Weapon- (Ransadōru Verude)-Green Lancer

Description: The Green Lancer is a double-sided lance.
(Picture is on the right) The Green Lancer is made of very tough iron, and cannot be broken easily. The ends of the weapon is extremely sharp, and can pierce through human bodies with almost no effort. The greatest ability of this "weapon" is that Nel can throw this lance with great force at the opponent in battle. If Nel focus her chakra into the weapon and throws it at the opponent, The Green Lancer will travel at extreme speeds towards the opponent. The catch is that, as the Green Lancer travels through the air, it starts to spin and build up energy. The energy is raw chakra and it is pink in colour and the Lance continues to build up momentum and power.
When it hits the opponent, it acts as a drill and it inflicts extreme piercing damage. Due to the power it got from all the spinning, the Green Lancer is able to pierce through B-rank defences and below. It can travel up to mid-range and it will return to the user after being thrown. It flies back to my hand as there is a chakra link between your palm and the hilt of your weapon when it is thrown and that chakra is only visible to doujutsu

±± Declined ±± You still haven't labeled this as a Weapon when its clearly one. If its a weapon, why the limit in uses? If its an attack, were is this weapon? Define as either one or the other. This way i won't approve it. Its not clear what it is. Because, as you know, a weapon is carried with you at all times. Only its abilities are limited.

(Raiton: Houka no Ranpu)- Beacon of Light

Description: The user builds up his raiton chakra, they then slam their palms upon the ground releasing lightning into the ground, using the ground as a conductor for the lightning, the lightning travels at a fairly fast speed, then on the users command the lightning rises up from the ground in the form of a pillar like beam that shoots straight up into the sky, while the beam rises from the ground, it paralyses and electrocutes anything in its path,the beam also radiates a large amount of light to blind the opponent. If you activate this technique to rise up into the sky before it reaches the opponent, then it can only blind the opponent, since it rises vertically upwards in a 180 degrees motion, therefore, only if you make the lightning rise directly beneath the opponent, will it damage him/her. The beam of lightning is about 3 feet in radius.

Description: The user would release his shadow chakra into the shadows all around from short-mid range. This takes about 1-2 seconds of mental concentration, thus creating a small opening. Then, with their chakra infused with the shadows within range, the shadow would then act as voids or dimensions for objects to travel through. However, your opponent's shadow cannot be used, and objects can only be thrown into your own shadow, and travel through other shadows. In this jutsu, the shadows all around the atmosphere is connected to your shadow by imaginary chakra, and therefore, objects can travel from one shadow to another.
The most important function of this jutsu, as mentioned above, is its ability to act as a portal for objects. For example, you throw a kunai downwards, straight into your shadow, parallel to it, and the kunai would simply disappear into the shadow, and appear through whichever shadow with your chakra infused with it, within range, and using the shadow as a portal, the kunai would exit and travel towards your last known opponent's location. If you do not know where your opponent is, than your kunai can only travel to the last known location. Due to the fact that the shadows and the portal is full of shadow chakra, when you throw an object through it, it will become infused with shadow chakra, therefore, when it successfully hits the opponent, he/she would be under the effects of Shadow Imitation. During the course of this technique's effect, you can continuously throw kunais into your shadow 'portal', however, you can only throw 3 kunais per turn.

±± Declined ±± What is this energy you speak of? raw chakra? How does it return? wire? can it simply fly back to your hand? explain that a bit better. Also, the resctriction I bolded isn't a jutsu resctriction. Its a restriction you put onto the ones you allow to your your technique. To the jutsu itself, its pointless. And, don't forget, you still need to decide if this is an attack using that lance (which in that case means the lance should be submitted as a CW) or if this is the CW in itself.
