It depends if he is talking about a straight tailed beast, or a tailed beast inside of someone. Because even though the Kyuubi is a stronger tailed beast, inside naruto he doesn't have his full power. The 8-tails could still kill him if they were both in their respective jinchurikis. Bee has more control over his tailed beast, so he would win

Um I think I'm going to call bullshit on this one buddy.

The more tails a tailed beast has the stronger it is. This doesn't have to be true for the host, but in it's normal state yeah that's how it goes down.
yep u said it bro, more tails the stronger and i think i saw it somewhere in the manga madara saying what u said or kisame

It never occured to me, but I actually think that's true. The shukaku didn't put up much a fight against Gamabunta back in series 1. It seemed as though he was in complete control himself, but I'm not sure if Gaara being attached to him weakened him in anyway. The 2 tails cat that Hidan and Kakuzu defeated didn't seem like it did any damaged to the 2 at all. The 3 tails also didn't seem as powerful as everyone thought it should be. There has been no clarification in the show, but I think it's true.
