it cant be sasuke, look at the sleeve its black and sasuke can be seen has wearing a sleeveless top

after the sleeve you can see his upper arm .. ^_^ unless that's apart of his clothing...

it does look extremely weird... and it could be orochimaru since zetsu can travel underground and Oro can move fast.

the hair looks more like orochimaru's hair rather than sasuke's , but its all weird looking.

Trust me it's sasuke, no one else is in between obito and minato. and the previous panel showed them just starting to dart towards obito. it would make no sense for orochimaru to just randomly be there with no intro Probably just a weird angle
