Description: The user puts his palms together in a praying motion, starting to gather a massive amount of lightning chakra in his whole body. After a mere 2 seconds the user clasps his hands, and then a part of his chakra is expelled outwards in a 360 degree wave that causes burns on anything it comes in contact with, and pushes them back a few metres. Finally, when the user unclasps his hands he releases the rest of his chakra into a huge wave of lightning chakra going straight towards the opponent, leveling the first ten meters it travels, and burning everything it passes through.
- May be used once per battle.
- This jutsu must be the first one used in a move, and afterwards, no lightning jutsus may be used.
- The jutsu takes approximatively 3 seconds to release the first wave, and another 3 seconds to release the second wave.
- If hit directly by the final wave, the affected can recieve up to 4th degree burns.
- Requires great lightning chakra mastery to not cause burns to the user also.
- When it is released, the user also gets first degree burns on his skin.
- May be taught only by Symbiote.

your description mentions one wave... where does this second one come from? does this count as a second move?

(Chakra-Ten no Keisei) - Chakra-Point Formation

Description: The user infuses an awful amount of chakra in a spot in the ground. When foreign chakra comes in contact with that spot, the chakra is released and it forms a barrier-like dome, made out of chakra that traps the opponent in, however, for further protection, the user also has infused lightning chakra into it. The barrier dispels only when it comes in contact with the chakra of the user, or after 2 turns.
- May be used twice.
- The dome is big enough to trap the opponent in, so let's say 6 foot tall and 2 foot long, not giving the opponent enough space to perform jutsus, however, if managable, the opponent can perform techniques, that will bypass the barrier, however it shall not disrupt it.
- May be taught only by Shigure.

- The user may not use any lightning jutsus anymore for the rest of the battle.
- Must posses Futsu-Nushi-no-Kami.

As as combo sumning JP can only use raiton justsu's up to rank B and JC suiton jutsus up to rank B when they attack they mainly use combos but can also attack one by one. When the caster does this summon he must slam both hands on the ground.

Comets are two double chained scythes that count as one they come separately but can be attached together via there strong chains. The scythes can be thrown at long distances( one can be thrown at a time whilst the other is wielded or both can be thrown depending on what the user says he does) and can easily cut threw rock given the right amount of chakra.The scythes have there jutsu of there own that the user can use only when wielded

The jutsu allows the user to be protected by any aponent coming in for close range combat as, as soon as the jutsu detects any other chakra from the user, friend or foe it will activate at speeds in wich is unavoidable and will slice the enemy with its blades.
note the jutsu is about 5 meters long each triangle of the star

add some sort of limitation to the user aswell as you wouldn't be able to know whats going on outside the tent if they cant know whats going on inside plus doujutsu would see through it

Approved: if your chakra is in the walls, unless you used it to form something such as an eye on the walls or such, you couldn't tell what's going on outside either, however both of you could sense chakra abnormalities such as increases in chakra in certain areas in theory should either have the ability to sense chakra.

hmm, i'm unsure about this however i know full well this is for use with shadow jutsu.

Declined: to be fair, if in a forest or you create a forest, there is a huge amount of wood to use, and even if it's cut, it's still wood. taking this into
consideration it makes this seem quite OP

So in this jutsu the user is able too transform water into wood by adding doton chakra into it and then the user is able to manipulate the water with his own will,but the disadvantage to this technique is that if the user uses this jutsu on the opponents water jutsu i.e if the user wants too transform the opponents water jutsu into wood then he is unable too control the opponents jutsu but still the water or water style technique transforms into wood(techniques only upto A rank can be changed into wood)d.But if the user uses this jutsu with his own water style technique then depending on the jutsu the user is able to manipulate and utilise water as wood.The user can initiate the jutsu by touching or even by focussing his chakra into the water only upto mid range because if used long range the jutsu can exhaust the user's chakra.

*when the jutsu is initiated by touch it is instant like chidori nagashi and no handseals are required but when this jutsu is initiated by focussing chakra then it requires four handseals

Declined: i see little use for this... why turn your own water jutsu to wood? just make a wood jutsu... and you can't just turn an opponents water jutsu to wood so easily as that would involve controlling their water chakra. also natural water doesn't have chakra... so you would still have to feed in your own chakra anyway.

Note:The downside is the user must continually focus there chakra keeping the clouds together preventing the user from attacking.

This technique's range can be expanded with Se Doshaburi no Jutsu.

actually victims further away would be less injured as the pulse spreads out the amount of lightning is the same but spread out over a larger area, therefore less will hit a single target.

(i was asked what it's usefullness was, and it's simply because i've created a special bio for these CJ's, and some people might argue that he would've been knocked over by some pressure or something, so i would like to have this in reserve to avoid discussions.)

As long as this technique is active, the user gains a 10+ damage to any Taijutsu which involves using ones legs, and a great boost in speed, similar to Lee in 2 gate release without weights, to any action performed with the users legs, this technique has some major drawbacks though, when it ends the user will be completely drained of strength in his/her legs, and unable to use advanced techniques for some time.

~tell me how is the bolded part possible if you have already stated that you cant move your legs for the rest of the match? and remove the exception of ultima legs , your legs would only be usable if you manage to push past the boundary of will to move your legs but if you did that would cost you dearly~

By doing this, the user will stack an incredible amount of chakra, around and inside his legs. While doing this, the user will begin to spin around himself, because of the incredible amount of chakra in the users legs, the user will spin around himself with speed equal to the rotors of a helicopter. This will create an air pressure in itself, but by releasing all of the chakra stacked inside and outside his legs, the user is able to create a gigantic windblast, which will travel with incredible speed, and rip apart everything inside Mid range of the user. This windblast will be released in 360 around the user, and as said before, rip everything in Mid range and closer to the user apart, this also includes the very ground around the user. As soon as this windblast has been released, the user can light a lighter, and set everything in Mid range and closer, ablaze in an instant, both the windblast and the fire, travels so fast that even a Sage ranked opponent wouldn’t have time to for any handseals. The user’s legs will explode due to the incredible pressure on his legs, and because of the incredible amount of chakra and energy this technique requires, the user will be completely drained of chakra and power after use.

The gloves themselves, are created from the bones of 5 grandmasters, each had their own element. The gauntlets were originally created, as a gift to a rich lord of unknown occupation, but under mysterious circumstances, they vanished on the trip to his house, and they were never mentioned in history since then. Though rumors about it being used by ninjas exist, these are mostly viewed as fairy tales.

Abilities: The gauntlet of wind, is a tool used by ninjas with a wind affinity, to strengthen their wind jutsus. The gauntlet itself is lightweight, and doesn’t hinder the user in any of his/her movements. The gauntlet works like a magnet for wind chakra, it makes it a lot easier to gather wind chakra, and focus on wind techniques. The gauntlet also works as an amplifier for wind jutsus, increasing their damage and destructive power. Lastly, the gauntlet also eases the user’s hands when he’s performing wind techniques, thereby enabling the user to form handseals faster than usually. All these wind abilities come at a price though, at the start of the battle, the user must choose an available element, except for wind, in this element, the user will be unable to perform S-ranked and above jutsus, for the rest of the battle.

~Restrictions need more , forbidden ranked is forbidden for a reason give it a damage cost and if using to enhance wind element techniques have a certain amount before it is rendered useless and the wearing of the gauntlet should provide the user with damage over period of time so it would also prevent the user from using High level wind for 2 turns aswell ~

It can be used to ones advantage though, once every battle, the user can feed the gauntlet an extra portion of chakra, this will increase the pain the gauntlet inflicts for a second, thereby snapping the user out of any B-ranked or below Genjutsu.

• Can only be used by ZeroG.

make water the element to make a rank and below only, and the genjutsu bit isn't really needed... you can inflict pain without that.

These dogs have no real abilities expect for their speed and the leader can talk and also sense of smell and hearing is like a normal dog.
-LiL Wayne: He is the leader of the back and the only one who can talk. he also wears a red scroph(spelling) around his neck
-Drake: He hears a black jacket with writing on the back
-NM: She is the only girl in the pack and she has a pink spot on top of her head
-Tyga: He is a skinny but the quickest of the group. His speed can only be tracked by a 2 sharingan and up.
-GG: He has a black mark on his right side of his face under his right eye looks like a small cross.

The disk speed is face so only sharingan can keep up with its speed.

Description: Tiberius is the leader of the pangolins, he is roughly the same height and length as Katsuyu's complete form, he is the oldest and largest of his species. His armoured scales are said to be stronger than any metal used by ninja and therefore can protect him from all S-rank or below techniques, however, his face and abdomen are not protected by these scales and are therefore vulneable to attack. A single S-rank technique to the stomach causes him to leave the field
Once per battle, Tiberius can curl up into his ball form, removing these vulneable areas from view, in this form he can roll at the enemy, causing considerable damage, howver, if the enemy has damaged his abdomen (hit it with one A-rank or above, or two b-rank) then he cannot roll into his ball form.
Also tiberius may choose to try and catch the enemy with his tongue that can extend to mid range and is highly adhesive, meaning thet if the enemy is hit, he will be stuck on his tongue, hover, this tongue is higly suseptible to lightning and fire attacks ( a hit from a c-rank or higher tech will damage it)
Tiberius has some skill in Doton techniques and can use up to B - rank Doton jutsus
Restrictions:
1. Cannot attack at all the turn after he rolls up
2. Cannot use jutsu and tongue in the same turn
3. Can only be sommoned once per battle and stays on the field for 4 turns, no other summoning can be used while Tiberius is on the field

Description: Augustus is a member of an offshoot of the main pangolin family that has adapted to the desert environment of their homeland, he is only slightly smaller that Tiberius when on all four legs, but unlike tiberius and the main family, he has the ability to stand on two legs. Augustus and his family have adapted over many long years to this bipedal existance, and as a result, their scales now cover the entireity of their bodies ( Augustus' plates afford him protection of up and including to A rank jutsu) Due to his long existance in the desert Augustus has become a highly skilled user of sand and wind techniques, able to use up to A-rank of both.
Like the main family he may roll up into a ball to attack, but as he can stand on two legs, the time it takes for him to do so is drastically reduces, and he is able to do it more than once a battle.
though, as he has adapted to live in the desert, his family no longer use their tongues to attack, as they would be damaged in the desert heat. He also has a brilliant sense of smell, allowing him to track food for miles around (he can also use this to track enemy ninja)

His eyes are yellow and they glow in the darkness.His plates protect him from techniques up to C. A B-rank technique will pierce his plates. On his plates there are 4-foot long spikes that work as tread like on a tire. He has the ability to ball up and roll around like other Pangolins, though his spikes allow him to roll straight up mountain sides and continue to roll on ice or mud. Two C-rank attacks or one B-rank attack to an unprotected area will stop him from being able to roll for the rest of the battle. He can also use his tongue to fight, which extends to mid range. It has an acidic nature. If the opponent is hit, the opponent is burned severely. He also may (once per battle) create a cloud of extremely noxious gas, similar to a skunk's spray, that extends to mid range, that is extremely flammable, and also forces the opponent to either retreat to long range or spend his turn covering his face to avoid the gas.He has considerable skill in Katon and can use Katon jutsu up to A-rank

As a regular Bunshin is an intangible clone that has no physical substance, and can therefore do nothing but act as something to shield which is the real user, and a Kage Bunshin is a completely tangible copy made to be a replica of the user, this takes pieces from both. The user creates a slightly unstable clone – this clone can use jutsu just like a Kage Bunshin, but has no physical substance, like a regular Bunshin. This is because the amount of chakra used in the justu allows the clones to consist of chakra and to put on a front of the user, but the additional chakra is reserved for justu, and is not enough to make the clone tangible; where as a Kage Bunshin evenly splits the users chakra between themselves and the Kage Bunshin, this jutsu does not.
Note: This clone cannot be dispersed, as all techniques will simply pass through it.

Description: One of the more powerful Command Arts, Raikōsen is activated by the user flooding their entire chakra network with Raiton chakra. Using this chakra, an electrical aura will envelope both the user and their blade. Lifting their blade so it is parallel to their face, the user will lunge forward – in doing so, all of the gathered lightning chakra surges around them, and the user is fired in a straight-line bolt from their current position to another point mid-range from their current position in the direction they are facing, as a pure bolt of lightning. Being enveloped in lightning, the user’s blade is thrust forward as the transition occurs, acting as the spear head, and as such gives the user the power to pierce through even thick walls of metal, depending on their sword. After reaching the point of destination, the user crackles back into a solid form. The bolt of lightning will linger between the starting and ending points for approximately half of a second, as the Raiton chakra disperses.

After 1 opponents turns passes the opponent's muscles of the chest and abdomen aids the airflow to move down when the opponent inhales, and then up when exhales, causing the opponent to have hiccups and limits the user to use jutsus that are blown directly from the opponent's gut or mouth since the opponents haves hiccups the jutsus will get stuck in the mouth or trachea and damage them greatly, but jutsus like the Fireball Jutsu who only need a little blow and the fire doesn't contact mouth or gut so the opponent is safe but the jutsu will loose 05 Damage points since the hiccups will interrupt is performance.
Note: Can only be used once per battle.

I submited this jutsu some time ago Kiwi declined it (he didn't say I should stop submiting it) but he only said that it stops a lot of fire and wind jutsus so i only clarified a little bit since not all the fire jutsus are blown directly from the mouth some only need a little blow of air. So I hope this time the jutsu is ok now.

and how is this going to work if you cant garantee the targets mouth will be open at all times when you try to use this ?

Description: After performing only 1 handseal the user will create a really small gust of wind in front of him, the gust will gather dust particles from the ground and send them to the user's nose while he focuses wind chakra in it, after the dust enters the user's nose this one will cause him to sneeze (infused with the wind chakra)sending a incredibly fast wind gust (50 miles per hour) that only a third tomoe Sharingan can track. This sneexe can blow the opponent away to long range as well receive a strong impact. This jutsu can also be used in the same way but to make the opponent sneeze while he/she is about to perform a jutsu that is blown from the mouth and cancel it out.

A normal sneeze travels at 100 miles per hour so I just cut it's speed in half O_O but I think is still to fast so please tell me if I have to reduce its speed.

The purpose of this jutsu is to steal a very small time from the opponent to prepare an attack (a yawn last for 2 to 4 seconds), and since this jutsu doesn't exatcly hurt the opponent or put him/her to sleep, theres no need to use Kai or inflict pain to him/her self.

Description: While high up in the air the user will create 7 huge pillars of rock above him then he will send lightning chakra to the pillars, wrapping them in a layer of lighting that connects all the pillars together, then the user can strike the opponent with all of them at once at great speed, if the target gets hit he/she will receive a strong impact as well get electrocuted at the same time. If the opponent manages to avoid the pillars this ones will create a small tremor in the ground as soon they land and send a little current of electricity through the ground.
Like all the other jutsus of this kind, this jutsu can only be used when fighting at night.
Note: Can Only be taught by Ryuji
Note: No Doton or Raiton jutsus in the same turn this jutsu is used.

~Pending~ Wouldn't the impact disrupt the electrical current completely? Even if it could travel through the ground, the distance would be miniscule at best...

Just for the record I created the Constellations arts, Roku was the first one to check one of this jutsus, he didn't say I should stop submiting it he just said that it's similar to an existing jutsu, so I'm gonna submit more of this.

Description: Tobirama Senju (or Minato Namikaze) concentrates a lot of chakra in his hands thus increasing sense of touch and puts them on the ground. By doing so, he gains ability to sense enemies that are kilometers away. Only downside to this technique is the thing that concentrating chakra in one's hands to improve sense of touch this much isn't a feat that can be done at whim thus it requires some time to do it.
*Note - Concentrating chakra in hands require 1 turn and once activated it stays active as long as user keeps his hands on the ground.
*Note -

- I don't think that this jutsu needs restrictions as, for example, duration or number of uses since it is pretty unusable in a fight.
- I have left empty "Note" if you still believe that some restrictions should be added (If you want to add any please do it yourself so I don't have to wait for another checking of CJs - thank you in advance).

Description: Tobirama Senju (or Minato Namikaze) concentrates a lot of chakra in his feet but this time, instead of using chakra to enhance speed or enable user to walk on trees or water, user uses chakra to increase sense of touch in his feet. By doing so, he gains ability to sense enemies through vibrations with his feat instead of hands. Big downside of this technique is the thing that user can't use chakra to enhance speed or enable user to walk on trees or water with this jutsu activated at the same time. User also isn't able to switch this jutsu off and then, for example, be able to use chakra to walk over water in the same turn.
*Note -

- I also don't think that this technique is OP since there exist a lot of far stronger sensing jutsus (like that sonar thing that stays on for whole battle and this technique only allows user to sense vibrations of earth). He can't sense someone flying over him, throwing a kunai etc.

The bow has a black handle made of tar-covered sharkskin, just like samurai katanas, ensuring maximum grip. The user of this bow can infuse raiton chakra in great quantities and apply shape manipulation in order to create a thick arrow of pure lightning energy which can be later shot in a straight line but at great speeds and a normal chakra bowstring. The arrow have a penetrating power comparable to chidori, but once they struck the opponent they will revert back to lightning energy and shock the particular area numbing it.
But the utility of this ancient weapon does not end here, the bow can be disassembled in two separate blades that the user can use freely as very sharp and light weapons. If infused with raiton chakra, the sharpness of the blades is taken to a whole new level.

"increasing effect of genjutsu" expand. does it increase turn duration? and also you need to make it sight based genjutsu only and if it's a genjutsu in itself and not a physical eye it shouldn't increase your own jutsu effects as genjutsu isn't able to enhance personal performance.​

Sorry Kawagiri but this Jagan eye is to be declined and not resubmitted its to similar to creating a new doujutsu as its using a new eye to enhance genjutsu

Description: After doing the necessary hand seals and wiping blood across the tattoo on Oraan's left arm, Oraan summons Grand Cotta. Grand Cotta is the largest Hyena of them all. He is the same size as Gamabunta. He is the only Hyena capable of using Jutsu other then GenJutsu, consisting primarily of Fire and Lightning. Because Grand Cotta has a very thick hide if attacked with Lightning, only an S Ranked or above Lightning jutsu can kill him (Unless a water technique is used in conjunction to cause the lightning techniques to be powered up through the conduction allowing A ranked lightning techniques to cause damage). Grand Cotta has a helmet made of Manganin, which is a metal that is very resistant to lightning. The helmet, and the hide, are why it is so hard to kill Grand Cotta with Lightning abilities.
Note: Can only be summoned once per battle.
