I'm going to get beat up quite alot here...
but it seems OP right now both having ability to reverse an opponents jutsu so easily, counting as 1 jutsu?

Description: By using this technique, the user must engulf their either their left or right arm with a black liquid substance similar to that of tar. A glowing stream of blue chakra that appears to be violently slithering and erupting around his/her arm as if a creature began to tear upon the casters skin in attempts to escape its prison until it finally locates an opening upon the users hand that reveals a terrifying eye that gives an dark essence within the area. The essence in not totally terrifying, rather gives off an unknown and eerie sensation. The newly formed arm may seem slightly larger and muscular then their regular arm. In fact, it actually increases the users physical strength, capable of punching through steel and create small craters in the earth upon damaging other creations. The thick coat around his arm also serves as sort of defense as it has been said to be indestructible; this is unknown factor however. Weapons such as swords and kunai are unable to even pierce this black skin, in which it usual chips or breaks the weapon. Immense pressure applied deems to irritate the performers limb, not enough for agonizing pain. Making it wise decision to use in close quarters combat and for defense purposes against some offensive movements from the enemy. The opening eye located in his hand is capable of poisoning an enemy by coming in contact with the designated target and sending a strange seal That can act like a poison that will appear to enter the their blood stream, a light blue color flowing through their veins that slowly turns into a black color. This gives the opponent nausea, a difficulty to concentrate. Not only does it target the opponent but it can also poison chakra, making the chakra rot becoming unstable. This makes it effective against shields and barriers techniques that are affiliated with chakra as they would usually leave an opening or completely break. Though the charge must take at least fifteen seconds while touching the target. Although the user is able to disrupt the targets flow of chakra for merely fifteen seconds by activating the seal, causing whichever technique they are currently preforming to halt, rendering the use of chakra useless for the short amount of time.

Description: The user will focus earth chakra on his shoulders and can make a total of 4 extra arms to come out of himself. This arms are strong enough to punch and destroy a rock boulder. They give an advantage to the user while in a taijutsu fight. These arms can also be used to make hand seals. Once used, the user continues with these extra arms unless they're destroyed or the user cancels the flow of earth chakra to his arms, turning them to dust.

Sealing Jutsu: Elemental Chakra Seal (Fuuinjutsu: Youso Chakra Inshou)

Description: The user places a seal on the opponent and performs one hand seal, causing the opponent to lose the ability to perform one type of elemental jutsu (Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Lightning, etc). The seal, embedding itself into the opponent's skin, turns into a sort of tattoo, which makes removal of the seal (until it naturally dissolves away by itself) extremely difficult.
Note: The seal lasts for two turns (the turn in which it's placed and the following turn).

Description:Shinsou was an indestructible blade which whose creator is unknown.It was found by a person named Muramusa,the demon of war.The blade was used in so many uncountable battles that it gained a black color due to the drying up of blood on it.Fire and Wind chakra can be chanelled into this blade and two powerful S ranked blasts of wind or fire chakra nature can be sent at the opponent each turn.The sword is about 1 metre long and is very sharp as it can easily cut through rock and even cut through metal when wind chakra is chanelled Into it.It is said that if anyone aside from the wielder of the sword itself looks at the swords blade the person will be cut though it is just a rumour and not true.When fire chakra in channeled into the sword and if the opponent is hit he will be burnt at the place the sword cuts,however chanelling wind chakra into it only makes it sharper.(and the blasts ofcourse.)
Pros
-The user can channel both wind and lightning chakra into the sword.
-The sword is extremely sharp.
-All wind and lightning jutsus of the user increase by a rank.
-If anyone expect the owner touches the summoning scroll of the sword both the sword and the summoning contract are teleported to a secret location known only to the owner.
-Both wind and fire chakra can be chanelled into the sword together however if this is done the wind chakra makes the fire chakra in the sword alot more stronger.

Cons
-Each blast is considered as a move.
-If wind and fire chakra are chanelled into the sword in the same turn the sword cannot cut through metal etc as the wind chakra just makes the fire chakra stronger.

Description:A technique developed by kenichi hyuga to defend himself against armed martial artists,
especially those using bladed weapons. As said by his sensei "when fighting a sword user,
you often don't have time to defend and attack," and thus this technique
was developed for this reason. In essence, it is a corkscrew blow which dodges a sword
swing and punches the opponent simultaneously. As the weapon is swung, Kenichi begins the
punch with the palm of his hand of the clenched fist facing upwards. Before his fist hits
the weapon, he turns it counter-clockwise (when using his right hand), which allows his
thumb to face up and the weapon to pass along the back of his hand without touching him,
thus effectively dodging the attack. He then completes the rotation while using his
shoulder to extend his reach and punch the opponent. It is important to note that Kenichi
is known to use this technique against unarmed opponents as well, for example, he uses it
when training with Miu at one point.

How should I change the name? 2 sword style= nitoryu lols Its like saying change the name sword to something diffrent cause someone already took it.But okey,I guess this one will work

Description: Psychic destruction, is an advanced genjutsu, that requires eye contact with the target. Before the user is able to do the technique, he/she must do a single handseal, and look into the targets eyes/eye. If the target is caught in the genjutsu, he/she will relive his/her saddest memory, the memory where they felt the most sorrow, while this memory is being relived, the target is completely unable to move, he/she is still able to speak, the genjutsu last for 2 turns, (excluding the turn it was used on them) or until it’s broken. when the genjutsu is broken, or it ends, tears will appear in the eyes of the target.

Notes:
• This genjutsu makes the target relive his/her saddest memory so if the target does not have a memory where they’ve felt sorry the jutsu won’t affect them an example is Orochimaru.
• Can only be used two times per battle.
• Can only be taught by ZeroGarra.

Description: The user places a seal on the opponent and performs one hand seal, causing the opponent to lose the ability to perform one type of elemental jutsu (Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Lightning, etc). The seal, embedding itself into the opponent's skin, turns into a sort of tattoo, which makes removal of the seal (until it naturally dissolves away by itself) extremely difficult.
Note: The seal lasts for two turns (the turn in which it's placed and the following turn).

Ace already made that jutsu, tough it's not of much use since it only lasts one turn O_O

Description: Tsubaki is a Mini-sycth, linked at their ends by enchanted chains that are able to expand into mid range and retract into short range at the users will. Tsubaki can be summoned in the users hand or in its sheath. Tsubaki has black and silver colored handles. The user can channel lightning chakra into Tsubaki to create an aura of electrical currents around the blades allowing them to cut through things easier. Also while the swords are active the users lightning techniques are increased by 10+ so that the users lightning jutsu are stronger. Once every 4 turns the sword can channel lightning chakra through the ground to electrocute the opponent (The lightning chakra can travel up to mid range). Tsubaki can absorb lightning chakra up C-rank.
(Usable once per turm)
(The users Earth jutsu's drops by 10 damage points)

Description: The user will spin the sword in their hand in a circular manner which causes them to knock the swords around them into the air. By continuing to spin the sword in the user’s hand, the user can hit the other swords as they are in the air, which makes them stay afloat. A small amount of wind chakra is channeled inside the user’s blade to help achieve this. This technique allows the user to keep ten swords afloat around him in the air, allowing both a powerful defense and an overwhelming attack, depending on how the user decides to use the floating blades. Coming into close range, into the range of the swords, is ill-advised because the opponent would be slashed to shreds do to the high speed needed to keep all the swords afloat, and thus, the swords themselves are moving quickly around the user.
*Note: Must have the Kendo: Infinite One-Sword Style active.

~declined, unrealistic. That you do that with 3-4 swords might be possible, however with 10 you need to be extremely fast, let alone 20. On top of that you wouldn't even have any space left o_O Saying that fuuton chakra helps you can better make it into a full fuuton-jutsu~

~Declined as you say the shockwave is made out of pure chakra, so how can it just go through physical objects without damage and hurt a person, which is actually also a physical object?~

I hope those are fixed right like you said in the previous post.

~Approved, however to make clear when using multiple shockwaves at the same time the strength of each individual becomes weaker. For instance you can't say that you use two shockwaves to block 2 separate incoming jutsu's at the same time as otherwise it would mean you could use 6 or more jutsu's in one turn~

Description: Yuttarishita Omoi is a self-targeting Genjutsu, in which the user uses their chakra to affect their own brain instead of their opponents. People in near-death situations often recall how time seemed to slow down – time has not really slowed, their perception of time has quickened, allowing them to think faster in a shorter amount of time. The user replicates but enhances these effects by targeting two parts of their own mind: they activate the part of the brain that causes this altered perception of time, but they also affect the part of the brain that controls the body, and envelop themselves in a sense of calmness – this prevents the flood of adrenaline that comes with the altered perception of time. The user now has extraordinary control of their body, as they are seeing everything at 5x reduced speed. The physical abilities of the user do not increase or decrease with the activation of this jutsu, the user simply gains better control of their own body, allowing them to react in ways that would require time to think that may not be available in battle. (I.e. The user of this jutsu is attacked by (Doton: Ganchuusou), but because they seem time as if it was moving 5x slower, the user can move their body between the spikes, avoiding them, if their body would be physically able to move at that speed.) This is especially effective when trying to find holes in an opponents Taijutsu barrage. And, by the calming effects of the jutsu, the users train of thought becomes much more controlled and clear.

~Declined, do not resubmit. It's nice in theory, however in real it's something else as it just doesn't feel right. However most important of all this is pretty much the Inner Gates. Two of the eight gates are located in the brain and when they open those gates the chakra flow in the brain is tremendously increased. So if it's possible, it's already existing in the gates~

If I may point something out, there is no such thing as a black tiger, and the image you have is of a black leopard....there's a difference you know -_-. it even says so in the link.

Description:For both form it made out of pure strong steel that it's almost indestructible and the sheath is made up of black/black crystal like mineral.
This sword also allow user to channel in fire/lighting chakra in it. To go to second form of the sword [ Katana ] the user will have to channel in chakra into the first form [ Cane ] in order to transform to the second form but it doesn't take up alot of time. The user also capable of launching chakra waves that can knock back eneny[cane form] and also launching chakra wave that can seriously harm/even kill enemy [ sword form ]


First Form[Cane]
