I knew he was fodder but he was so hyped up when it was only him left.Why hype up characters then make them lose without a fight? The author is a genius when it comes to ass shots and boob shots , but plot no way.

Sting and Rogue both lost to Natsu(Lightning Flame Mode) using Dragon force...
How the hell Sting was supposed to win against 5 FT elite even beaten when he couldn't handle 1/4 of Natsu...

That's not the point, he was hyped up as if he can actually do it but in the end he didn't use one spell.The way FT won was stupid as well, not even gonna mention Erza's Plot Armor.
It was all just hype man they never showed there strength .you should know by now that if you don't see villains strength don't believe it ,sting lied about killing his dragon his dragon let him .they was always weak they only had hype which were rumors nothing more any weakling can act tough but but can they prove it no.
I think some people misunderstand the reasoning behind a gag shonen manga. FT started like this, a serious plot filled in humour everywhere. Heck! Even from the first chapter you can understand it contains alot of comedy in it and frankly, I prefer it like this. We finally get back to what Fairy tail is, cause really ever since this arc started, it had been alot more stressful and exciting than it had been fun!
Frankly this is the first episode I enjoy after a long while with sole exception the Erza vs 100 monsters.
And I found the fanservice lacking!
It was mainly a sausagefest! Wait for the next chapter, maybe we will get to see better things!

Whats the point in watching a show if your gonna complain about it.... if u don't like the show don't watch it simple as that. this episode/chapter was no different from like every third episode/chapter.... if you don't like it watch another show becuz this is how fairy tail has been since the beginning.

Can't believe so many people are complaining about the fan service. IMO fan service within a serious fight> flashbacks during an epic fight.
most of the time I dont mind but there are a few chapters where it goes overboard
haha yes I do prefer fanservice to idiotic flashback that are just copied almost word for word from all soo many previous characters ... nothing worse than that

When it comes to fan service in Fairy Tail, it's all opinion there's no right or wrong. Most of the fan service comes from the main heroine Lucy and maybe some other character sometimes. To me there were some fan service moments that I liked with FT girls like Lucy,Mirajane, and Erza, yet at same time some fan service is randomly thrown in the story like this week chapter 331(though not surprising at all cause of what happen in 330). In battle clothes might get ripped that's fine, but the way Hiro did it with that dragon in 330 was LAME. Fan service is not the problem with FT, it's the story itself and how character development is treated in the FT series like Natsu who NEVER GROWS -___-

There are a lot of only fan-service manga, and it's ok. Many manga with no plot at all were created for the sake of fan servce.
But it annoys me in Fairy Tail, because the first chapters were more directed to all-audiences, a manga that keeps talking about the power of friendship as many shows directed to kids + teenagers. Then fan service would be about girls with big breasts and nice boys, not necessarily about showing everything, and now you should be at least over 13 to read it without feeling it's "too much fan service".
I don't read it any more, partly because of the fan service that is not necessary to this extent, and because I got tired of people who are about to die and are suddenly powered up by "the power of friendship" out of nowhere.
