[Question] are premium members immune to ban

The site gets the money, not Versuvio nor Zise. And as everyone said, yes, premium members get banned as well. The reason why som e of them get banned so easily is because they seem to believe they're free to break rules anywhere, well, that isn't the case. By the way, money is not accepted to lift bans early.

I've also noticed Warnings aren't given anymore??? i getl litterly a infraction for every little thing. although i'm not a premuim user. i would've been pretty darn mad if you buy premuim and you get banned 1 month bye bye premuim XD. atleats stop the Count date
