People want to see what happens and see where it ends up. Whether you like it or not, there are TONS of old Naruto fans who feel the same way. I completely agree with you 100% . If there ever was a legitimate reason for some naruto haters/trolls to hate on a chapter this would be it. I love naruto and it's humor and all but NEVER in a final fight in a series where the protagonists faces a godlike character especially should something like a sexy jutsu or reverse sexy jutsu even be used. What makes it even worse was the fact Kaguya actually reacted to that, I mean seriously? If I could take anything out of this chapter it makes me wonder if this type of jutsu would have worked on Madara lol. Also I know how some people may not have the same opinion as you or I, but imo I wished this chapter could have been better.

Appropriate Psychological attack would have worked on Madara too, for example showing him some of sort of touching Izuna Scenario he would have reacted .... If he was taunted about Izuna by Tobirama he might have gotten angry and reacted etc

In today's chapter Kaguya just went WTF mode and let her guard down. That served a valid comic relief point which is a basic norm in literature, ie, a bit of comic relief to ease the mounting tension ..... just like say the Drunk Porter scene in Macbeth just before the climatic Regicide.

In fact, there's no way any villain would have fallen for that. Imagine if Pain or Kakauzu lost to it. Damn dude Naruto could have solo'd all of NV with this move.

Kaguya didnt fall for it, she simply didnt expect it and is like 'wtf' like anyone else would, her reaction is far different from sakura

How is it bad? As someone else said above, Naruto used that as a distraction to hit her which Sasuke used his eye to move her in front of them so they could seal her but she was too fast for them and froze them in ice. That's that jutsu Naruto was going to show Konohamaru in the first shipudden chapter so it's cool that Kishi remembered that and used it to show Naruto's unique fighting style which surprises his opponent. The jutsu is dumb but when the jutsu is used it would shock the opponent for a quick second because it's not something they would suspect to be used in a life and death match.

Sure Naruto can be really strategic and cunning more like his dad but if Naruto was like that then he would be too strong, his stupid nature helps keep him balance with Sasuke and the villains. Can you imagine Naruto being serious and observant to the point that he can ask Jiraiya to teach him FTG when they were training since Jiraiya was Minato's teacher, is skilled in sealing jutsus himself, and knew the most about Minato aside from Minato himself and Kushina. If Naruto was smarter then he would have noticed that he retains knowledge from his clones and have been using them in his training with Jiraiya or even back in the chunin exam part since he learned the jutsu in the first episode.

On the bright side, this chapter was a setup chapter. We will now be seeing Sasuke and Naruto going all out not that they're fighting 1 on 1 which should be great. Sasuke might showcase some rinnegan jutsus while Naruto showcase his usage of the orbs and the other bijuu's abilities and maybe finally "that jutsu".

This last chapter has a good chance of being the worst manga chapter of all time.

How would you have felt if such a move existed in DBZ and the newly transformed SS3 Goku used it against Buu?

What if Getsuga Ichigo used it against Aizen?

What if Vash The Stampeded used it against Spike right when he was about to use his angel arm?

What i'm getting at is that we are in the FINAL showdown and it is against a GOD. The main characters have just earned all of this awesome new power, and everything that we were waiting for and reading the series for years for was just about to happen, when all of the sudden we were rewarded for our dedication with retard humor.

I know not everyone might feel as I do about this but jeez i'm disappointed. We've seen funny moments during Naruto battles before, like Drunk Lee vs. Kimimaro, but honestly that turned out to be rad as f**k because Lee was a drunken fist master and the humor ended up serving a purpose. What happened today was just plain stupid and it served no purpose at all.

If anything this chapter was a classic Naruto chapter. Has everyone forgotten how unpredictable Naruto used to be? Remember that move he pulled against Gaara? Dude used Sennin Goroshi with a kunai and explosive tag out of the blue. It worked. And now he used his Reverse Harem Jutsu to sucker punch Kaguya. I loved it.
