Are we going to find out some disturbing stuff about Kakashi in the next few chapters that would explain a lot about Obito's disdain for him? What do you think?

We'll hate on Future Kakashi for ruining Future Obito. Not our current timezone Kakashi, or current timezone dead Obito. The errors in current chapter are there with a reason. They will be explained =)

This is something I wanted to mention before. I want Kakashi to have some skeleton in the closet of his own. Something that not even HE wants to remember because he is afraid of being viewed as a traitor or coward like his father Sakumo. It would flush Kakashi's character out perfectly, anyone else think this way?
Although Kakashi did already make peace with Sakumo so it may be a little late for this, but Obito is still present so Kakashi would have someone close to him there to reconcile with over the course of the fight.

no matter the skeleton or skeletons? it could be some heavy stuff. obito was really railing on kakashi for his holier-than-thou attitude.

kakashi is the coolest ninja in naruto. The only way I could hate him is if he felt guilty about what happened to obito and just like stabbed gai with a kunai while he had his back turned and ran off with obito. Though if this happened I would probably stop reading because that would be a crappy story.

I think Kakashi is too much of a universally liked character to be hated, no matter how many bad things he did in his childhood. We know he bullied Yamato and most likely led to Obito's turn to darkness but the guy had his reasons! Having your father commit suicide and the whole village hate the White Fang he had understandable reason to be a bit of an prick, we know this already.
Although what we've seen of Obito has been entirely from Kakashi's perspective that doesn't mean that Kakashi intended for this to happen. After all- after the morals he taught team 7 and the love he had for his sensei, obito and Rin, the way he feels personally responsible for Sasuke. We know Kakashi is an honourable ninja now and we love him that way. Nothing bad he says could change the ninja we know now.
