The user infuses his chakra into the wind in the battlefield, takes control of it and begins manipulating it so it would form many wind currents blowing throughout the entire battlefield, with such strength, that any lightning technique or lightning based chakra that has been released will be immediately blown away. Due to the great winds, however, it's basically impossible to keep a good body balance, and also Taijutsu is nearly impossible to use.
[Lasts for 4 turns]
[No one can perform any Raiton techniques]
[User takes -15 damage]
[Once per battle]

The user of the jutsu is seperated by a small air pocket inside that moves to the shape of the user, preventing the field from slowing himself down. The Field is approximately ten feet from the user in all directions

Emp, you wont drown because your inside of a small air pocket. Human beings dont need to breathe massive amounts of air to survive, if fact, within the three turn period,(which realistically is only seven to 15 seconds) you would only need to breathe once or twice. So yes, the air is sufficient to survive while the jutsu is in play.

Description: Based off of how Shinobi walk on water by emitting a constant stream of chakra in ever changing amounts to create a stable surface to stand upon, the user of this jutsu will focus a large amount of chakra (by comparison to the Water Walking Method, which has negligible chakra loss), allowing the user to create a small area of surface tension beneath their feet by having the chakra gather the air beneath them so that it becomes just dense enough so that by discharging the gathered chakra, the user can jump in any direction – effectively, this jutsu just allows the user to do what is commonly referred to as “Double-jumping”, allowing them to move out of harms way.

Utilizing her Water Chakra, the user drastically increased the cohesion of the water molecules and decreased the adhesion of the water molecules, thus creating thick beads of water that will bounce off any object. The user can redirect the beads of water by stomping on the ground, thus erupting (up to 10) small pillars of earth (Counts towards the jutsu count) , until either she decides to pop them (using one handseal) or the beads collide with a sharp object, thus breaching the spheres and blasting the sticky substance inside onto the target. the user can infuse Fire or Lightning into the balls (For Boiling Beads or Electrified Bead, isntead of Sticky Beads), without changing the Adhesion and Cohesion levels. Description: The user charges chakra on her lungs and releases a deep low burst of sound, an amplified yawn, capable of dispersing near intagible elements (Such as Fire, Water and Wind Releases) up to A rank (Secondary effect, irrelevant to the purpose of the jutsu). This yawn is meant to insert the user's chakra on the opponent's brain (It's a sound induced Genjutsu). The foreign chakra will disrupt the host's chakra, and will cause him a tremendous desire to yawn. The person's chakra will gather on his/her lungs, and soon that pressure will be released in yet another deep low burst of sound. This contagious yawn will be passed on to anyone in range of either the user of this technique, or the ones affected, despite being the initial opponent or not. Each yawn lasts 2 minutes, and until anyone on range is affected by the wave of yawns. The fight will be on hiatus during that time, as no one, not even the user, will be able to charge chakra or preform jutsus, given the chakra pressure being gathered and released.
After that first row of yawns, in the next 3 turns, the user can, by preforming one handseal, recreate the 2 minutes long yawn, only once per battle, which will affect everyone previously hit by the initial yawn and replicas. The second row of yawns is not contagious, and does not affect the user (Will affect allies, clones, summons). The user can take that time to attack.

~ This is basically a Sound jutsu ( the dispersing ability ) and you do not know Sound.
Also for a Sensei you seem to know little about the Dojutsu. They break Genjutsu not because they act visually but because they can recognize it instantly once it is cast, thus allowing the person to break it. They can see the break in their own chakra flow and realize there is a Genjutsu regardless of how it is activated. ~
I seem to know little about Doujutsu?
There's a difference between realizing there is a Genjutsu and releasing from a Genjutsu, despite the words "Realizing" and "Releasing" being similar. Just because you know something's wrong, doesn't mean you're immune to it. Doujutsu allow you to break through Genjutsus because they pierce through visual illusions, that's been clearly shown during the Chunnin Exam, when Sasuke used his sharingan to distinguish illusionary copies and the original person. The technique you described is also known as Kai. Being such an efficient Moderator, you obviously know that, given the current RP Rules, Kai can only release Genjutsus up to B rank. This is a S Rank. Doujutsu are able to realize they're in a genjutsu, but not release from it (At least not the way you described)

"disabling their skill" if it completely immobilizes/stops jutsu permenantly it seems a bit OP

Any sand jutsu he uses is twice as fast as the user can use it. He runs somewhat slow but he can seperate any of his 4 legs and his tail and send it in any direction at a fast speed. After he seperates a body part it cannot be re-attached, until he is summoned the second time.

Description: Ichigeki Hissatsu is a legendary weapon and its said that nobody has survived a single strike from its blades. The exact origins of this weapon remain unknown. Its past is shrouded in mystery though some speculate its birth was in the Land of Iron due to the material's responsiveness to chakra. The basic form of the Ichigeki Hissatsu is a long metallic staff with intricate art work along its black and silver body. There appears to be no top or bottom end, but rather two heads. An open slit lies vertical along both heads but on opposing sides from one another. This basic form is just one of many that this weapon can take. At the middle of the staff is a section where the staff can be split in half turning it into two club like weapons. The deadliest feature of the Ichigeki Hissatsu is that when chakra is channeled into its metal, two long scythe blades form out of the slits located on the two heads. This allows for the weapon to become a twin or single scythe when connected, or two sickle like weapons when separated. This versatility gives the weapon a total of five forms (staff, clubs, single scythe, twin scyth or sickles). The chakra used when creating the scythes is incredibly sharp and capable of slicing through steel. The chakra blades are equivalent to rank A and can be used for a maximum or three turns at a time and require a waiting period of two turns before being usable again. These blades can be released and fired towards a target four times per battle (twice per blade) counting as a move in the user's three turn move set.
  • Chakra blades last three turns per use.
  • Requires 15 chakra per turn to maintain the blades.
  • Two times per end, the blade can be fired at a target.
  • Must wait two turns before recreating the chakra blades.
  • Can only be wielded by Bahamut.

Inuzuka Tsuin Soshi Yari | Inuzuka Twin Element Spear

Description: The "Inuzuka Twin Element Spear" is a retractable and extendable spear that is made of an indestructible yet light metal. The spear can retract and extend at the users will, making it easier to carry. It is an Inuzuka heirloom past down through the generations. The spear's handle is engraved with the name of his/hers Dog Companion (as they share a special bond), thus allowing the user to summon his "Dog Companion" whenever he wants (this doesn't count as a move). He can also use the spear to summon his Ninja Dog/ Dog summons by wiping blood on the spear and slamming the end into the earth (but this counts as a move). The user can also channel Wind or Lightning chakra into the spear, increasing its penetration powers when charged with Wind chakra, and increasing its throwing speed when charged with Lightning chakra. By doing three handseals the user can summon the spear in it's retracted form to the users belt (there's a seal on it)

  • Indestrucible, but cannot cut through everything.
  • Can only be wielded by Ragerok, if someone else tries to wield the spear (and i'm not touching it) it will teleport and return to the users belt in its retracted form.
  • It costs 20 chakra per turn when infused with either element
  • Can only summon the users Dog Companion three times per battle.
  • Can only summon the spear back manually twice per battle
