the ground and tear the earth up to create a defensive shield of earth.

Description: The user will take his sword and infuse it with Fuuton chakra. The user will then spin his sword around with a chain attached at the end of the hilt and release the Fuuton chakra infused, releasing a wind current that takes the form of a hurricane that is on its side. It can blow back C-Rank attacks but collides with B-Rank jutsu and cancels them both out, fire jutsu of B-Rank or higher will cancel this out easily.
Note: Can only be used with ~The Norweigan~'s permission.

(Kuchiyose: Furea)- Summoning: Flare
Type: Supplementry

Description: Flare is the only male Peacock out of all the other summoning peacocks. His tail has a span of 6 feet and can easily block Fuuton attacks lower than his own rank. Any Fuuton rank higher than his will not be blocked. His tail has another feature. He can extract katon chakra to the feathers on his tail and use it as a fire fan in order to use katon jutsu's. He can only preform Katon jutsu's up to A rank

Description: Static is a girl peacock. She has been known to act like a boy sometimes due to the fact that she thinks she is one. She can use Raiton jutsu's up to B rank, but she cannot make a lighting clone of herself. Her tail can be used to help her make a lighting spear in her rank of knowlage by extracting rainton chakra to her tail.

Even if the attacks misses the opponent still Takes considerable damage.The attack is so powerful it can easily plow through A-rank rock and Water, if hit the enemy suffers extreme damage and will be hit back 10 meters

(Hyouton: Gōremu) - Ice Release: Golem

Description: The user makes three handseals and place their fist into palm of the other hand, as they do so, a golem (approx. twice as big as the user) made of ice will rise from the ground.
The user can then make techniques through the golem, though, only ice techniques can be done. The user will also be able see and hear through the golem.
The downside is that to maintain the golem, user have to keep their hands together at all times, once they separate them, the golem will crumble.

With this, the user can manipulate lightning from close, and boosts the power of all Raiton jutsu.

Conditions:
1. User can only use raiton whilst arm is activated.
2. -15 chakra for every turn active.
3. Can only be used 3 for 3 turns at a time.
4. Can only be used twice per battle.
5. Cannot use raiton jutsu for 1 turn, after arm is released.

Declined. Different opponents have different reaction times which can be amplified by using certain techniques, so you cannot force a condition like that. Please re-phrase the bolded part in order to make a more generalized assesment of its speed.

I've moved the bolded part to the restrictions part and also elaborated more on it while trying to take into account both SY-sensei's and Izuna-sensei's feedbacks. Hope it works out now.

How it is done is by the user forming a Seal of Destruction hand sign via the arm free of the seal, and then afterwards the user grabs, touches, palm strike, and etc the target insight. Once contact has been made, the technique begins to manipulate the target's yin by injecting theirs, thus throwing its very basic foundation or existence into a flux of abnormality/unbalance. First of all, I didn't expect you to approve these Izuna; you just lucked out getting mod position and duty of checking jutsus. So, please stop with that kind of highly unnecessary talk. That really pisses me off; a simple "approve" or "decline" and maybe with a reasonable explanation will do. Secondly, I am not sure what you or anyone else is expecting in these changes; not all forbidden jutsu risk the life of its user or have severe side effects: for an example, take Rock Lee's Front Lotus. That is classified as forbidden and yet his life isn't put into danger when using it. Third, all the consequences that were put are remaining since I have to obey Rei's rules of the usage of Fuuinjutsu as well Onmyoton. Fourth, you talk about lowering its power? Lowering it would be ludicrous since I already lowered its power drastically before submitting it.

In order to make it easier for the mods checking the customs, we've decided to clearly tag the beginning and the end of a week. So, you will only be able to post your 5 customs within those two tags posted by a mod.

This way, mods won't have to search all your precedent submissions to determine if you're over your weekly submissions. With the same logic, it will be easier for you to respect the new rules in this thread.

Just to make it clear to everyone, here's an example:

Regulus is a type of mostly short-ranged attacks. It was created in a long time ago by te first white lions from Šiškovci. Its a fightning style which you can only use by signing the white lion contract. Another of the things you have to do to learn Regulus is to get the Howaido Raion Ring which is made of Stones from Šiškovci, some stones in Šiškovci have the similar effect as the oil from Mount Myōboku. The stones from Šiškovci allow the user to use Regulus, cause for it the user needs a strong link with Šiškovci and the lions. Regulus is a ninja art where the user uses his chakra to boost his attacks by pressing the chakra from the ring in any part of the users body.

Restrictions for using Regulus:
-Must have signed the white lion contract
-Must have a Howaido Raion Ring
-Must have a quite good chakra control
-Must be Kage rank
-Must have mastered Fire
-Must have mastered Taijutsu and Ninjutsu

The User will grip tightly on his katana's hilt and focus chakra towards the soles of his feet. This will gater enough force to build up for a burst of speed using wind chakra. This user will take the nessecary stance and unleash the wind chakra to gain a burst of speed towards the direction he or she is facing compared to the speed of lee's 2nd gate. User will then aim to slash at the opponent at general areas since this attack is so hard to control and is inaccurate for striking vitals. While traveling towards the target there will be a trail of wind behind the user following him or her for the 2nd part of the attack. The user will slice the opponent and then the gale behind the user will blow the opponent away from short to mid range. The slice does all the damage and the gale is for protection and does no damage. The gale is in case something goes wrong since this is such a abrupt attack. This attack is strong, but not fatal since it's inaccurate to kill someone. This is to purely damage a limb or dewind the opponent. On another note due to the heavy abrupt force behind the user since wind is used to make him burst towards the opponent the user will sustain muscle damage. The force is too strong to do multiple times without a consequence and the body will show signs of damage. He or she will have a harder time with wind jutsu [ all reduced by one rank ] since he used a lot of chakra at the time.

Removed any type of speed boost, but I gave it a "SuperArmor" (in video game terms), just so the attack has a higher chance of working since it previously relied on high speeds. =/ If the SuperArmor's a no-go as well, I guess next time I'll just remove that and submit as is. =/

~Declined~ Two things, why is it forbidden and what those this super armor protect you from? The basic criteria for a Forbidden technique is that it's dangerous for the user and his opponent. So far, your technique is more of an S-rank then anything else. If you want my opinion, it would be better off as a S-rank considering F-rank techniques require a lot of drawbacks and restrictions to be approved meaning you'd have to change your jutsu description. Also, follow the proper template for F-rank technique.

The user will stomp his foot onto the ground releasing huge amounts of chakra/life force out into the entire field, causing several disaters to happen. Firstly, once stomped on the ground it will cause a huge earth quake through the entire field around the user, making the very surface get thrown around with, crushing everything. As the earth shatter, the surface would destabilise, and crumble downwards all around the user to reveal puts of lava that comes splashing out. At the sametime the user will call lightning strikes down the skies, shattering the rocks flying rocks to bits, making them scatter and cover an even larger area. Basically, everything around the user is getting smashed to pieces if not avoided correctly. This is much like in the film 2012 when the cities crumble in on themselves. This leaves the user on one pillar in the centre of it all.

Description: After several times watching the raikage perform his Lightning Armor Technique, Darui came up with a way to mimic the raikages armor with his storm release abilities however it is weaker but is safer and less draining. Darui at any point can release storm chakra from every point in his body, which gives him enhanced reflexes, speed, and power. The lightning in storm release does the same thing as raikages armor while the water keeps the body cool from all of the electrcity surging around Darui.

Note: Must be taught by Smokie McPot.

Note: Lasts 4 turns, can be activated 2 times per battle, must wait 3 turns to activate again, disables the user from using Storm Release for 2 turns after usage.

Description: The user bites his thumb and wipes blood over a tattoo placed on the back of his hand and slams his hands on the ground to call forth the legendary fire crow, the fire crow is the same size as Gamabunta,what makes him special than other crows is the manipulation of the fire affinity, from his birth he was training to master the fire element and becomes more accustomed to it, therefore he can use the fire element up to S-rank techniques without the use of handseals in order to perform the fire techniques, he has thick feathers that makes him immune to fire techniques from A-rank and below,whenever this crow performs a fire technique it gets enhanced by +10 additional damage points due to him using more chakra in order to perform the fire technique required, being trained in the fire element from birth and being greatly accustomed to it, has the ability to transform himself completely in fire making fire surrounds all of his body while his body itself is turned into pure fire in order to be used in attacks or defence as well as increasing any fire technique he uses by +30 additional damage points but after this ability is used once he vanishes from the battlefield.
- Stays on the field for 5 turns
- the ability of turning completely into flames lasts for 1 turn.

~Both Declined~ I will say it once again (I feel like I'm writing this everyday lol) Forbidden techniques are forbidden they inflict great damage to the user (not just -30 damage or something similar since it basically doesn't change anything). An F-rank tech must really cripple you for the following turn(s). Also, I will not allow summoning to use Forbidden rank technique. One last thing, considerably lower the size of your crow, otherwise he would just swing his wings to swipe everyone off the field. Lastly, follow the proper template for the ranks/damages/chakra...etc

Description: The user concentrates huge masses of dark chakra through out his body constantly, causing him to turn his whole body into dark energy through the constant release of dark chakra into every atom in his body changing it's characteristics, when the user transforms into dark release he takes the shape of a devil, though he still maintains his physical appearance when he fully transforms himself into dark energy unless his appearance is disturbed through physical attacks like earth based attacks or kunais, etc and the major advantage of this technique is that the fire and lightning techniques as well as dark release techniques gets enhanced in power. though when the user is in this state he becomes immune to all sorts of physical attacks or physical elements such as earth and lightning elements as they simply pass through him, but while in this state the user can't use his elements freely as releasing large masses of dark chakra constantly restricts the user to use only dark release techniques and Fire and lightning elements due to the fact that the fire and lightning elements are combined together forming the dark release. using the constant release of dark chakra, the user can spread dark chakra around the battlefield granting him ability to sense the position of any living being that contains chakra.

Description: While the user is under the effects of the "absence of light" mode, the user concentrates masses of dark chakra in front of him causing a giant tornado out of dark energy that connects the sky to the ground to form that covers a wide area making the light nearly vanishes from the target and the user's eyes due to masses of dark energy forming which prevents the light from reaching the user and the opponent but it doesn't cause blindness of any sort and the tornado has black orbs constantly spinning around it, the tornado itself extends up to a whole range, meaning it covers all the range of an area once created in as if the user made it while being in short range from his target it will cover all over short range while heading to it's destination, therefore the user takes additional damage from the tornado if he formed the tornado while being in mid range from his opponent, being made out of fire and lightning techniques the tornado has enough heat the same as fire techniques but after utilising this technique the user becomes extremely exhausted.
- Can only be used once per battle
- Can only be performed while under the effect of the absence of light technique.

Description: This is a stronger version of the dark release "Judgment" technique, by utilizing the energy absorbed from an S-ranked technique through the usage of the "grand inhaling maw" technique, the user extends both of his hands in front of him converting the chakra that was absorbed into black flames that cover a vast area similar to the judgment technique but much stronger and on a larger scale due to using more energy for the usage of the technique through the usage of a stronger version of the inhaling maw which is the grand inhaling maw.

Description: This technique is a stronger version of Dark Release: Inhaling Maw, used only to absorb high ranked techniques. It follows the same concept, however, instead of just one hand to perform, the user will need to use both. He will point his palms together in the direction of the incoming technique and will then absorb it. This is this technique's weakness: since the user needs both hands to perform it, he will be more vulnerable to a surprise attack, being unable to perform an adequate defense most of the times. The absorbed technique can then be released via Dark Release: Judgment
