Thanks for the advice, but I already know about genetics to that extent. It actually works like "half Uzumaki" when you are talking about descendants. I'm not talking about powers. I never said that Naruto only inherited half of Kushina's powers, because I know he got the body vitality and life force from his mother COMPLETELY.

That's out of context, when he mentioned Asura's power only 3 Tomoe Indra was shown.

Later on when Hogaromo gave Sasuke and Naruro power, he mentions last time he only gave it to Asura this time he'll share it with Indra's incarnate.

It's pretty obvious he gave Asura the power up for the avatar.

Stop with the bullshit, I posted TWO individual pages from two different chapters where Hagoromo states that he’d originally given EVERYTHING (Power and leadership) to Ashura. He said “This time...,” which signifies that he had split his power amongst the both of them this time.

That Kurama-like avatar wasn’t capable of being erected prior to Hagoromo handing out his power. No matter how you try to skew it, the anime’s non-canon adaptation proves as much also.
