What Sasuke brought back is a copy of Orochimaru, however, it might as well be considered the original since it maintains consciousness as the original did, has all the same intel, same thought-processes, etc. This is why people consider Orochimaru "immortal", you can bring him back through anyone with a curse mark.

Oro never dies because he has no body. His soul transmigrates into a new body every couple of years but parts of him can survive and take over others should his primary body ever be killed. He can survive in any cursed seal and he can take over the bodies of any who ingest him. In that regard he has abilities that only the Ootsutsuki possess.

No fool. You're reading into it wayyy too much. Sasuke simply reversed Anko's CM, which released Orochimaru's chakra/consciousness that was placed prior to being sealed by Itachi. This did NOT undo anything that occurred between Itachi and Orochimaru. The very reason why all CM's reversed would have the same effect.
