[Discussion] A's raw speed & Minato's raw speed

Without any Ninja tools involved, A' would win simply because he can manipulate his chakra (Sasuke Uchiha) and increase his reflexes to that of Minato's level. His speed is already on Minato's FTG level, just slightly inferior.

I'm going to use Tobi's line here. When Danzou said to Sasuke that his genjutsu is weaker than Itachi's, Tobi stated after the battle were Danzou fell to genjutsu that he doesn't matter how weak or strong a genjutsu is but how you use it.
For this you can say the same that how or who's speed would be used in many different advantages?
I know we shouldn't compare much but remember Tobi's and Minato battle? Minato speed did overcome Tobi and he even marked him, released the nine tails and wounded him at the same time (I know Tobi wa snot a 100% an d had nine tails under control at the same time). What would have Raikage done in that situation?
I believe Minato with his speed and Intelligent is much more better than Raikage.
FTG is his jutsu sure people can learn it but can they use it the way he can? are you saying Sasuke can get that lightening armour as he has tamed lightening and increase his speed to be better than Raikage? Their maybe more to the lightening armour but he is a possible candidate right?

The ability to use Lighting Armour is a tool. The ability to manipulate chakra is a tool in the Ninja arsenal.

It's supposed to be RAW strength. period. meaning no techs, or chakra enhancement!

A said he was the "fastest now that Minato was dead." HE SAID IT!!!!!!! but since A fanboys DON'T accept it for now, maybe Kishi should just have a few chaps covering one of their battles to show them!
How isn't it a tool? And don't give me the it's his own chakra BS, because if you use it in battle than it's a ninja tool. The lightning armor is a battle tool for raikage just as much as ftg is a battle tool for minato.

So you obviously think Minato is overrated, and are trying to prove this to the Base. However, your just making up your own rules and definitions, in an attempt to prove your point.

ah, that's right, my bad.....but that's still with the tech....it HAS to be regular speed...
you misunderstand bro, Minato is not fast because of his FTG, Ftg doesnt use any time since its a teleportation technique, so i dont think u can call it fast, just timeless!
Minato is fast because his Normal Speed is almost as fast as a Flash!!, raikages speed is almost equal to that of lightning, whilst minatos normal Speed is more Close to a flash!, as in light Speed!!
So minato is faster in my opinion!
