Naruto was also rebellious, he stole secret ninja scrolls in the first chapter of the manga and sprayed the hokage monuments...

He's usually goofy and a happy go lucky guy. But Bolt seems to be a prodigy and is rebellious since he hates the highest power a person can have in a village(Hokage).
