather fond of my own creations.

As soon as the spikes finish forming Ichibe grips one of them with his glowing hand, breaking off the sharp tip after flowing his chakra into the earth below it. As a result all of the spikes crumble from Ichibe's body and a vast fiery nest forms and spreads underground, this would detonate any of the explosive tags prematurely before they reached Ichibe and prevent others from being streamed through it. Ichibe would fling the the pointed spike of earth into the air like a crude kunai, aimed to rise up and travel in an arc to fall upon his enemy. Even as he threw the spike Ichibe channeled his chakra into the air above Mirabelle forming two misty assassins in the air, the first 5m directly above her and the second 10m behind her a the same height. They both fall towards the ground with the one directly above her attempting to slam its blades into her, assassination style.

Description:
The user of this technique will focus huge amounts of katon chakra into a single hand, compressing all the chakra greatly which takes the form of a red glow around their hand. Then the user will simply touch the earth and with that fire will blaze through the earth underground and create a huge network of tiny tunnels in all directions. In these tunnels there is contained one thousand small beetles made of pure fire. These beetles are controlled by the user and can perform various tasks for them. When to directed they can burrow up out of the ground to attack the opponent, flying or climbing up their body while biting and burning them from their intense heat. The beetles can be used as a wide range attack, rising up from underground all over the battlefield or at one or multiple points, all up to the users will. After they attack the beetles will disperse harmlessly.

Description: The user will channel their water chakra into the surrounding air in order to create a number of traditional assassins composed entirely of mist with a slight blueish hue. This is the brother technique of "Wind Release: Leap of Faith" and thus has very similar applications to that of its wind brother. However, it does contain some slight mechanical differences due to its watery composition. The assassin's may be able to disperse themselves into mist, or form into their regular shape at any time, and passively may do so. This allows them to effectively evade physical based attacks and continue their assault. However, they may not attack in mist form. But when in mist form, they do possess a defensive capability to sustain their presence of the field. This mist form allows the assassins to supplement what its brother technique could not do, and that was block against attacks. When used in offensive purposes, the mist will condense its water droplets tightly and essentially "turn" into a water form, quite solid, and able to pierce, stab, and slash the opponent in similar methods to its wind counterpart. These assassins possess the natural capability of flight due to their weightlessness and are all fully equipped with twin hidden blades jutting out of their forearms. These assassins, regardless of the number, will always have to be created a minimum of five meters away from living beings (excluding the user and sentient creations such as the Stone Golems) and must always be created above their targets. The number of created assassins will always equal or exceed the number of designated targets (e.g. if a technique creates a fifty soldiers made of earth, at least fifty assassins of wind will be created). The maximum possible number of assassins that can be created through a single usage of this technique is a hundred and so if more than that number of targets exist, then this maximum of one hundred soldiers will be created. The power of this technique is equally divided between the number of assassins created.

Hmph” Mirabelle pouted her cheeks. Ichibe wasn’t exactly in the mood to follow in her little game. It didn’t matter however, she simply will continue without him. Maybe he’ll play along afterwards. It seems he was still as agile as ever, completely watching as his flames protected him from both of her attacks as they become neutralized. Mirabelle was cautiously watching his moves, until she noticed a shadow suddenly forming underneath her. “Rookie mistake” she said in a soft tone, as she glanced her head upwards to see water shaped familiar coming down towards her. She smiled if it wasn’t the signature technique of the former Mizukage.

I see the will of John Snow still lives in both of us…” she said. However, she simply stood there, allowing the blades of the assassin to strike her down. “Gauuhhhhh” she screamed in pain, as the blade was removed from her body. It wasn’t long, but she spoke soft words beforehand. “Lesson 2…Genjutsu…” she said her the illusionary body faded away. In reality Mirabelle faked getting strike down, having moved towards her immediately left side at a running pace. She knew the illusion wasn’t going to last very long – so in combination with it she tossed an explosive tag.

It’s existence was secretly disguised by the illusion but the moment her illusionary body was struck, it would dispel the illusion in question – allowing Ichibe to see the tag. The tag itself wasn’t without another heavy artillery explosive attached to it. Its been some time since she’s used genjutsu but it felt great once again.

Now then, lesson 3…Taijutsu” she said as she entered the Huquan combat stance for the Hayabusa Martial Arts, she immediately rushed at Ichibe in a linear form, to which if she managed to get near him would perform a strike to his stomach at thrice her usual speed. Her spear would be moving along with Mirabelle all this time in an intangible state.


(Genjutsu: Kawarimi ) Illusion Technique: Substitution

Description:
A simple technique, this genjutsu works solely as a defensive measure. The user will produce an illusionary copy of himself while he escapes the path/area of the attack with a rapid movement, unnoticed and masked by the technique. The enemy will see and hear the user in the original place until the attack connects with the illusionary copy, at which point it will disperse, revealing the true location of the user. The technique can be controlled so as to have the illusionary copy interact and talk in specific ways with the enemy for other purposes, while the user remains hidden from the targets perception. The illusion is often personalized from user to user, namely in its dispersion, sometimes in relation to the users elemental affinity or summoning companions, following a theme unique to him. The limitation is that the user cannot escape large techniques with this ability nor incredibly fast ones, since the escape is his movement and, as such, is limited to small scaled attacks or normal paced ones. Only techniques which can be escaped by moving out of their way running or through movement can be defended from with this. The main limit however, is that, since its a sustainable illusion, triggering any offensive action towards the target will immediately release the illusion, be it a simple taijutsu move or a ninjutsu attack; any aggressive action the user wants to take will immediately break his focus and control over the technique, releasing the target from it. The stronger the user is with the usage of Genjutsu, the more effective and strong the illusion will be and more times can it be used.

(Hayabusa Kobudo: Kumite) Hayabusa Martial Way: Fighting

Description: Kumite refers to the free fighting style of Hayabusa Kobudo. Hayabusa hone their fighting style through the practice of kata (forms) and bunkai (application) which utilize the dantian and Neidan. Over the years, four essential kumite styles have come out of Hayabusa Kobudo that all Hayabusa must learn; Huquan, Shequan, Longquan, and Wuquan.

Huquan (Tiger Fist)

Hu Quan is the fundamental fighting form of Hayabusa Kobudo. The form is characterized as the most direct and offensive style of fighting. Hayabusa will use their lower dantian to draw physical essence from nothingness (Wuji) into their being. The essence drawn into the user’s being increases their physical speed, strength, and awareness allowing them to heightened feats of taijutsu. The user is able to perform taijutsu and other acrobatic movements at twice their normal speed as well as react to anything as long as it is within their range of sensory perception (five senses, taijin, etc). Alternatively, the user can move linearly three times their speed (chunin and above), however this level of movement cannot be maintained for longer than a single turn. As for their power, Hayabusa gain +20 to their taijutsu while using Huquan. The user can use Huquan fighting in successive turns depending on their rank which reflects their overall physical condition. Genin and chunin can only use Huquan for a single turn. Hmph” Mirabelle pouted her cheeks. Ichibe wasn’t exactly in the mood to follow in her little game. It didn’t matter however, she simply will continue without him. Maybe he’ll play along afterwards. It seems he was still as agile as ever, completely watching as his flames protected him from both of her attacks as they become neutralized. Mirabelle was cautiously watching his moves, until she noticed a shadow suddenly forming underneath her. “Rookie mistake” she said in a soft tone, as she glanced her head upwards to see water shaped familiar coming down towards her. She smiled if it wasn’t the signature technique of the former Mizukage.

I see the will of John Snow still lives in both of us…” she said. However, she simply stood there, allowing the blades of the assassin to strike her down. “Gauuhhhhh” she screamed in pain, as the blade was removed from her body. It wasn’t long, but she spoke soft words beforehand. “Lesson 2…Genjutsu…” she said her the illusionary body faded away. In reality Mirabelle faked getting strike down, having moved towards her immediately left side at a running pace. She knew the illusion wasn’t going to last very long – so in combination with it she tossed an explosive tag.

It’s existence was secretly disguised by the illusion but the moment her illusionary body was struck, it would dispel the illusion in question – allowing Ichibe to see the tag. The tag itself wasn’t without another heavy artillery explosive attached to it. Its been some time since she’s used genjutsu but it felt great once again.

Now then, lesson 3…Taijutsu” she said as she entered the Huquan combat stance for the Hayabusa Martial Arts, she immediately rushed at Ichibe in a linear form, to which if she managed to get near him would perform a strike to his stomach at thrice her usual speed. Her spear would be moving along with Mirabelle all this time in an intangible state.

Description:
A simple technique, this genjutsu works solely as a defensive measure. The user will produce an illusionary copy of himself while he escapes the path/area of the attack with a rapid movement, unnoticed and masked by the technique. The enemy will see and hear the user in the original place until the attack connects with the illusionary copy, at which point it will disperse, revealing the true location of the user. The technique can be controlled so as to have the illusionary copy interact and talk in specific ways with the enemy for other purposes, while the user remains hidden from the targets perception. The illusion is often personalized from user to user, namely in its dispersion, sometimes in relation to the users elemental affinity or summoning companions, following a theme unique to him. The limitation is that the user cannot escape large techniques with this ability nor incredibly fast ones, since the escape is his movement and, as such, is limited to small scaled attacks or normal paced ones. Only techniques which can be escaped by moving out of their way running or through movement can be defended from with this. The main limit however, is that, since its a sustainable illusion, triggering any offensive action towards the target will immediately release the illusion, be it a simple taijutsu move or a ninjutsu attack; any aggressive action the user wants to take will immediately break his focus and control over the technique, releasing the target from it. The stronger the user is with the usage of Genjutsu, the more effective and strong the illusion will be and more times can it be used.

Description: Kumite refers to the free fighting style of Hayabusa Kobudo. Hayabusa hone their fighting style through the practice of kata (forms) and bunkai (application) which utilize the dantian and Neidan. Over the years, four essential kumite styles have come out of Hayabusa Kobudo that all Hayabusa must learn; Huquan, Shequan, Longquan, and Wuquan.

Huquan (Tiger Fist)

Hu Quan is the fundamental fighting form of Hayabusa Kobudo. The form is characterized as the most direct and offensive style of fighting. Hayabusa will use their lower dantian to draw physical essence from nothingness (Wuji) into their being. The essence drawn into the user’s being increases their physical speed, strength, and awareness allowing them to heightened feats of taijutsu. The user is able to perform taijutsu and other acrobatic movements at twice their normal speed as well as react to anything as long as it is within their range of sensory perception (five senses, taijin, etc). Alternatively, the user can move linearly three times their speed (chunin and above), however this level of movement cannot be maintained for longer than a single turn. As for their power, Hayabusa gain +20 to their taijutsu while using Huquan. The user can use Huquan fighting in successive turns depending on their rank which reflects their overall physical condition. Genin and chunin can only use Huquan for a single turn. Jounin and Head Ninja can maintain it for 2 successive turns. Dragon Ninja are able to maintain it for 3 turns at a time and Masters 4 turns. I would say that the will of Lancer left a greater impression on me.

Ichibe is puzzled for a moment as Mirabelle seems to notice the misty assassins but still falls to them anyway, crying out as it slides its blades home. The lack of movement or reaction was very suspicious to Ichibe and seemed to scream of trickery, the most obvious answer was an illusion. Ichibe opted to follow his guess and cover his own back in one move, he activated the fiery swarm of beetles that then erupted from the ground below the entire battlefield at once. Ichibe was careful to manipulate them to leave his misty assassins out of their path while causing his legs to get burnt slightly, causing him pain but it would not hinder one such as him.

Even as the Mad Monk activated the fiery trap he bit his thumb, forming handseals as the beetles swarmed over the battlefield. As they cleared he regained sight of his enemy and slammed his hand downwards, summoning a 80m long pit viper coiled to his right side. As soon as it was summoned it would sweep its long tail from right to left in a wide spread attack meant to catch Mirabelle wherever she may be, Ichibe would also place an unlit explosive tag onto the snake as soon as it appeared. The assassins turned into a misty composition to avoid being caught up in the snakes attack, after which they would turn back into a corporeal form and with the closest assassin trying to follow Mirabelle and attempt to stab her.

Although they are quite simple snakes, they are very enduring and resistant and, when big enough (about 50 meters long) they can take up to B-Rank damage.

The Crotalinae are a selective species of snake summonings which were bred and assigned only to the greater of the snake contract signers. These species of Snake summonings specifically had evolved over time to have harder, more adaptable scales covering their body and an enhanced pit organ that naturally heightened their abilities to sense. This heightened sensing used through the pit organ seemingly was developed not only for predatory reasons but also for defensive measures against other predators. The sensing was exactly like the basics of any other snake, just taken to a higher level. Meaning they could sense minute vibrations up to a certain distance around them and even had an infrared optic map of the world before them. Typically, most snakes of the Crotalinae subfamily had natural infrared maps overlaid through their optic tectum, but with the Selective species being bred into existence it was heightened to the point of even being able to put this to use in the pitch black and in the darkest of times. The facial pit actually visualizes thermal radiation using the same optical principles as a pinhole camera, wherein the location of a source of thermal radiation/heat is determined by the location of the radiation on the membrane of the heat pit. The resolution on the infrared mapping through the heat pits has a very high resolution, which in turn allows the snakes to sense different levels of heat and cooler areas in extreme detail. Besides the sensing, their scales made for a greater form of defense, allowing them to survive harsher conditions and more damage than an average snake summoning. Not only were the scales on Crotalinae found to be more thicker and tougher than average, but they also held a passive ability to blend in with their environment by changing colors and becoming camouflaged. This coupled with their sensing made them very dangerous predators that were even able to escape other predator's perception if they didn't have some higher form of tracking or sensing.

Note: The Crotalinae Species can be summoned as generic snakes like the ones summoned in techniques such as: Summoning Technique: Giant Snakes, Summoning Technique: Three Headed Snakes, or Just the normal generic summoning technique, though instead of being normal snakes, they'd be of the Crotalinae subfamily. They won't take the place of those techniques, instead the user uses the generic summoning technique to summon Crotalinae, having to post this technique along with it but not costing an extra move.

Note: The sensing of minute vibrations and infrared mapping spans as far as an 100m radius, with larger snakes being able to sense the furthest due to their larger pit organs. Snakes under 40m in length can only sense up to 50m whole anything bigger can sense up to the maximum reach.

Note: The evolved scales allow the Crotalinae Species to take up to 20 more damage than average snake summonings of their rank. This is due to the thickness and tougher nature of the scaling covering the Crotalinae.

Lancer huh…? The disappearance of said Mizukage was one that was met with many feeling that the legacy of the Hidden Mist had finally come to an end. His reign was one of Kirigakure’s greatest, but his early retirement left a hole in the hearts of many. Mirabelle was among those many but she placed her faith with John Snow, becoming an appointed warrior close to the Mizukage but his death at the hands of Kurogakure left the village in shambles. Mirabelle had long left the village during this chaotic turn of events – finally returning home to Owatasumi. This was a fight of former allies, one of which she cannot afford to lose.

It was that this moment however that realized she was at a disadvantage – the assassins kept moving closer towards her but also another unfamiliar rumble started to shake the very ground. Her keen sense of hearing allowed her to slightly tell something was moving directly below the surface. Wanting to take the Huquan stance in this matter wasn’t the most optimal course of action. Instead, she immediately stomped her foot. The sound of her “stomp” would be amped up utilizing her chakra – allowing for it to be released as an omnidirectional burst sound wave. It was also accompanied by the snap of her fingers.

This was another infusion of sound that would easily increase the overall potency of the attack. The fire would be met with and pushed back, while the assassins themselves would too as well. This left the Hayabusa unharmed. “Almost got me there” she said with a smirk. He too would be in danger of the remaining wave of power coming towards him, regardless if his snake summoning was a success or not. It would slam into Ichibe and snake or with him on his own (up to you really).

The Hayabusa maiden also activated the fibers in her clothing to shift form – now taking her “Goddess” appearance. Her spear would now become tangible as well, coming into her right hand as she struck a pose. Her normally blue eyes shifted into that of golden orange, signifying the awakening of the Falcon’s Eye. “No more games…” she said now approaching Ichibe with a powerful strut, moving in a zigzag pattern.

These are able to stop any incoming attack (following logic and elemental interactions) but also disable and stop any attack or thing moving or traveling through the ground.

Description:
This is a useful jutsu with effects that can only be noticed when used in conjunction with another technique, simply by snapping ones fingers. The user may add this snap onto the performance of another jutsu so that this may activate within the same timeframe or it may be used standalone on an exisiting justu. By snapping their fingers the user will release a pulse of sound that effects the natural noise surrounding their target technique.

For example the 'roaring' and 'crackling' of fire or the 'rushing' of water. Any technique that produces a natural sound in this way may be targeted by this sound. The sound will amplify the natural noise around the target jutsu and forcibly turn them into destructive sound waves. This forms a cloak or barrier of sorts of sound around the technique as long as it is in play, empowering the inital technique slightly. The inital snap of ones fingers produces a sharp cracking noise that can be heard across the battlefield

Description: Requip is a unique brand of ninja technology namely used for those always on the move. Coming in the form of apparel; the user has the innate ability to have clothing that morphs and changes form in order to suit their needs. Within the fabric of the clothing – there exists specialized ninja technology that controls the strings and thus with the use of chakra can command it to take any form she desires. This can range from shifting from casual wear to combat-ready clothing on the fly. It mimics any clothing the user may also have somewhere at home and even the coloration changes as well. This combines two aspects: the Henge no Jutsu and the morphing capabilities of the microfibers but the transformation is permanent until changed again. Transforming the clothing is passive and doesn’t take a move slot however needs – 5 per use to do so. While transforming a bright light is also emitted to prevent others from seeing the transformation until it fully forms if needed.

After summoning the large serpent Ichibe would notice Mirabelle stomp upon the ground, a large shock wave travelling outwards from her. This would rip through both the assassins and the beetles as it continued on towards Ichibe. In response the snake would quickly shift its body, coiling over its summoner and protecting him with its extra hard scales. The unique serpent would survive the shock wave and immediately uncoil from around Ichibe and shift its bulk forwards, attempting to wrap its tail around Mirabelle from her right while striking at her with its fangs from above.

The Mad Monk would not remain idle as the serpent protected its master, his grin widened as he received Mirabelle's challenge.

Very well then, I've been wanting to try this for a while.

As the snake protected Ichibe he would activate a passive technique and form a quick string of hand seals, activating several techniques at once. The result would leave a small golem to rise from the ground to Ichibe's right, its colour was darkened to the purest black. However chakra was sucked from the golem even as it formed, it floated around Ichibe and held the copied duplication factor of his famous technique. The golem copied itself as the snake struck, a second one standing next to the first. The Mad Monk stared forwards, chaos in his eyes.

Description: The user activates an ability that increases the hardness of their earth-based techniques (including KG/CE) to increase their defensive abilities. This technique employs the same hardening as that seen in Earth Release: Earth Spear (Kakuzu’s signature technique). Techniques affected by this jutsu look much darker on creation, with the earth very nearly becoming black in appearance. Supplementary/defensive ones will be granted the ability to defend against techniques one rank higher than usual. Activating this ability does not require any time whatsoever and is instant. This is because it does not do anything when used independently, and its effects are only realized when another earth-based technique is used.

The user will form the Ox>Boar>Dragon hand seals and focus their chakra into a point in the earth around them up to short range, and from the ground two simple C rank stone golems will emerge. This golem is 1m tall and due to the strong minerals it is composed of it is as strong as a standard strong fist taijustu user. Although at the same time due to the golems strength paired with its relatively small size and light weight it is able to move at speeds slightly exceeding the base of its user. This golem seems almost ordinary at first glance but it is imbued with a single special property, when earth is avaliable it is able to create an exact duplicate of itself once per turn. This duplication ability is not limited to the original golem however, each of its clones can make duplicates of themselves as well.

During each turn each golem will be able to duplicate itself once, slowly growing into an army at the users disposal. Once there are multiple golems already created they are each able to work separately, together as a team and even interlock together to form bigger and stronger versions of themselves. The more golems that are used for each action the higher the overall rank of it will be(Max of S rank.) The golems will passively feed off the users chakra to both maintain their autonomy and to further create more duplicates. Due to their nature they act without the users direction and therefore leave the user free to act independently of them but whenever the golems do act it will cost the user one of his moves in that turn.

Description:
This is a unique technique initiated by forming an additional two hand seals during the performance of another jutsu. This creates a cloud of semi-transparent chakra around the user that serves no direct offensive or defensive purpose, while due to the insubstantial nature of the cloud of chakra it cannot interact with or negatively effect the opponent or their techniques, and vice versa. This techniques singular function is to draw out a single trait of the initial technique that the user wishes to utilise, unique or not and to then copy this trait into the cloud of chakra, in which it will be held in an inactive state until it is used(Meaning that although the cloud can draw out a trait, it does not exhibit the trait itself, it simply ‘holds’ it.)

This ‘drawing out’ process weakens the initial jutsu slightly(falls by one rank or -20 damage) and the cloud will change colour to indicate it is active and will display a colour based on the element of the technique it was used upon(eg. Red for fire, blue for water, etc) After drawing out a trait it can be used by the caster to alter a second jutsu that the user creates, imbuing it with the active cloud of chakra after forming an additional hand seal during the second jutsu’s performance. This fundamentally changes the second jutsu’s attributes by adding the copied trait and ends this technique. This would essentially transfer the held trait to the new jutsu while reinforcing it overall.(eg. Using this jutsu on the Dragon Flame Release Song Technique would allow the user to copy the heat from the fire or even the almost solid nature of the flames and imbue them into a following technique, etc.)

Despite the powerful nature of her sound wave crashing into the snake’s body, it’s durability wasn’t one to be taken lightly. The serpentine coiled it’s massive body around Ichibe, causing Mirabelle to bemuse in the poor animal’s attempt to protect his summoner. Regardless – it mattered little to the Hayabusa as the animal’s intention became clear the moment it began to charge at her. Mirabelle silently thought of several plans, but her attention briefly drifted back to the Mad Monk as he summoned a dark-colored golem right next to him.

She wasn’t exactly sure what it did but it simply remained idle, having no purpose at the time. She didn’t know what to expect – but the fact of the matter lead her to proceed into a rather dangerous tactic. The moment the snake arrived near towards, her she guided her staff into the surface of the ground as she jumped onto it. The blade would morph itself into that of a bisento’s blade – allowing for her to bend the shaft as she jumped from it and into the air in order to avoid the snake (while it's still roughly a few meters away).

Despite becoming airborne, she wouldn’t only perform this tactic without another trick of her sleeve. The moment she pressed stabbed the blade into the ground, she began to perform a sole hand seal. This hand seal would cause the Mad Monk to seemingly lose control of his chakra, making the stone golem completely fall back down and become unusable but also Might of the Fortress (though she doesn’t logically know this). The cloud however though it remained behind, it would be useless if it’s creator lost the will to mold his own chakra.

Once the girl was in the air, she waited no time into a counter attack – unleashing a swift swing of her hands, generating a powerful 120 degree burst of lightning to destroy everything within it’s path. This left nothing behind, killing the snake and causing it “poof” away like normal while also potentially reducing the Mad Monk down into nothingness…though if she remembered right…he was immortal and unable to die.

I am not the same person you once knew about Ichibe, bow before the might of the Hayabusa Clan!” she said as a giant blue-colored dragon appeared behind of her resembling the almighty Dragons of the Hayabusa Clan.

[Yari no Michi: Saisho no fōmu, furō] - The way of the Bisento: First form, Flow

Description: This is the most basic form of the Bisento arts akin to the "Drunken Fist" style, using body flow along with the bisento for exaggerated movements to increase their basic close combat fighting style. The bisento is an extension of the users increasing their reach as well as being close to them for effective combat, keeping the opponent right where the user wants them. These basic arts take several basic forms, enhanced with minimal chakra but still deadly. The first form of this, is swinging the bisento, rolling it around the users body, to build momentum, to add to striking power, without having to make large movements. With a quick swing of their arm the user could roll the bisento around their back, coming around form the other side using the momentum from the roll for a crushing strike. The second form of this basic style is large swings, using the length of the bisento to their advantage to do ranged leg sweeps this allows the user to keep their target at a range while still attacking them. The third unique form of this style is one where the user will use the length of their bisento, to elaborate on a basic moment to avoid attacks or enhance attacks. What is meant by this is the user could thrust the blade of their bisento into the ground to push them self up into the air, like a pole jump, to avoid incoming projectiles (within logic, due to the staff being 1.5m the user it would have to be like small fire balls and such or focused projectiles), or even a cartwheel going sideways but instead of placing the users hands on the ground they could place the bisento to make a "larger movement" moving up to 6m at a time. This can be used offensively, using the cartwheel motion to bring down an enhanced kick with the momentum behind it. Or simply stabbing the bisento into the ground, holding oneself up with their hands for a side kick relying on the bisento for balance. The entire style uses the staff itself as part of the user, an extension of them selves to increase their combat potential, making use of the length of the bisento.

Description: The user performs three hand seals, inducing the target in an illusion that disrupts the target's chakra system and the chakra within their brain. The sole purpose of this genjutsu is to cause the target and all of his/her senses to perceive that they no longer posses chakra within themselves. They might be lead to resort to use a small weapon or other means to escape the illusion by inflicting minor harm to themselves (following release rules of genjutsu), allowing the user ample moments to attack. This is because Half Empty Grail prevents them from being capable of controlling their own chakra and chakra flow in reality due to them believing that they do not possess any of it, thus, preventing them from performing chakra-requiring techniques. This implies techniques such as a full body chakra surge, self illusionary techniques or control their chakra to perform "Illusion Technique: Release". Victims trapped by this genjutsu also have their sustained abilities/techniques from previous turns end/deactivate because of losing chakra connection and control over them as a consequence of this illusion. A comparison to this can be that of a shinobi holding a sword with their hand and suddenly get trapped in an illusion where all their senses lead them to believe that their hand suddenly got amputated, making them lose control over their hand, which also makes them lose hold of the sword in reality. This illusionary technique cannot be layered on or be layered on with other illusions. It also cannot be stacked with anything that would hinder the target from making/allowing their body to experience physical harm in order to escape the illusion (in other words, techniques that: paralyzes/wraps around the target's body parts/immobilizes, etc). This means it can only be stacked with purely offensive techniques (such as a stream of fire or a fireball).

Description: Kamunagara is not itself an ability that is consciously activated or utilised like one would a jutsu. Rather, it is a product of one’s intent, or emotions, influencing their chakra in such a way that it visibly manifests as a pattern or object that hovers behind or around the user. One such example of this is extreme bloodlust or rage, which has been seen before by Naruto and Zabuza, under the influence of the Kyūbi and sheer force of will respectively. The object, pattern or symbol produced is unique to every ninja, and thus it can be considered as a physical manifestation of their will and being. The color produced is dependent on the type of emotion, e.g. anger will produce red, sadness will produce blue, happiness will produce yellow, etc. While the behaviour of chakra in this technique is able to give off specific auras and incite particular sensations in other people, it cannot paralyse or frighten others on the level of something such as Killing Intent. It also cannot physically interact with or cause any kind of injury to an opponent. This ability, functionally, is passive in nature, as it doesn’t require activation or any form of active input from the user, and is entirely cosmetic

Despite the powerful nature of her sound wave crashing into the snake’s body, it’s durability wasn’t one to be taken lightly. The serpentine coiled it’s massive body around Ichibe, causing Mirabelle to bemuse in the poor animal’s attempt to protect his summoner. Regardless – it mattered little to the Hayabusa as the animal’s intention became clear the moment it began to charge at her. Mirabelle silently thought of several plans, but her attention briefly drifted back to the Mad Monk as he summoned a dark-colored golem right next to him.

She wasn’t exactly sure what it did but it simply remained idle, having no purpose at the time. She didn’t know what to expect – but the fact of the matter lead her to proceed into a rather dangerous tactic. The moment the snake arrived near towards, her she guided her staff into the surface of the ground as she jumped onto it. The blade would morph itself into that of a bisento’s blade – allowing for her to bend the shaft as she jumped from it and into the air in order to avoid the snake (while it's still roughly a few meters away).

Despite becoming airborne, she wouldn’t only perform this tactic without another trick of her sleeve. The moment she pressed stabbed the blade into the ground, she began to perform a sole hand seal. This hand seal would cause the Mad Monk to seemingly lose control of his chakra, making the stone golem completely fall back down and become unusable but also Might of the Fortress (though she doesn’t logically know this). The cloud however though it remained behind, it would be useless if it’s creator lost the will to mold his own chakra.

Once the girl was in the air, she waited no time into a counter attack – unleashing a swift swing of her hands, generating a powerful 120 degree burst of lightning to destroy everything within it’s path. This left nothing behind, killing the snake and causing it “poof” away like normal while also potentially reducing the Mad Monk down into nothingness…though if she remembered right…he was immortal and unable to die.

I am not the same person you once knew about Ichibe, bow before the might of the Hayabusa Clan!” she said as a giant blue-colored dragon appeared behind of her resembling the almighty Dragons of the Hayabusa Clan.

[Yari no Michi: Saisho no fōmu, furō] - The way of the Bisento: First form, Flow

Description: This is the most basic form of the Bisento arts akin to the "Drunken Fist" style, using body flow along with the bisento for exaggerated movements to increase their basic close combat fighting style. The bisento is an extension of the users increasing their reach as well as being close to them for effective combat, keeping the opponent right where the user wants them. These basic arts take several basic forms, enhanced with minimal chakra but still deadly. The first form of this, is swinging the bisento, rolling it around the users body, to build momentum, to add to striking power, without having to make large movements. With a quick swing of their arm the user could roll the bisento around their back, coming around form the other side using the momentum from the roll for a crushing strike. The second form of this basic style is large swings, using the length of the bisento to their advantage to do ranged leg sweeps this allows the user to keep their target at a range while still attacking them. The third unique form of this style is one where the user will use the length of their bisento, to elaborate on a basic moment to avoid attacks or enhance attacks. What is meant by this is the user could thrust the blade of their bisento into the ground to push them self up into the air, like a pole jump, to avoid incoming projectiles (within logic, due to the staff being 1.5m the user it would have to be like small fire balls and such or focused projectiles), or even a cartwheel going sideways but instead of placing the users hands on the ground they could place the bisento to make a "larger movement" moving up to 6m at a time. This can be used offensively, using the cartwheel motion to bring down an enhanced kick with the momentum behind it. Or simply stabbing the bisento into the ground, holding oneself up with their hands for a side kick relying on the bisento for balance. The entire style uses the staff itself as part of the user, an extension of them selves to increase their combat potential, making use of the length of the bisento.

Keeping constant watch of his opponent as was the convention, Ichibe easily noticed her handseal as she launched herself in the air. He readied himself for an attack, his muscles tensing, but none seemed to come. That was when he noticed his golem crumbling, he could not feel it sapping his chakra, in fact he could not feel his chakra at all. Such a powerful effect from such a range? Highly unlikely. This seemed to be another of his friends illusions, and a powerful one at that. This thought process took only but a moment as Ichibe drew a kunai and stabbed himself deep in the leg, grinning at the pain and dispelling the illusion. Another prayer to his Lord. With Mrabelle's leap into the air the summoned serpent would slither to the area on the ground 10m behind her.

Discarding the kunai Ichibe focused his fire chakra and caused a billow of ash to emerge from the ground, stringing on two additional handseals as a large centaur formed to his right. The chakra floating around him streamed into the centaur, empowering it as it was created. The moment after it formed the centaur split into two, creating an extra copy of itself. The centaurs then began to gallop in opposite directions, one to Ichibes right and the other to his left. Each of them maintaining the distance from their airborne opponent with an arcing path.

Mirabelle did not intend to let Ichibe have him way however, at the peak of her leap she released a large blast of lightning towards him, his summon and creations. The Mad Monk grinned in the face of death as ever, focusing his chakra he created a gust of wind that rose from the opposite angle of the lightning attack. Rendering the electrical current to nothing as the winds rushed into the air and past Mirabelle herself, its gentle breeze not harming a soul. As he activated his wind technique the two centaur took aim at the woman herself, each loosing an ash arrow at her. The S ranked arrows would explode into flight and continue to accelerate towards her while she was vulnerable in the air.

Description: Exerting their chakra from their body, the user can create copious amounts of ash from either the ground, their body or by spewing it forth from their mouth. As the ash bursts into existence it will immediately form into a demonically winged Centaur, the size of which can range from human sized to EoS Gamakichi sized. The Centaur, clad in light armour and composed of jet black condensed ash, is capable of moving a rank faster than its creator, can regenerate from damage that doesn't destroy it in one go, and is capable of manipulating its body to form, or extend into, any armament imaginable to attack or defend. It's signature weapons however are the bow and sword, and when these are used the Centaur is granted additional abilities. With the creation of a bow, the Centaur will be capable of creating arrows of fire which, upon their initial release will travel at the speed of an arrow fired from a compound bow, however on account of their unique constitution the arrows continuously accelearate once released - occurring as the rear of the arrows constantly devolve into fire-based explosions which serve to propel the arrow forwards to greater speeds. By the time the arrow leaves short range it will be a blur to anything below 2t, with a 25% growth per 5 meters, however, because of the linear nature of an arrows flight an opponent can easily predict where the arrow will travel to from its initial trajectory and thus seek to avoid or defend. The ability of the sword, then, is that it has a passive A ranked ability that allows it to convert any solid object that it touches to ash (respects elemental weaknesses/strengths), with the conversion rapidly spreading out from the point of contact and being fatal in the case of organic conversions. (Does not apply to the user or his possessions and does not affect people). The created ash can then be manipulated to, once per turn, create A ranked or below structures to defend or attack with. Finally, the Centaur is capable of transforming it's entire body into a far more powerful, compressed weapon or armour to be wielded by its user - in this state the Centaur's ash and arrow abilities are bolstered by a rank and, while hot to the touch of opponents, the ash is completely inert to the user - thus the user can freely come into contact with the Centaur.

- Lasts four turns once created
- Two turn cooldown between uses and when the Centaur perishes the user is prohibited from using fire above S rank that turn.
- Despite being made of ash, the Centaur is capable of freely traversing across either ground or air and his abilities can reach into long range.
- Arrows are classed as an A rank ability that is useable once per turn and is classed as a move, one or multiple arrows can be fired throughout the turn that it is utilised - with the power of an A rank being divided between them.
- Ash manipulation to create ranked structures naturally counts as a move too.

(Fūton: Kū Sora ) – Wind Style: Spirit Void

Description: A technique simple in nature, but extremely effective, Spirit Void was one of Roy Mustang's own creation. Versed in it's defensive capabilities, the jutsu begins once the user channels and sends a a copious amount of his chakra into the skies above, ranging from short to long range all around. Following this ensues an unpredictable and quick movement of visible Wind in the skies, continuously flowing and swerving, seemingly without purpose before heading downwards and disappearing into nothing. However, purely through the users will (or through hand/leg/general body movement for cosmetics) the user can harness the wind power to create a defence which leaves the user unharmed. When seeing an incoming attack, through will the user controls the wind around the jutsu and forms it around the incoming attack, where the Wind would then slices/cut through it and/or blows it away, depending on the nature of the attack. For example, an Earthen projectile could be sliced and cut until it is no longer a danger, whereas a Water attack would be blown back. Of course when being used to defend, the Wind once again becomes visible to the naked eye, showing a green-ish hue. Although the process at the beginning appears to take time, when used within the same time frame of an incoming attack, the defense would be able to work just as well as any other Wind jutsu. This technique will only activate against techniques that it can neutralize (as an S-Rank Wind) and it will only activate once per turn and it cannot be stacked with other automatic defense jutsus.

~ Can only be taught by Erzo. This jutsu can be used twice, lasting four turns each time. Cannot be used consecutively, but instead with a one turn wait after four turns are up/the jutsu is deactivated. Although the user can manipulate this jutsu through will, thus allowing himself to remain unoccupied and free to perform other techniques, when used to defend against other techniques it will still count as one of the three allocated moves per turn.

Despite her attempts to each her opponent off – Mirabelle found herself in a rather annoying situation but it wouldn’t be the first time she felt pressured in a fight like this. She felt it was time that she actually started becoming more serious with this confrontation. Once this happened, she would smirk. What seemed like something out of a this world, immediately “disappeared “. Mirabelle rendered herself devoid of existence as the arrow met nothing. She would silently return back to existence as she appeared three meters behind him on the ground. She immediately entered a state similar to Sage Mode but was rather different as she infused her body with the essence of the cat contract. She would blitz towards her opponent’s location, moving a zig zag motion. Once she was within range she wouldn’t waste any time – simply delivering a powerful kick to the back of his head.

Mortal…? The Hayabusa are gods amongst you…now bow like the devote follower you are!” she said towards him, making sure he wasn’t able to track her movements so easily. It really intrigued her after all.


(Neidan: Wuji Dao) Internal Alchemy: Way of Nothingness

Description: This is one of the fundamental Neidan techniques within the Hayabusa clan and the first one learned. This technique returns existence to nothingness/erases from existence. Using one of the three Dantian Hayabusa ninja render existence to nothingness. Depending on the Dantian that is used the user can manipulate physical, vital, or spiritual existence. Regardless of which application is used there are two components that can be utilized: internal or external. These two components describe the technique’s application to one’s self and outside themselves respectively. A Hayabusa ninja who utilizes the internal component with this technique manipulates their own physical, vital, and/or spiritual existence. One who utilizes external component does the same but with any entity other than themselves. Only one of the components can be used for any given application of this technique. As for the applications, only one can be used at a given time. Upon reaching higher jounin ranks (Dragon/Head Ninja and Master Ninja), Hayabusa ninja can utilize all three of the Dantian simultaneously to completely erase their own existence (internal) or that of another entity (external). When erasing one’s own existence with this technique the user can only maintain a state of non-existence for no more than one turn with and must re-appear within 10 meters of their original point. Once the user has gone to nothingness they cannot use any techniques until after they return to reality. Through the external component the user can erase the existence of another life such as summons or other shinobi though it requires prolonged contact with the target (3 turns). After contact is made the victim will begin to vanish from the ground up.

Note: This technique is learned at genin level and follows similar rules for each rank. Genin can only use D-rank applications, chunin = C-rank, jounin = B-rank (upper) A-rank (lower and middle), Dragon/Head Ninja = A-rank (upper) S-rank (lower and middle), Master Ninja = All ranks.
Note: Genin and Chunin are required to use 5 to 3 hand seals respectively for any application’s external component. Jounin require one hand seal, Dragon/Head, and Master Ninja can use up to B-rank with no hand seals. Contact between user and opponent requires no hand seals.
Note: When using the external component of the Upper Dantian, using the A-ranked and above will render an opponent comatose after two turns. C and B-ranks will simply render one unconscious after 4 turns. Each turn of maintaining drains half the original chakra cost. While maintaining no other application of this technique can be used.
Note: Upper Dantian usages, regardless of the component can only be used once every other turn. A-ranked and above usage requires a two turn cool down.
Note: S-rank applications of this technique requires a one turn cool down for the Middle and Lower Dantian.
Note: To erase completely the existence of oneself or of another the user must use 70 chakra. Unlike the external component where it takes three turns to erase another, the internal component is instantaneous in its nature due to a lack of resistance from the user applying it to themselves. Upon using this advanced application either internally or externally the user will be unable to use any Neidan technique for the next two turns. Dragon Ninja and Head Ninja can use this application twice per battle and Master Ninja 3 times per battle.
(Neko Mo-do) Cat Mode

Description: The user takes on the characteristics of a cat. The user’s senses become 10X stronger. All taijutsu damage is increased by +20 and all ninjutsu damage is increased by +15. The user’s eyes become that of a cat and his speed becomes equivalent to double of Lee’s speed when lee took his weights off. The user’s nails grow longer. The user can move as they normally would or they can run on all fours.

(Kikku) Kick

Description: One of the simplest moves in Taijutsu, the user will simply hit the opponent with a kick from one of his legs. He is free to choose simple variations of the kick and the stronger he is, the more dangerous the technique is.
