1st one was awful, 2/3/revelations were alright, but INCREDIBLY linear and repetetive. Games like Thief are much better, but i still enjoy AC.

On thread topic, I like Assassin's Creed, but I don't necessarily LOVE it. There's plenty of other good stealth games out there that are purely based on stealth, like Thief, and Sly Cooper.

There's also Splinter Cell Though you can choose to be stealthy, or go crazy lol. Also, Hitman.

IMO, Thief makes you feel like a real thief/assassin, while you sneak around, and knock out guards, whilst Assassin's Creed makes you feel Badass while you climb up the buildings, and somehow survive a fall from a giant tower into a bail of hay.

ac is soo good. never finished the first one but ive dominated the rest. wish it was a bit more challenging since you can kill 20 guards without getting hit.

I want to ride a freaking bear so bad! I like how you can enter houses now. Kill a guy and hide in the house with a family. "Hey sup I just killed a guy so I'm going to chill with you guys till everything is cool again."
