He's basically an Alternate Version of Naruto that grew up with friends, family, and natural talent for being a Ninja. The only big difference is that Naruto aspired to become Hokage to earn the village's love and respect, Bolt doesn't need either since he isn't hated by anyone and just wants daddy to come home and play with him.
