Are there currently two Oro's?

But after that, Orochimaru was revived by Sasuke via Anko's Heaven curse mark.

So are there currently two Orochimaru's in the world, meaning that if somehow, someway, someone were to unseal the Totsuka Blade and release everything within it, that another Oro would pop out?

Not sure what you're doing deny mangafact. he clearly revives the oro that was sealed. every Seal Oro has placed on someones body is only for him ofcourse. he can always be Revived via that seal
