Assembling a Ninja Squad!

I'm looking for three (only THREE) Shinobi to join me in a ninja squad. I'm looking specifically for Shinobi who are relatively inexperienced, and who still have things to learn. If you've been on many missions, and if you've fought many battles, you don't need to be on this team.

I will not be teaching my teammates new jutsus; I will be teaching them by providing them with battle and mission experience. Together, we will take on missions and we will fight other people who have teamed up. In case any conflicts arise within the RP, the members of this team and I will always have each other's backs. This team will not replace your current Sensei if you have one. You can be on this team and still have a separate Sensei, or you can be on this team without having a Sensei, or even without ever having a Sensei. On this team, you will learn teamwork and discipline.
