Just because you categorize it as E, doesn't mean it is. You didn't even recieve training for you to be able to control lightning like that, in the first place.

Just because you categorize it as E, doesn't mean it is. You didn't even recieve training for you to be able to control lightning like that, in the first place.

An heirloom of Honda Tadakatsu, the Tonbogiri has been passed down among generations of skilled warriors, before reaching its wielder today. The spear's blade beggars description, the sharpness it possesses unparalleled, a dragonfly that came to rest on the blade instantly being cut in two. The weapon weighs roughly 15 kg.
This eight foot weapon, comprising of three feet of deadly steel blade and five of reinforced wood handle, is one of the Three Great Spears forged by a matchless blacksmith.
The blade of the weapon is similar to that of a chokuto, having a straight, double-edged blade ending in a sharp point. The edge of the blade itself possesses backward-facing serrations. This allows the spear to be swung and slashed with - the length of the weapon increasing its angular momentum, and thus striking power. Comparatively speaking, a sword swung with the same momentum possesses less strike force, compared to this blade. The weapon can also be thrusted or thrown to stab. In such a case, once the sharp point of the blade slides effortlessly into the target, the backward-facing serrations ensure that when the spear is pulled out of the target, a large part of the target's insides come out with it, creating a savager wound. Skilled wielders can produce a sort of kuba-yari-esque corkscrewing effect during thrusts to create deeper and deadlier wounds.
The other end of the handle possesses a metallic rectangular piece tipped by a crescent, much like a monk's spade, that can be used to catch strikes from incoming weapons or simply to stab a target. The rectangular piece can be swung like a club, to deal blunt-force damage or break bone.
A length of chain lies inside the weapon at each end, which can be shot out with thought, to send either the blade or the crescent shooting forward, an extra five meters of chain on either side. Through subtle movements of the weapon's body, the weapon end that was shot out with a chain can be made to move such that the chain winds itself around an opponent's limb or weapon or bypass a static guard.
The weapon itself can be made to split apart into two, with a chain connecting both ends so it can be swung like a three-sectioned staff.
The Tonbogiri is stored in a seal the shape of a bisected dragonfly which is on the wielder's upper arm of his dominant hand.
The Tonbogiri like all legendary ninja weapons, is indestructible, though this does not mean it can slice or stab through everything.
The blade of the Tonbogiri is made of a pyroelectric material, which means electricity is generated with heat; this basically means fire chakra can be channeled to the blade, setting it aflame while it crackles with electricity at the same time, thus doing much more damage when it strikes. The fire/electricity remains for one turn.
The weapon does possess some inherent weaknesses and restrictions -
• Once fire chakra is channeled to the blade, then there has to be a one-turn gap before it can be channeled again.

A devastatingly complex, confusing technique. To a person caught in it, it seems to bend reality, to an observer it seems that the opponent killed himself through his inaction.
First, the user places his hands with his fingers linked together, and palms facing the opponent. A genjutsu then activates on the opponent, making him believe that the ground/water under him is pulling him under it to suffocate him.
Any good ninja will realise it is a Genjutsu, and break out of it, either through pain or with the help of Kekkei Genkai.
Now, the user places his hands in the same motion once more ( the position is recognisable easily due to its unique-ness ) and the ground/water begins swallowing the opponent into it once more. This time, however, it happens in reality, due to application of earth or water chakra.
Looking at it from the viewpoint of an opponent, he has just been put in a Genjutsu and broken out; and now the user is making the same motions, and the same effect is happening to him. Logically, he believes this also to be a Genjutsu.
When the opponent now breaks out of the fake "Genjutsu", a real, second Genjutsu is immediately cast on him, that makes him believe that, once he broke out of what he thought was a Genjutsu, things returned to their normal form, with the fight continuing. The opponent is thus even further convinced that he broke out of the "Genjutsu" when it was used a second time, and is also convinced that he is now in reality, and is fighting with the user once again.
However, in actual reality, the opponent is pulled under, unable to breathe and suffocates, even while his mind believes he is fighting.
The technique does possess some inherent weaknesses and restrictions -
• This technique may be used only once per battle.
• The three-tomoe Sharingan and above, will automatically notice that what they perceive as reality, really isn't and will break out again and realise they are being actually pulled under, thus letting them know and escape.
• Only one other move can be used the same turn.
• No Genjutsu for the next two turns.​

~You need to specify better as what the specific rank is of genjutsu 1 and 2. The whole can be considered forbidden, but I'm not going to approve it when both genjutsu are forbidden too as to escape the first genjutsu you would need to cut off a limb or something. And I need to add to that no S rank both~

An advanced variant of Fire Release: Burning Ash Accumulation, the technique made famous by Asuma Sarutobi, the user spits out a larger volume of ash straight up into the air. The ash then spreads out and floats above the entire battlefield for fifty meters around the user. Whenever the user clicks his teeth, half of the ash descends downward upon an area of ten square meters selected in a vicious cloud from all directions. The opponent is trapped with the burning ash on all sides and above him. The ash then crushes the opponent between itself as well as burning him badly.
A wind technique can blow the ash away, but due to its density it will return and settle back the next turn, hotter than usual from absorbing the wind.
The technique does possess some inherent weaknesses and restrictions -
• This technique may be used only twice per battle.
• The ash, once released, forms a cloud above the area for two turns. After that, it automatically dissipates and the technique has to be used again if possible.
• With each use of this technique, the ash can be made to descend and crush twice, either simultaneously at two parts, or any time within the two turns that the ash is present in the cloud.
• No Forbidden Rank fire techniques for the next two turns.​

||Declined|| If the ash is blown away, how can it return to its place of origin without some connection. Ash isn't sentient, after all.

Description: The user uses wind release to control the air around him, creating small spinning winds around his arms, winds around his legs and upper body.
This technique doesn't have any offensive function besides that the user is able to send small hurricanes that can push the opponent back. The spinning winds work as defense against lightning techs, however after getting hit by B rank lightning, the armor is dispersed. The user can use the spinning winds around his limbs to propel himself in a direction he likes to by shooting the spinning winds from his limbs, and making new winds around the limb after doing so. When the winds are shot from a limb, they are only strong enough to stop an incoming projectile, not a high ranking earth jutsu. The speed at which the user propels himself is very high, making him able to avoid really fast techniques and enables him to levitate 1 meter above the ground.
  • Usable twice per battle
  • Lasts for three rounds when activated
  • The user cannot use lightning techniques while this technique is active
  • Using fire techniques while the technique is active will increase the power of the fire technique by 5 damage, but will also do 5 damage to the user, giving him slight skin burn.

(Hone Hana) - Bone Flower

Description: This is the ultimate defense technique of the Kaguyas. The Kaguya will control the strongest bone in his body, the same one he uses for Dance of Clematis Flower, he will take control of the flower and making it grow out of his whole body, covering his whole body with spiral shape bone, which is hard as diamond when used by someone with Kage rank chakra reserves. When the technique is done, it looks like a spiral shaped cacoon, with sharp tip on top and bottom, when created, half of the cacoon is underground. While inside it, the only thing the user can do is send chakra into the pores of the "cacoon" and make it drill fast into the ground.
  • Can only be used once per battle, and if used, cannot use Dance of Clematis Flower for 3 turns, vice versa.
  • Lasts for two rounds
  • Since the cacoon is drilled halfway into the ground, lightning techs will get grounded and have no effect on the user, however advanced fire techniques and advanced lightning techniques will heat up the cacoon and cook the kaguya inside alive.

After 6 more hand seals user will expel large amount of water chakra to make strong water/wind combination and after that user will, after doing 5 hand seals, through high amount of concentration precisely inject huge amount of lightning chakra into tornado thus making one of the strongest elemental combinations.
*Note - After making water/wind combination it takes 4 seconds of concentration to successfully inject lightning element in water. If user is interrupted in making of wind/water combination user can still use wind tornado (A rank) and if he is interrupted in making wind/water/lightning combination he can still use wind/water tornado (S rank).
*Note - Tornado lasts for 2 turns and user can control direction of it.
*Note - This move costs the user 2 whole turns (The one where he made it and one after making it) and after successfully using the whole combination user can't use wind, water and lightning for 2 turns after the jutsu is ended due to huge drain of wind, water and lightning chakra.

Description: The user uses a large amount of Raiton chakra to supercharge the electrons on his hand(s), and thus increasing the electrons mass and force to the equivalent of a large truck. The user does this just before he punches, but can harm the user if the punch hits anything, as there is nothing stopping some of force from being pushed back at the user's fist.
Note
- Can only be used twice in battle.
- The push back force from the punch landing breaks the user's hand (making it unusable till repaired) and thus is why it can only be used twice in battle.
-This jutsu has to be done just before the punch is thrown as the increased mass of the electrons will be too heavy if done too early or late.
- (Can only be taught by Ragerok)

Note
- Can only be used twice.
- Firing at long range decreases it's penetration abilities.
- Its recoil can cause it to be inaccurate
- The user must use all projectiles as the jutsu only lasts one turn.

No more ice jutsu can be used for the duration of the battle, Furthermore all water sources previously on the field are evaporated, thus in order to perform most water jutsu the opponent first has to create a source however water jutsu that don't require a source are usable. All fire jutsu (for the user and opponent) go up +10 due to the heat in the air. Since the jutsu is made originally from Ace's own body he can choose if he wants to appear at the end of the wave by traveling the fire or remain in the same position.

Shingami Tenshidan, is a set of six weapons; Sword, Axe, Mace, Hammer, Dagger, and Lance. By combining them into one, the user can create the Rokusupirittoken| 6 Spirit Sword. Shingami Tenshidan on its own is a very formidable set of weapons, able to be controlled by the users, chakra the user can attack the opponent quickly, and sufficiently. Each one has its own special set of abilities...

Sword
A long slender weapon and the most balanced weapon of the 6, it's able to slice jutsu A-Rank and below in half stopping them 2-Times per battle and has a Raiton-Based affinity, allowing it to be able to conduct Lightning Chakra.

Hammer
A ball and chain weapon, it can be used from multiple ranges making it a very useful weapon. By coating this weapon with Fire Chakra the fire chakra is expelled in all directions spherically around the Hammer, which creates a larger version of the weapon the size of Katon: Blaze Ball, only its controllable by the user only 2-times per battle.

Mace
A long weapon with large spike protrusions at its head. If the user infuses it with Earth Chakra, by slamming it on the Ground it can cause a huge crater up to about Mid-Range releasing a shockwave, 2 times per battle.

Lance
A typical lance style weapon that has a drill style body that spirals into a sharp point. By coating this weapon with Wind Chakra, the user can throw this weapon, and have it move at blinding speeds due to the speed of wind and the rotation of the drill body making it aerodynamic and easily able pierce the opponent. 2-times per battle.

Dagger
A short but over-sized weapon, it has 6 points on it enabling the weapon to pierce the opponent in multiple points on their body. By using water chakra, when the dagger enters the opponent's body it can absorb the moisture, causing dehydration to the opponent only, 2 times per battle.

Axe
A typical Axe Styled weapon, it can be charged with a chakra, to allow it to expand or extend to the user's will only 2-times per battle.

Description: Believed in the Country of Lightning to be one of the oldest taijutsu styles still in practice, Shuurai Tekken Do was originally developed by the monks that helped to create the first incarnation of the Hidden Village of Cloud long before there were even inklings of such a drastic change. Honed over hundreds of years, this style has been given an essential definition that is rooted in the seeming paradox of the practice of the style itself: "What you cannot see can indeed hurt you."

The paradoxical nature of the practice of this style is the fact that despite being called the 'Way of the Lightning Strike Fist,' practitioners of Shuurai Tekken Do are known for their meticulously, almost languidly slow pace during practice. A simple movement bringing a fist across the chest from left to right may take up to a full minute or more in practice, but therein lies the difficulty itself. During all movements, muscles are constantly tensed and released without exerting much outward motion, thus making the slowness of the style the way in which it tones the body. Many practitioners choose to hold large buckets filled to the very brim with water while practicing, hoping to attain a sort of rigid fluidity, a statement that highlights the paradox present in the style's practice.

In combat, however, the practitioner demonstrates exactly what this type of practice does for his or her close combat ability. As the practitioner progresses, the laboriously slow practice tones the muscles in such a way that muscle reaction times are increased exponentially with every level of the style achieved. Thus, in a combat situation, the practitioner spends the fight attacking with extremely quick single hits and flurries and then backing off, rapidly responding to any counter-attacks made, and then repeating the process ad lib. When mastery of this style is attained, some users have been known to appear to stand still while their opponent is mysteriously ravaged and bloodied when coming near to them. Despite the general lack in strength exhibited even by masters of this style, it is still a wholly destructive art. The Raikage has covered up the weakness in this taijutsu by increasing his muscle capacity to the extreme. This style coupled with his Raikage Armor makes him an unstoppable force in close clombat by those using anything less then the 6th Gate.

Shuurai Tekken Do: Stages

Shokidankai: Arashinomaenoshizukesa [Initial Stage: The Calm Before the Storm]
In the first stage of learning Shuurai Tekken Do, the practitioner focuses in training on slow, fluid motion while flexing and releasing different areas of muscle. No aids are yet used to provide extra resistance to the training, only strict guidance from a good teacher with a judgemental hand. In battle, the practitioner focuses on blocking with sweeping motions and striking with fast single strikes, taking advantage of the forms learned in practice.

Nidankai: An'unteimei [Second Stage: The Gathering Stormclouds]
After a suitable duration of undertaking the first style to build on the basics, the teacher will add a tool to the practitioner's repetoire - small cups filled to the brim with a liquid. The goal of this addition is to work on the fluidity of the movements while still maintaining rigid muscle control. In battle, the practitioner's speed is noticably faster than the average ninja, and while the sweeping blocks are now accompanied by extremely fast forearm and shin blocks, the single fast strike policy still stands for attacking.

Sandankai: Yorunotobari [Third Stage: The Veil of Darkness]
The third stage of learning Shuurai Tekken Do is a grueling one, as whole days are sometimes spent a single position, the two cups of the previous stage being accompanied now by cups positioned on the head, shoulders, tops of the hands and feet, and on the knees. The user spends long durations in a sitting position with arms level at the shoulders, but without a chair to sit on. Sometimes, if the teacher is feeling particularly cruel, the student may be asked to try walking in a small circle while the cups are all still in place. In battle, the practitioner begins to use striking flurries in addition to the quick single strikes, as well as learning to add counters behind the now extremely fast blocks.

Yodankai: Haizename [Fourth Stage: The Torrential Rain]
Once the practitioner has attained what the instructor deems to be proper levels of fluidity and solidity, the cups in hand are traded in for medium-sized buckets of water with rough rope handles, which are still filled to the brim with a liquid. The rest of the cups of the previous stage are removed. This adds the extra aspect of maintaining fluidity while improving on muscle control due to the resistance of the added fluid weight. In battle, the practitioner approaches speeds that will baffle the human eye and batter the human body, but due to intense training the user will be able to control every strike, counter, and dodge to a keen precision. Strong single strikes and the occasional flurry are still the mainstay of the practitioner's offense, though there is now a considerable increase in the power behind them.

Sasshuudankai: Tekken Tenrai no Raijin [Final Stage: The Divine Fist of Raijin]
In the final stage of Shuurai Tekken Do, the teacher acknowledges the student's abilites by leaving the last training up to him, as the learning is now essentially complete. A complete emphasis on speed should be the focus of the training in the Final Stage; some training methods used in the past include weighted training underwater, deep squats carrying livestock on the shoulders while standing under a waterfall, and other such extremes. In combat, the practitioner is now the stuff of the legends surrounding this style, seeming to be able to attack without physically moving the body from a standstill. Striking and countering become so fluid and fast that some say the blocks are almost up before the opponent's strike begins and the counter is made before the strike is retracting.

-Resistance to blunt damage (punches, pushes, kicks, hammers, etc)
-Capacity to stretch one's own limbs up to mid range(Bubun baika already does this, but in this case it doesn't compromise the body volume)
Notes: Lasts 6 full turns.
Notes: Must be a member akimcihi clan member with at least sannin chakra reserves.
Notes: During it's duration, the user must give up an element to keep the feed of expansion chakra to his whole body. The said element will not be able to be used until 2 turns after the deactivation of this mode.
Notes: Once worn off no more expansion techniques for the remainder of the battle.
Notes: Insulating properties of rubber are NOT imitated whatsoever.

Why the jutsu is realistic: we have seen akimichi clan members expand their own bodies with their techniques. We can clearly see all of their bodies are expanded (organs, tissue, chakra pathway system) in order to keep their body in in balance and to adapt to their current size. By utilizing the expansion chakra, and controlling it and molding it in the right quantities, the user can make his limbs and body parts stretch (alongside their bones, blood vessels, etc) without hurting them but also, without compromising their body volume.

We actually can see choji stretching his arm to mid-range in an ougi jutsu of Narutimate accel 2 with the partial expansion jutsu.

Description: After using the Parseltounge jutsu to speak in the language of snakes the user takes advantage of the charming nature of snakes to place the opponent in a genjutsu. In many stories snakes have an alluring quality and often use this charm to draw things to them and tempt them. By speaking certain words/phrases in the snake language the target is put under a genjutsu that unknowingly draws him/her towards the sound. They won't want to get out of short-range of the user as long as the user is speaking this way. This jutsu can also be done by snake summonings if the user doesn't want to preform the jutsu himself as they naturally speak the language of snakes.
*Only HiddenShadowNinja can use/teach this jutsu
*Must be able to summon snakes
*Must know and have preformed the Parseltounge jutsu or have a summoned snake on the field.

Note: This is similar to how Ma and Pa toad have their genjutsu song. If you want me to change it so only summoned snakes can preform it that's fine, but having the user do it makes him more vulnerable as he can only use taijutsu...

What has really happened is that the user has summoned a snake directly underground, and at anypoint this turn or next, can have the snake erupt from underneath the target attempting to swallow them or bind them, etc.

*Snake must come out of the ground either the turn this is used, or next turn, otherwise it will suffocate and die

Description: After performing the neccesary handseals (4) the user will blow from his mouth a very small wind gust at the opponent. The wind will enter through the opponent mouth and nose and it flows through the pharynx, past the glottis and into the larynx and trachea, ending in the lungs. After 1 opponents turns passes the opponent's muscles of the chest and abdomen aids the airflow to move down when the opponent inhales, and then up when exhales, causing the opponent to have hiccups and limits the user to use jutsus that are blown,spew and spit from the mouth since the opponents haves hiccups the jutsus will get stuck in the lungs or trachea and damage them greatly (depending on what jutsu is used).
Note: Can only be used once per battle.
Note: Thsi jutsu's effect last for 3 turns.

i'd like clarification, it can only attack or defend per use right?
not defend you then be sent straight to attack?

Description: This technique can only be activated if the user is blinded or cannot see.(the user can cover their eyes with a blind fold for it to work properly). He/She focuses their chakra into the 2 senses of the body, the Ears,and nose. Once the user focuses a massive amount of chakra into these to parts of their body, the senses are heightened immensely. Here are the effects of the heightened heightened senses:
~ Nose: the users ability to smell increases drastically much to the effectiveness of the Inuzuka Clan. This Ability doesn't last long it only lasts 2 turns when this is activated.
~ Ears: His/Hers hearing is improved greatly. This part is powerful that it can hear an opponents foot steps and breathing from Mid-range. This only Lasts 2 turns.

Disadvantages:

1) While this is activated the user can only use Kenjutsu and Taijuutsu nothing else.
2) This technique can only be taught 2 by two other people who can deem themselves worthy to learn

Advantages:

1) the user cannot be put under genjutsu that require eye contact.
2) the users reflexes are heightened.

Restrictions:

(this can only be used once per battle)
(this lasts 2 turns)
(only Kenjutsu and taijutsu can be used while this is activated)
(can ony be taught by Daemon)
(after this jutsu is deactivated the users chakra levels are low and will take 2 tunrs for the chakra lost to return. meaning after the jutsu is deactivated they can only use b-rank and lower jutsu

will leave for caliburn, as it seems based for kenjutsu.

Description: Dog Clay is a katana sword. The swpord hilt is shaped into a dog and the color of the handle is white like Deidara's clay with four black diamonds on each side. On the blade it has the Uchiha crest on each side. The user wears the sword on his right hip. The sword can channel their lightning chakra through the blade, Ths user can also channel Chidori and Lightning Fang through the blade. This sword was only made for Deidara Nara and the sword will return to him by the him whistling.

-When the user channels Chidori it will cost the same amount of chakra but with a added 25.
-When channeling Lightning Fang through the blade it will be the same amount of chakra but with a added 20.
-When ever the user channels one of this attacks the user can't channel their lightning chakra through the blade for 3 turns.
-When the user channels their lightning chakra their the blade the amount of chakra is 15.

seems OP
the bold part is bad description,
does this mean any attack used through the sword would only take 15 chakra?

They're perfectly capable of being used simultaneously, but the user can choose to bring less into battle, with the option of summoning the remainning ones with a single scroll.​

Murdok Niccals (Kengou)

Murdok, or the Master Fencer, is the main puppet, and it serves as a second body for the puppeteer, from where she can manipulate all the other Drunkies. While inside this puppet, the user is able to preform handseals and jutsus. Murdok is a fairly agile puppet, and weilds a cane, hidding a thin katana, but since it bears the user, it's movements are somewhat slowed down to those of a normal ninja. The user is able to remove her arm from the puppet's arm, increasing their movement greatly, making it seem as if the puppet has 4 arms. If needed, the user can escape the puppet extremely fast.

Russel Hobbs (Yokodzuna)

Russel, or Sumo Champion, is the largest and strongest Drunkie (2,5 meters tall). His fists are made of steel, and can grow spikes to increase it's offencive abilities. It's also the toughest puppet to destroy, not because of it's structure, but because of the Chakra Shields he can summon. He has one on each arm(which open from his forearms), one on each leg, two big ones (appear from his diafragm and from his back) and a spherical one that appear around his head. All of them can deflect up to large and heavy weapons, and up to B rank jutsus. (An A rank destroys the shield, and the correspondent Leg/Arm/Head(Not Torso)). Each shield can only be used 2 times max.
Despite being a large puppet, it is surprizingly fast (though the slowest of all the Drunkies). He can shoot out each fist once per battle, at great speeds. Either to punch a target or grab it (Simply for Constriction, it isn't retractable)

Stuart "2D" Pot (Kikeijin)


Stuart, or the Trickster, is a poison puppet. His arms have 2 small compartiments with a seal inside, which summons small winged balls, like big flies. They're twice has fast as normal flies, and when thrown at an opponent, they fly aimlessly in zigzag until they reach their targets. Upon contact, they inject a deaddly poison (There are multiple injection points, so it doesn't matter the side that touches the target). These flies are very fragile, and at the smalles touch they simply disperse, injecting their poison.
It can shoot out a shower of needles from his mouth, that poison at the smallest cut. His Legs (Up to the knee) and Arms (Up to the elbow) are filled with near invisible stings, which inject poison at the minimum contact. Once per battle, the puppet can spit a cloud of poison. He is the second fastest puppet, though it's still alot slower than the fastest puppet. His poison has powerfull paralizing abilities. The targetted person can't stand after 3 seconds, and will gradually loose motion. In about 3 days, the person stops breathing and it's heart stops beating.

Noodles, or the Speed Ball, is the fastest puppet, due to it's short size. His speed almost touch the 2nd Gate, though to reach it's top speed, no other puppet can move, including the user itself when inside the main puppet. He can bring forth an extendable blade from it's palms and feet, which can be as short has a dagger or as long as a katana, aswell as multiple ones from his back. The fists and anckles can rotate, giving him great sword agility. He has 2 seals on each shoulder, which allows him to summon 4 additional arms, with the same characteristics as the original ones.

Top Speed, 2nd Gate Equivalent
Extendable Blades (4) and Flexible Wrists/Ankles
Multiple Blades Pop from the Back
