to be honest madara and obito have been holding their own quite well against the entire shinobi alliance...and madara isn't even fighting seriously. So, as much as it seems they are doomed, i would say no, but yes, it would be way lot harder for them to deal with the alliance combined with the 4 hokages, sasuke and orochimaru. specially sasuke because now one of madara's rivals has the EMS which means madara is at a disadvantage......

You are overhyping EMS... Madara has the Rinnegan and EMS.

Madara isn't at a disadvantage because of that, he is because of the 4 Hokage though, but we don't know how strong the Juubi will be in it's next transformation...
