there is only one way to settle this someone with a raikage bio fight someone with a minato bio do not use ftg or raiton armor and then who ever wins is the best at speed

So Sharingan can summon Manda? lolNo he didn't, I explained it to him earlier in this thread, he's just bringing it up again because he refuses to listen, I'll explain below this response with another question
How was he still alive if he had no chakra? Kakashi died when he ran out of chakra during the Pain Invasion Arc. So go ahead and explain to me how Sasuke was not dead since you say he was out of chakra. Clearly he still had chakra and enough of it to summon the snake while also keeping him under control with his sharingan which requires more chakra.

Edit- and to further answer your question about the reason Itachi easily beat Oro in Genjutsu, it's because he cut off his hand so he couldn't break the Genjutsu, Itachi knows Oro's level of skill there which is why Oro was listed as a level 5 genjutsu user in Kishi's databook, but even still Itachi would win in the Genjutsu battle
FTG is a seal.......formed with chakra.......can be put anywhere...... land,trees,rocks,animals,kunai, and other ppl as well

I'm sorry, you control how Kishi writes his manga and how much chakra he chooses to let Sasuke have during the end of that battle? I did not know that, well what else has Kishi told us that is wrong, correct it for us so we can no longer live in lies.

You want to give every advantage possible to A since you are just trying to down play Minato so that A can win the battle. You must be sick to your head.
Kushina did taught Minato how to use various types of seals. But why wasn't she able to use teleportation jutsu just like Minato? Minato had something that allowed him to use them. If using those seals would have been so easy then a lot of people would have been able to use them as well. I could get one of Minato's kunai and copy the same seal writing to another kunai and hope to be able to use Teleportation jutsu. I don't think it would be that simple. There must have been a step Minato perform to allow him to use the Teleportation Jutsu.
You are saying Minato's seals are tools lol. Yes they are tools that allows him to use them to fight. Just like Obito said his eye was a tool that wouldn't be useless for Kakashi and gave his eye to Kakashi.
Raikage's lighting armor is a tool as well. A tool that makes him quick.
You are saying Minato's seals are summoning lol. It's not. In order to be summoning seal, you need to make a contract with the animal or someone you want to summon. Then you have to give up a portion of your blood and then proceed to summon whom ever you made contract with. This whole process takes time in which Minato would have already popped up a thousand times.
Lighting Armor and Seals both use chakras and are both jutsus.
Raikage without his lighting armor would still be beaten by Minato. Raikage doesn't think before he attacks. He just rushes. He is too big. Minato would be able to see every single moves of Raikage.
Minato is intelligent. He studies his opponent. He comes up with a plan to attack quickly. He reacts fast. He thinks ahead of everything. When he completed a attack, he is already doing the next attack. If you want example. Reread kakashi gaiden and read the part where Minato fights the guy who made kage bushin.

Completely agree, but about 40 other people have said the same thing to him, he still argues it as though he knows the story better, yet he says stupid stuff like "Madara has Susano'o, Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi"

Well, thousand( people who are in other naruto forums) people will tell him otherwise and send him to read a simpler manga so that he can understand.
Naruto is too complex and complicated for him to understand. He can't even explain his own topic title lol.
I have also battled with a lot of people who say Madara has Susano'o, Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi. I say he doesnt. Maybe Tsukuyomi but not the other two.
lol, A is bulky and just becuase he is using a tool why doesnt it count when your in a fight with someone especially war you much use everytool to your advantage like if someone was fighting goku and took a potion that made them unable to die, tire, or loose energy and also gave them unlimited strenght and unlimited speed, who would you say is stronger...in war anything is fair....and the ninja world was always war type conditions.

Are you trying to tell me here that every MS has susano'o, amaterasu, Tsukuyomi? or just madara, sasuke, Itachi? if so I haven't seen him (Madara) use them at all. Not in the battle against the first. Not in the battle against Minato. Not in the battle against konan. Not on this war. Not anywhere.

The quantity of Kyubi would require loads of chakra for anyone to send him to a different area. What I'm saying is that Minato uses little to no chakra because he's not going anywhere but a few miles from his destination.

Depends on the amount of chakra you're using. Who do you believe uses more chakra? A' or Minato? The R'Kage, simply because he's burning his chakra to turn his chakra visible combining it with his lightning affinity: Nature Transformation.
