Are the transmigrants stronger than Indra and Asura? I think Madara had his own chakra; as well as Indra's. Hashirama had his own as well as Asura's. Same with Naruto and Sasuke. Is this true?

I don't think they have their own chakra. Sasuke is said to have sensed something other inside of him when questioned by the sage, so maybe he was able to distinguish his own chakra from something foreign which would be Indra. So I concede my first point, clearly they have their own chakra.

I would consider Naruto and Sasuke exceptional because they are reincarnated of Indra and Ashura. I wouldn't go as far and say their chakra levels increased because they were reincarnated; there is no way we can prove that.

No, they could potentially be but for example hashirama didn't get rsm so he's not beating asura although If he did get rsm he'd be the most op character

Ashura had rsm so no hashirama is not beating him just like he couldn't even beat jubi Jin tobi. Now he did capture all beasts on his own so he had the potential to gain rsm if he would've befriended the beasts instead of enslaving them, which would've made him the most op character in naruto

Yes your right but I think they can only express the Indra Ashura power within their capacity. Hashirama is an exception he has jyubi body power that could be his own power + Ashura power.

Indra did not have ems so no, you don't gain Indra's power that way. Indra's ocular power were closer to his father if anything and he had Perfect Susanoo without even having a brother gain Ems. And he had Six path power, so he was basically like Dms kakashi without kamui power.

Ashura had life energy cloak like Naruto, which Hashirama did not have. Just Bm naruto's cloak alone was disrupting all of Hashirama's jutsus, so if it was ashura with all those massive Tsb on his avatar neck then for sure its a complete sweep.

They are nowhere equal in power, Hashirama and Madara vote can't even transmigrate their chakra to centuries of people let alone practice the scale of their jutsus. And from what Obito's showed with his little Six path power chakra he was only able to transmigrate Kakashi for a short while which is nowhere near Indra and Ashura's level.
