I have a question

Are all body builders fluent in douchebaggery, or is that just the ones who I know

all are fluent but most choose to still act normal but when u go through the pain and effort to change ur body and u look better u jus naturally start feeling superior haha but again that goes away after u get use to it :) keep in mind work ot or no work out sum ppl are jus dbags

Just a higher percentage of Bbuilders are :) And that is true although uncalled for as most of them only have their bodys to distract girls from their ugly af faces lol at least all the ones I know ;)

Yes...because most of the time its an obsessive self love that drives them to body build.

Just a higher percentage of Bbuilders are :) And that is true although uncalled for as most of them only have their bodys to distract girls from their ugly af faces lol at least all the ones I know ;)

Dont forget distracting from a tiny penis or a terrible personality.

The douchebagery thing is more of an ego thing. If your the biggest guy in the gym, you'll act like a douche, not all the time thou. Its an ego thing, because you have the mindset that you are stronger and bigger then most Joe's out there.

lmao dude, every single body builder I know has the ugliest mug and the worst worst personality.

You say they have the right to douchebaggery, but when you think about it, I would never trade in my personality for muscles, which most girls dont even give a shit about.

LMAO ultimate fitness???? bro these people couldnt run 5km if they tried let alone a marathon. I have full respect for the workouts that they do but you cannot claim that as ultimate fitness :flaw:

And no I am not fat or skin and bone, I am a runner and tbh if you can introduce me to a bodybuilder who have actually kept their personality along with the body, I would be more than happy to meet them because quite frankly I am sick of all the ones I know ( had to remove them off facebook etc)

U have to stick to a diet plan work out plan and proper supplementation to see results and u won't get to see them for at least 3 weeks if that helps I've been building for 8 years takes time.

Didn't read many of the responses, but i read your post. Iv'e done plenty of research and I workout on a 4 day split. On the days I train i take Optimum gold standard whey right after i workout, and on days where i don't i take BSN Syntha 6 before I go to bed. It digests slower and keeps your muscles fed through the night due to it's protein mix. Gold standard is pure whey protein, Syntha 6 is whey, casein, egg and reg milk protein. Those 2 are the best proteins out there based on my experience and research.

There are three basic rules for bodybuilding: eat, sleep, train. If you just follow them, you can leave all that 'sophisticated' stuff out of the regimen: creatine, glutamin etc. I advice everyone to do so anyways.

And don't use milk with shakes or milkbased shakes. It slows down the process of recovery.

Always try to eat as much as you can within half an hour after the ending of the workout. That's the timeframe where your musclecells are..how do I put this..more open to receive growth enhancing proteins thus you guarentee that way you'll receive the best possible outcome if you follow that "rule".

So wether it's proteinshake or just eggs or beef, just eat man. Good amount of protein in a day would be 2grams per kilo. So if you weigh 80kg try to eat 80x2g worth of protein in a day so: 160g.
Also don't forget carbohydrates and calories.

and another question....
how do i loose those slight belly fat.. like the prefect belly fat burner
