Dude you can't dodge when you attempt to attack the susanoo is too gigantic too dodge, you can't simply dodged smaller ash bones particles that been kept spamming, if Kakashi&Sasuke perfect Susanoo that can actually fly got hit and impaled before attempting to attack then what makes you think that Itachi totsuka can especially his susanoo can't fly furthermore all Susanoo has no such speed feats when it comes by foot and attack( Except maybe Sasuke Arrow) .
