Naruto has a new seal from his father Yondaime and only him (Yondaime) can control the seal... and kushina(Naruto's mother) also renewed the seal when she and Naruto Extracting the Kyubii's chakra and still seal the real demon Fox.
Kushina just held down the kyuubi to help out Naruto. Kyuubi himself recognised the seal and commented 'S06P' and that Naruto was too powerful.
Naruto asked him to wait and told him that he(naruto) won't hurt him (kyuubi) and that he will talk to him later on. I found this confidence of Naruto interesting.
I am really looking forward to seeing this talk.

he has control over it but not 100% percent because while his on 9tcm the kyuubi drains narutos own chakra away

BTW you claimed Kyuubi was refering to neckless which Itachi gave him?? I remember the crow but exactly where the manga says it has anything to do with Itachi even remotely? We do not know what Itachi gave Naruto yet. Kishi hasn't revealed it so far.
You are free to give your opinion, throw your ideas around make a theory but don't put it up here as a proven fact unless you can say something to support it..

well i think naruto can control the seal on his own .... he will learn to control the flow of chakra due to the seal (well we did see jiraya doing the same thing like twisting the seal like naruto did here

to chage the flow... and naruto will do the same when the time is right) ..... and when that happens... he will be able to fully use nine tails power.....so i summed up the real topic and the thing that positive emotions was saying....

This is a definitive response, due to citing the manga primarily. In addition to not knowing Itachi's gift, the gift was something to do with Sasuke and that he hoped Naruto would never use. Thus, Itachi didn't want Naruto to control the Kyuubi? That doesn't make sense.
