~Declined~ Why is this mid-long range? Its a summoning, it should be placed as short range. How many feathers? How big are they? What in the world is causing them to explode?

Description: The user focus chakra that covers his legs before molding that chakra into fire as the user gets down and spins his legs around in a breakdance manner while releasing a wave of fire from his legs that travel. The fire that gets released is about 8ft vertically and covers a wide-range horizontally.
The fire has the potential to take with it the opponent as it travels which lets the target stay in the wave for a short-time before getting blown back, giving the person second-degree burns.

(Fūton: Shippuu Kyouten) - Wind Release: Twister Canon

Description: A variation of Wind release Twister Shot in which the user releases a stream of wind-infused chakra from their mouth which takes the shape of a twister to attack the enemy.
The difference is that this technique has a secondary surprise attack in which it shoots multiple compact air canons from where the twister is traveling towards the enemy.
Since the Twister is heading towards the opponent with speed the canons shot out would be even faster making it very difficult to react to the canons which would hurt and distract while the twister charges and connects with the target, slicing where it hits in a spinning manner.

Description: The user wipes blood on his summoning tattoo to summon Senbi, one of the guardians of the land of locusts also known as the plague of the earth. He is about 40 meters tall with a brown outer skin outlined with gold patterns resembling cracks and carries a large metal hammer. He prefers not to fly unless he has to, instead using his immense strength to jump across the ground at speeds normal eyes have trouble keeping up with. Senbi's title comes from his mastery of earth jutsu which he can use up to S-rank and he does not require handseals to perform them. Twice per battle Senbi can spit an S-rank stream of mud from his mouth that hardens seconds later as an attack or form the mud into a wall for defense counting as one of the summoner's moves. He also has the ability to clone himself by splitting his body into multiple forms.

±± Declined ±± It must be the 7th time I explain this in this same thread. You can't mold your summons chakra as its not your own. Handseals serve that purpose. Mathias point was that you had too many abilities in one summon. Making the hand seals is meaningless as you can't mold his chakra for it.

The opponent's senses are manipulated to have him believe he has actually been hit by arrows and is left immobilized because of the pain. Multiple opponents can be placed in this illusion at the same time as long as they are within an area with a 5 meter radius.

Description: The user channels raiton chakra into the ground where he stands then compresses it underground letting some of his chakra leak from the ground, then upon attack from the target the user jumps away from the spot to which if the target steps on that spot, the chakra which is invisible senses a strange chakra which immediately triggers the compressed lightning surge underground letting out a powerful explosion almost instantly(just like a mine bomb).
the user can make a hand-seal to let off the explosion when the target is in range.
-The user must coat himself with a lightning armor such as "Chidori Nagashi" or he too will receive some damage from the explosion since it is short range though the damage to the user is not much.
-Last for 2 turns

Description and Background:
Egyptian Vulture is a species of Vultures also called White Scavenger Vulture or Pharaoh's Chicken. Egyptian Vulture is found from southwestern Europe and northern Africa to India. The contrasting under-wing pattern and wedge-shaped tail make it distinctive in flight as it soars in thermals during the warmer parts of the day.
Egyptian Vultures feed mainly on carrion but are opportunistic and will prey on small mammals, birds, and reptiles. They also feed on the eggs of other birds, breaking larger ones by tossing a large pebble onto them.
An adult Egyptian vulture is white, with black flight feathers in the wings with pointed wings while the tail is wedge shaped thus having a strong wind affinity using its pointed long wings and wedged tail as a medium.
The legs are pink in adults and grey in juveniles. The claws are long and straight, and the third and fourth toes are slightly webbed at the base.
He has a size twice of a fully grown horse and has a wing size of 40 feet, or 12.192 meters.

When having this suit on, Warmth and strength will then flow trough his whole body and thanks to the wind kanji's written on his shoulders he gains the ability to use wind technique's in a blink of an eye. Makarov already got the ability to use every wind technique with one single handseal, but this also gives him the opportunity to use wind techniques in a blink of an eye after putting the suit on, Inspiration of his Village sunagakure causes him to become stronger. The downside is when he wears this suit, every used Fire technique will become one rank weaker then the original.

Description: The user jumps into the air, and materializes a huge mass of water in his hands. He then molds the water into a gargantuan water hammer, with both weight and density. The water's manifests itself as a single elephantine and hard entity, in which the user, carrying the Titanic Water Hammer with great effort, slams the Titanic Water Hammer down on the opponent, like someone batting a fly. The immense power and weight that the hammer holds crushes the opponent, and smacks them silly including death possibly. Also, the descend of the water hammer is extremely fast, with its great weight with gravity's aid, giving minimal time to react. After using the technique, it leaves the user slightly fatigued and their hand seal speed is slower, given that he used much strength in lifting the water hammer.

We all have different biographies with different abilities, there is no way for you to know how much time they have to react whether it be a lot or not. Also I'd like to you clearly specify the "Leaves the user slightly fatigued, because as it stands it is merely a sugar coated restriction.

The opponent, encased, encompassed, and enveloped in water, is unable to breathe and flows to the center of the orb due to buoyancy. With that said, the water provides much resistance for the opponent to move his limbs. Subsequently, the user can perform the hand seals Bird → Boar → Dragon to do several things to the orb - the Bird Hand Seal essentially causes several strong whips to rise from the volume of water on the interior side, going around the stranded opponent and tying it around him, like a bundle. As such, the opponent is completely restricted as he is suffocated even greater, as the water whips put more pressure on him. The Boar hand seal causes spikes to emerge from the long whips tied around the opponent. The spikes are dense and strong, sharp as well, injuring the opponent by cutting deep, yet superficially into his wound. This would cause immense pain, as the opponent is suffocated. The last hand seal Dragon, ends his misery. The water particles within the water orb would cave in, shrinking and diminishing in size, soon turning smaller and smaller for an orb. Within 3 seconds after getting tied up and hurt by the spikes, the orb would have shrunk to about the size of the opponent, and from then on, finding not enough space, the water would naturally explode. The water explodes, utterly devastating any victims inside of the orb. This can be done almost instantaneously, by stringing all hand seals together.

Description: The user gathers an enormous amount of katon chakra and exert it from their body, then molding the chakra into actual fire. They will then use shape manipulation to make the fire into five orbs that they will shoot around their opponent. They will then make the Ox handseal and the orbs will explode forming a five point star flaming inferno prison. The prison then begins to rotate forming a flaming vortex making it impossible for the person trapped inside to escape and hard to breathe due to the oxygen being taken away. This prison could stand at 100 ft high and 400 ft wide.

Note: Can't use any other S-rank jutsus in same turn
Note: Need to have completed fire training.

Using shape manipulation, they will make it into a orb of wind. The user will build the pressure of the wind while compressing it. This orb will grow as it takes in the air in the surroundings. Due to all that power being compressed into a orb, it makes a whistleing sound. At full power, the user the user till toss the orb of wind and on impact, it will expand 1/2 mile and whatever gets trapped inside, will experience winds like a F-5 tornado making it hard to escape.

To all those people who write "can only be used or taught by xxxx" this is something I'm sick of pointing out, that sentence is a contradiction !

If it can be used only by you, it cannot be taught. If it can be taught, it can be used by other people.

Henceforth if anyone submits a technique with that, I'll decline it without an explanation

Description: By placing five kunai charged with raiton chakra in a pillar, one at the bottom, one at the max height you want the wall (must state where so the height of the wall can be know) and the rest evenly dispersed in between. Five kunai must be placed at corresponding spots on a nearby pillar with the top an bottom kunai at approximately the same height that are also charged with raiton chakra. To release the wall the user will make the monkey → boar hand seals which will release the lightning chakra causing them to emit a weave of lightning between the corresponding points thus making a wall. The jutsu works by embedding negatively charged raiton into one set of kunai and positively charged raiton into the other pair of kunai.
Note:
- The max height of the wall is five meters and the max width between the two points is three meters,
- The pillars can be trees or any other structure fitting the above point,
- In the case that there are no pillars some may be made using an earth technique, though this counts as one of you three moves per turn,
- Must be set up properly at least the turn before it is used,
- The kunais only maintain enough charge for one use and new one must be placed/thrown into place in order for the wall to be used again.
- The wall is designed to stop one b-rank jutsu or under, except for wind and earth release in which case it can stop one c-rank for wind and a-rank for earth or under.
- Kunais remained charged for three turns,
- Can be used twice per battle,
- Can only be taught by Shinta.

Description: The user outstretches there arm with the first and second fingers pointing at the opponents ranged lightning jutsu, the user is able to temporarily absorb the attack into there chakra network redirecting and expelling it through the other arm outstretched in a similar fashion as the one that absorbed the attack. The redirection works by quickly flooding there chakra network with there own raiton chakra before the taking in the incoming lightning, channeling it along a path through across the shoulders and out the other arm. This is only able to redirect ranged A-rank and lower lightning jutsu.
Note:
- on the turn this jutsu is used and the following turn, only lightning jutsu can be used as the users chakra network is completely flooded with residual lightning chakra,
- if you have clones already on the field they are not affected by the above restriction,
- after using this attack only b-rank lightning jutsu's can be used due to the stain on the chakra network,
- can only be taught by Shinta,
- can only be used three times per battle,
- the user is able to redirect the attack towards there opponent but it becomes a b-ranked mid-range attack

Description: The user makes a quick sequence of three handseals, Hare → Tiger → Dragon, and then focuses a large mass of katon chakra throughout both arms literally fingers from both hands till both shoulders. While doing that the user will enclose both fists as hard as possible and jump as high as he/she can and come smashing down with both fists onto the ground, thus releasing the highly focused and unstable katon chakra through the whole battlefield. While seemingly the ground will turn crimson red as far as the enemy can see causing small tremors and cracks beneath the user as this happens, causing even damage to the performer of this jutsu (-20) due to the disturbing and unnaturally large amount of chakra send into the ground. While all that happens the ground it self will start to get pressurized causing a range 20-30 meters large fire streams to rise up across the whole battlefield randomly and without any kind of warning. While that happens the user will clap both his hands together and make each one of these fire streams explode leaving huge craters behind after they explode turning everything to ashes this jutsu will take place outside short range of the user himself of course, otherwhise it would result in killing caster itself in a matter of seconds. These fire streams are great enough to evaporate any kind of liquid substance, such as water, mud, slime etc. on the battle field.

However this means the user can't use any wind techniques either. The tiny fireballs are able to increase the temperature of the surrounding areas and cause the opponent to be drowsy and dehydrated not allowing him to move at his/her normal speed reducing the speed of his reaction, movement and hand seals.

Description: The user focuses lightning chakra to his feet and project static electricity from the bottom of his feet, so instead of just free-falling, they can descend slowly from the sky in a gliding fashion. While falling, Static thrusters are entirely dependent on momentum, thus can be steered but with no additional upward or forward momentum can be generated after the initial jump. Air resistance presumably causes his momentum to slow fairly quickly in addition to manual course corrections. Though, if using while on the ground, the user can be propelled upward and forward. Using precise chakra control, the user can "fly" using this technique, but can only be used by those who have mastery over lightning.

Description: This jutsu will be used after the user has used a lightning jutsu. It is similar to the way that when Darui used a lightning jutsu to add to his water jutsu as he was spitting it out against Sasuke. After having release a lightning jutsu, the user will focus more chakra into it. As they do they will focus upon the heat of the lightning itself (30,000 °C (54,000 °F)). In doing so they can do one of two things. They will either:

1. By adding the extra chakra they will control the heat, causing flames to wrap around the lightning jutsu the user jutsu make, making it a fire lightning combo. This will add 1 rank to the power of the jutsu from the extra chakra used. The fire would stay wrapped around all the lightning as it's being produced from the lightnings heat.

2. Use their chakra to convert the full heat of the lightning into fire, changing the state of the energy, so that the lightning now becomes a fire attack. So if the user used chidori spear, they would be extending it, then control the heat to change it into a sharp flame spear extending form their hand, changing the chakra nature through the use of physics.

The user can only used this on one jutsu, and once they have used it they can't change it back.

(Fūton: Kujaku Senpūjin) - Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind Formation (B rank wind) can be used through the blade on the staff and gains two ranks when doing so and can go up to mid range.
(Hari Jizou) - Underworld Guardian Spikes (B rank nin) gains two ranks when the users is holding the staff and the hair will wrap around the staff handle too. When the user has the staff in hand or on their back, the jutsu doesn't require handseals.
(Fūton: Kaze Gaeshi) - Wind Style: Wind Return can be used through the staff like it was seen being used through a sword and gains 2 ranks when doing so, meaning it can send back A ranks and below.
Bisento can dispel a Raiton or Doton jutsu up to B-Rank 2 times per battle (this is done by the user channeling his Raiton/Doton chakra into the staff and hitting the jutsu with it, which disrupts, dispels or stops the jutsu) and/or dispel/disrupt/stop 1 complete A-Rank Raiton/Doton jutsu once per battle (with the same principle).
Kenjutsu techniques can be used through the blade on the end of the staff, to a certain extent. (Such as blowing wind on the blade, releasing a chakra wave ect)

Resctrictions:
-All abilities of the staff count towards the move count and don't require hand seals if the user is holding the staff on his hands.
-When used to counter 1 B-Rank technique it can only be used again to counter another B-Rank.
-While holding the staff in his hands, the user can't channel Genjutsu.
-To wield the staffs abilities the user must have it with him either in hand or strapped to his back.
-The staff can only be wielded by The Pervy Sage; if someone else tries to wield the staff it will become blazing hot burning all the leather burning who ever is holding it.

Description: Long ago, when Natsu was young and Igneel found him, Igneel gave this special scalf to Natsu. At the time Natsu didn't understand why, but now it's all he has left of his "Father". This scarf has several Kanji seals and formulas said to have been written by a Fire Dragon. Although the full extent of the scarfs power is still unknown, it has been shown that fire techniques used by someone wearing the scarf are slightly more powerful, bigger and faster. The scarf passively feeds on the users chakra to create an aura of fire chakra around him that reduces incoming fire by one rank. The users fire jutsu increase in size and gain +10 damage. Not only this, but the Scalf gives Natsu the determination to fight so that he can meet Igneel again and make him proud, much like Jiraiyas determination. This will increase his will power and will be able to continue to fight even while in pain, such as losing an arm. Natsu always wears this scalf.

Note: The aura reduces only the damage of Katon techniques, not elemental combinations with fire or fire related CE's or KG.

Description: The user performs the Snake hand seal and then places their palms on to the ground in front of them. After this is done the user channels their Chakra down into the earth and out towards the enemy. The user lowers the earth underground creating an underground chasm 2 meters in front of the enemy. When the enemy moves over the Chasm the small crust that hides the Chasm from the surface breaks due to the weight and the person who walked over would falls in. The Chasm is 3 meters wide both ways and 7 meters deep. The user can also re-cover the Chasm after the enemy has fallen in if they wished to, trapping the enemy in the space.

Notes:
- Have to leave one turn between usages.
- The opponent doesn't know the Chasm is there, no physical signs will indicate its presence either. (Unless they have a technique stating otherwise - Chakra sensing/Byakugan)

Description:Tatajiro is a puppet made of wood but has steel plaiting covering its entire body and is a part of the Steel Puppet Collection made by Sho. Tatajiro is a twin puppet, one of a pair. The two puppets (The other being (Sutīru ningyō Korekushon: Suna purotekutā Pea: Kenzanko) Steel Puppet Collection: Suna Protector Pair: Kenzanko) are often used together and where made to complement each other.

Tatajiro is shaped like an Armadillo and is about human size, from floor to back and three people wide, it is known for its defensive capabilities. It is made out of wood but its back is triple layered with steel panels to make it harder to penetrate. Tatajiro is also hollowed out inside allowing for three people to enter it for defensive or travelling purposes, but it can also open up its back panels to allow entry to enemies and then can close back up the panels to trap them inside. All of Tatajiro’s joints are protected by enforced steel covers, making them hard to target and making it hard to break Tatajiro.

Kenzanko is shaped like a Pangolin and is slightly smaller than its counterpart. It is thinner and about half the height. Although it’s smaller in height it is longer in length that Tatajiro. Kenzanko has an elongated tail which can wrap around Tatajiro body several times (3). Tatajiro isn’t hollowed out which means all its body parts are made of wooden sections all the way through. This makes it extremely dense but its joints have no protection making it easier to break than Tatajiro. Kezanko has a single layer of steel plating cover its body.

Compared to Tatajiro, Kenzanko has plenty of weapons. It has a Senbon multi-shooter in its mouth, making it possible to shoot 10 Senbons at one time (6 times per battle = 60 Senbons). Kenzanko also has blade compartments along its tail, (6 all together). These compartments are the same as Tatajiro’s. They can shoot out of the compartments and look like large Senbon needles. At the end of Kenzanko’s tail there is a blade, it is shaped like a tip of a broad sword and extends from the metal plating that covers all of Kenzanko’s back (it is only single layered). Kenzanko also has 3 metal piercings (What appear to be piercings anyway) they look like studs along his belly. These can be detached and thrown using a separate string. The stud ends that are thrown release a relatively simple gas which can knock out the enemy. Kenzanko is relatively faster than its counterpart and is made for offensive purposes.

Tatajiro is shaped like an Armadillo and is about human size, from floor to back and three people wide, it is known for its defensive capabilities. It is made out of wood but its back is triple layered with steel panels to make it harder to penetrate. Tatajiro is also hollowed out inside allowing for three people to enter it for defensive or travelling purposes, but it can also open up its back panels to allow entry to enemies and then can close back up the panels to trap them inside. All of Tatajiro’s joints are protected by enforced steel covers, making them hard to target and making it hard to break Tatajiro.

Description:: Kanzaburo is a humanoid shaped puppet and is apart of the Steel Puppet Collection made by Sho. The puppet is the same size and build as an average human man and has black long hair which hangs down like bangs framing each face (kind of like orochimaru’s hair). He wears a long white kimono that is dressed with black rims and a black belt. Kanzaburo comes with two plain Katanas, one placed on each hip, which he can wielded with his hands and perform free form Kenjutsu. Kanzaburo’s only abnormality when comparing him to the shape of a human is that he has 4 heads, all joined onto one central core. The head piece of the puppet can spin.
Kanzaburo can release 6 sets of 10 Senbon needles from each of his mouths. 60 Senbon per mouth and 4 heads which equals to 240 senbon needles all together.
Kanzaburo’s whole body is set in Steel plating. The plating covers his whole body and also offers steel plating for his joints to cover them making them harder to damage. This plating is two layers thick which makes it harder to break though, although under the plating is just wood which is Kanzaburo’s core material.
Kanzaburo also has two compartments on his chest, directly next to each other. These compartments both hold a Kunai which is modified so instead of ending with a hoop it extends down and connects with a cord. These Kunai’s can be fired out and are laced in a general and standard poison and remain connected to the body by the coil (can extend to long range). The Poison is not deadly but does blur the senses(This will act as a separate Puppets Arts technique and the Kunais can only be fired when the Puppet art technique is used).
Kanzaburo has a small Kanji for Sho on his forhead.
Notes:
-Can only release 240 Senbon from all of its mouths in total, a set per turn from each mouth.
-Has to use the Poison Kunais as a separate Jutsu.
-The puppet can withstand C-Rank Jutsu and Below, It can withstand 3 attacks of B-Rank and above before being rendered useless.

Description: The user closes their left eye and preforms the flowing hand seals Bird → Ox → Boar → Hare → Bird, as the user is doing the hand seals their gathering a massif amount of raiton chakra into their left eye. once the hand seals are complete the user opens his eye sending out a massif wave of chakra that's invisible to the naked eye flying towards their opponent, this causes a great amount of stress on the eye causes it to bleed and to go blind for 3 turns, the wave of chakra is 10 feet wide and 10 feet in height, and travels at a fast able to reach mid range in about 3 seconds. once the wave comes into contact with the opponent it stores tiny electrical bolts in their chakra network that are dormant until the opponent try's to access their charka and when the opponent try's to access charka to use a jutsu or for some other reason the tiny bolts of stored lightning chakra release electricity throughout the opponents body causing their chakra network to become unstable for that turn resulting in the opponent not able to use any justu. the electricity also causes numbness in the opponents body.

Note: You can only use this jutsu two times per battle

in this form the sword can send out pulses of raiton chakra in a desired direction,the raiton pulses can pierces solid objects and lets you know if someone or something is behind that object by reading their electrical energy in their body and sending it back into your sword letting you know something is there. You send out the pulses by swinging your sword in that direction and the pulses can only be sent out horizontally. the pulses that are sent out stay connected to the sword until another pulse is sent out or the jutsu is canceled, or if left on the field for more than two turns they disappear.(once the pulses are on the field the cannot change position the must stay in that direction until a new pulse is sent out, These pulses can go through solid objects without causing damage to anyone or anything

when you add Raiton chakra into the blade it grows to a massive size and gives off tiny bolts of lightning causing fractures on the sword , this is called V2 form

in V2 form the blade gives a constant pulse of raiton charka this pulse can pierce solid objects and lets you know if someone or something is behind that object by reading their electrical energy in their body, you can detect any living thing inside the area. This helps you see what you can’t see, like if your blinded you can use your sword to find your opponent. This constant pulse of raiton chakra is full of waves that connect the 360 degree 20 foot diameter by 20 foot height pulse to the sword, so when a living creature is in side the area the user feels their electrical impulses in their body, thus giving the user an location of where the enemy is These pulse can go through solid objects without causing damage to anyone or anything
