Ash bone is a guaranteed kill on anything it hits.

Not even Naruto can heal someone that got hit with it.( and Naruto can heal nearly anything, from entire organs to a body destroyed by 8th gate)

Totsuka can seal anything it cuts, but sealing is a weak substitute to a complete kill.

Totsuka can seal only one at a time.

Ash Bones can be shot at multiple opponents simulantiously, at incredible velocities.

That's just an excuse.

I'm thinking that oral rebirth would keep a person alive from the ash bone. I also doubt that it would kill an edo, I mean as long as onmyoudon isn't infused into it.

I won't deny that the ash bone is quite powerful, but sealing has it's advantages over killing.

No way.

Naruto healing is basically magic, yet it still can't stop Ash Bone.

The oral reborned person will just turn to ash as well.

I think Ash Bone might be able to kill an Edo.

Or at least cancel out an Edo, i.e Edo will keep regenerating, but the Ash Bone will keep desintegrating.

Considering oral rebirth essentially creates a new body for the host that isn't harmed, I'm willing to say it would bypass the ash bone. As Itachi says, Every jutsu has a weakness.

It is possible that the ashbone would keep disintegrating, but honestly edo's heal faster than that ash bone disintegrates. Obito was able to give an entire speech before he died.

I think Ash bone surpasses mere molecular disintegration, it's more like a magical death spell. That is why Naruto couldn't stop it from killing Obito.

Oro can't reborn after getting hit with Tosuka, so why would he be able to escape a fixed death spell?

Obito was a special case. He had Rikudo charkra that is potent enough to allow even momentary self reserection.

Look at PS, ash bone destroyed the whole thing very quickly, despite PS being giant with over 100 meters tall.

Magic death spell is a wierd way to put it, I understand it is strong, but everything has to have its weakness. then again the ash bone's weakness is probably kamui.

Totsuka blade effects the targets soul. The soul is sealed. Oral rebirth would work if Oro was simply wounded from the totsuka stab, but his soul was sealed instead. That is why it was effective against orochimaru.

You have no basis for Obito being a special case. All bodies could disintegrate at the same speed.

PS isn't a human body, it is composed of something else. To put it simply the ash bone disintegrates human flesh at a different speed compared to susanoo.

Yes, Kamui would definitely stop Ash Bone from hitting.

But all other defenses are useless. It is best to dodge.

Totsuka affects the body's soul. True.

But the Ash Bone affects the soul as well. It basically drains the life force such that any concept of life is wiped out.

So what's to stop Oro's new body from disintegrating? Oro would have already received the death sentence. His new body would fall apart as well.

Ash Bone isn't merely some Jinton like thing that affects things molecularly. Ash Bone is something mystic that transcends the physical world. That's why Naruto's infinite heal didn't work.

Well, Obito did come back to life. His body did have Rikudo chakra, which functions to preserve life. The man was talking while his insides are gone. He didn't even have an intact lung and his brain was crumbling yet he was still able to speak. Of course he is a special case.

as an emphemeral blade, it slices through anything it cuts and seals anything it pierces.

They're pretty much on the same level, except there is no chance of edoing someone sealed in totsuka inb4 orochimaru (he's a freak with his chakra everywhere).

Incorrect and invalid.
Ash bone kills>Rinne Tensei revives. Totsuka blitz>Rinne tensei fails to revive.
Ash bone kills>Edo revives. Totsuka blitz>Edo fails to revive.

Only thing you have going for you is several ash bones, but then again Rinne Tensei and Edo's can be used on several people. With this, we can conclude Totsuka blitz>x and x being anything including totsuka blitz itself.

No. We've established kaguya can't be killed because she is like a bijuu. Only way to defeat her is to seal her. Therefore seal > kill therefore itachi > kaguya. The house of lord itachi shall rule over nb.

RT isn't a jutsu that is accessible by any Joe ninja. OP's point still stands. Using your logic, death by Totsuka sealing is just as avoidable by doing what Orochimaru did.

All bias aside Totsuka has more feats. Itachi sealed Orochimaru and Nagato. Whereas Ash Bone has killed 1 fodder named Obito
