Description:
User does 8 handseals, holds out their dominant forearm whilst grabbing said forearm with his/her other hand, thus summoning Adam, the Heavenly Hammer of Will. Once summoned, Adam grants the user its power due to it being a huge hammer made of carbon, which can easily do great damage to anything in its path. The handle of the hammer can extend in length like the Third's Enma staff.

Note:
User must be in short/close range to use these effects or extend the staff.

Lightning Chakra
When the user channels lightning chakra into the hammer, Adam will be able to paralyze the opponent when he/she is struck with Adam.

Fire Chakra:
When the user channels fire chakra into the hammer, Adam is capable of severely burning the foe when struck with Adam.
Note: When elemental chakra Is channeled into adam he can only be out for 3 more turns.
Note: Can only be summoned 2 times per battle, Must wait at least 3 turns to summon again.

Description:
The user, holding up their dominant hand to the sky, concentrating their lightning chakra into their index finger, will manipulate their lightning chakra's shape into a large lightning halo, spinning it in a circle which creates the halo. Once this is completed, the halo will be above their palm. The user will then control it to go above the opponent and come down upon and around him by bringing their hands down and then together to shrink the halo, tightening its grip on the opponent, and ending in a massive explosion once shrinking to the smallest possible size.

They are the 4th and 5th oldest of the 5 brothers, Sly being the younger of the two. They are very intelligent when not slacking off or roughhousing with each other. They are both capable of using taijutsu up to B-rank. Sly is more of a lightning, while Tiger can use water jutsu up to A-rank. They both carry ninja weapons like kunai, shuriken, explosives, etc. whilst walking on their hind legs.

Note: Their jutsu's count towards the user's move count.

These Beasts Can be summoned from the size of Gamatatsu to the Size of Gamabunta. The user can summon up to 2 Rhinoceroses at a time that are about the size of Gamatastu. All Rhinos that are summoned have the unique ability to use wind jutsu up to A-rank. They are evil at nature an they will stop at nothing to to get what they want not even there own clans men can withstand because they had fights over the share of the kills constantly. In order for an outsider to learn how to summon these beasts they have to act as violent and as unforgiving as them.

When he builds up chakra he focuses it into his legs then he releases it causing him to launch into his target full power. But after this happens he is usually exhausted and poofs after he uses this ability.The Charge Up Ram counts as a Move on the users turn Meaning if they use this they only have 2 jutsu left to use for themself.

Description:The user Summons the Hammer of the Rhinoceros. This hammer was made out of the horns of Dead rhinoceros ancestors that died generations ago. The bones were sacred so in honor of the dead Rhinoceroses I created a large hammer about 5 ft tall made out of the horns of them. That was to show respect as one of them to carry out the bloodlust of their ancestors through that Hammer. With every person's skull i crushed with the hammer it satisfies the ancestors bloodlust in hell where they shall live eternal life in bloodlust their true happiness. This hammer has two Special Abilities.
- 1) The user can focus chakra into the hammer so i can cause more damage upon impact capable of breaking several bones in the human body and can also lead to death if not taken care of.

- 2) Since this Hammer is made out of Rhinoceros horns it is nearly unbreakable and extremely Durable.

Description:the user exerts chakra from there body rapidly. Then the user uses shape manipulation to manipulate the exerted chakra around them. the user then gets on all fours the ground around them is cracked because of the pressure of the chakra. After the chakra is molded, the aura around the user is in the shape of a rhinoceros. While in this mode the user can only use wind jutsu. And after the mode is deactivated the user loses the ability of wind jutsu usage and can only use C-rank and below jutsu for the rest of the battle. While in the mode the user can send a shock wave of wind chakra capable of slicing through a boulder at the opponent.(the shockwave takes a 360 degree radius but the opponent has to be in close range to get hit by it. Also the user can charge a massive amount of chakra in to the legs so they can ram the opponent sending them flying back)

The Trunk Sword Cane was once wield by a ancient warrior that fought with the Elephants so people pass down generation by generation but only those who capable of fully control all of the Elephant can wield this sword and not only able to fully control the Elephant but also earn respect from the Elephant and people who pass the sword down generation by generation.

1] The user can focus earth chakra so that the sword can cause more impact or damage on object/peoples but the user is also capable of focusing lighting chakra into the sword so that the sword will able to cut through almost about anything. [Notice: The user only can focus one kind of chakra(Earth/Lighting) per battle]

2] The sword is made out of perfect iron and was also tested to be melted by lava but sword was still perfectly fine so the sword is almost and nearly unbreakable/indestructible and highly durable.

Then at the back of the user will start to glow a golden aura and the aura will slowly cover his whole body then the user will stomp on the ground very hard because of the big pressure of the chakra. After the chakra is molded, then the body of the user will get much more muscular also the skin of the user will become gold in colour. While user is in this mode he is only capable of using earth and wind jutsu. After the mode is deactivated the user can only use earth jutsu up to C-rank and Wind jutsu up to B-rank for for 4 turns. As the user is in this mode he is capable of stomping the ground and battlefield shake also when the user stomp onto the ground it will send a huge range of shockwave that is capable of sending opponent flying, the user is also capable of focusing huge amount of chakra in their leg so they could break his enemy rip cage by just kicking.

(Chokugaku: Akisuneko) Imperial Scroll: Burgler Cat

Description: The Imperial Scroll is a powerfull Weapon Summoning Scroll, which allows the bearer to guard several Special Weapons. The weapons I'm speaking of are Custom Made Weapons, which have had their owner killed by the bearer of this scroll. The scroll can only seal Weapons that have been marked by it's previous owner's blood (This can be done manually, shortly after the person's been killed or admitted deafeat). Inside the scroll, the weapon will be infused by both chakras (The old owner's chakra, and the new owner's chakra), allowing the new owner to use the sword and it's abilities in battle, hence stealing the weapon.
*Can steal all Weapons but the 7 Mist Swords of NB*
*Can only steal a weapon after the battle*
*The user can only summon 3 different swords per battle, each lasts 3 turns max, before vanishing back to the scroll*

Description: The user will preform one handseal and focus for one second. Afterwise, she is able to quickly change the temperature of both the air around the opponent and the surface of it's body. In a matter of seconds, the targeted areas will acquire the constant temperature of 25ºC. The temperature isn't enough to injure the person directly, thus this jutsu has no damage, but he will feel the effects of the said temperature, both physically and chakra-wise. The user will lose water and minerals more quickly than normal, and will suffer from fever, tiredness and headaches after 3 turns. Wind jutsus and Jutsus that rely on cold temperatures are harder to make and less effective.
This jutsu uses Elemental Chakra, in this case Fire Chakra, and lasts 4 turns top (The user can stop the jutsu or be forced to stop it). The usages of other Heat/Fire based Elements (CE) will extend the temperature achieved, and will burn the skin gradually, though it last only 2 turns top (at the end of which, cause generalized minor degree burns, and some cases of higher burns).
If the user utilizes Fire Chakra, then it can no longer use CE for this jutsu. If the user utilizes a CE, it can no longer use this jutsu, even with Fire Chakra.
The user can't preform any chakra based techniques while this jutsu's active. As soon as the jutsu ends, the user will be unable to focus the Elemental Chakra used for 2 turns. In case it's a CE, in addition to that, the user won't be able to focus Fire Chakra for 1 turn.

Description: The user will make fire chakra run at fast speeds through the whole body acting as blood wich will creating a fire armour around the body while pumping blood at fast rate wich will make the user's heart work harder and faster, granting the user speed equal to Rock Lee with out weights; this jutsu is used to make taijutsu techniques more damaging since the user's body is cover by a fire armour not only will make the attack more fast it will also burn the opponent at the same time causing major damage to the skin. The downside of this technique is that limits the to use fire,lightning and water jutsus since each of these elements will create a disturbance to the jutsu, fire because all the body is using that kind of chakra, lightning is not compatible with fire and water because by logic it will put out fire but the earth and wind jutsus will have upgrade by heating every jutsu making them more powerfull. After this jutsu ends the user will feel burning inside of him and will have trouble breathing so this jutsu can only be used as a last resort.
Note: Can only be used once per battle and as a last resort

Once per battle he can release a very unpleasent smell through all the field making the opponent dizzy or just try to not breathe the smell wich could be deadly but this doesn't affect him or his summoner. He also has a very sharp sense of smell and hearing wich can help him locate the enemys and the summoner.
Note: Can only be summon twice per battle.

This jutsu is used to make taijutsu techniques more damaging since the user's body is cover by a fire armour not only will make the attack more fast it will also burn the opponent at the same time causing major damage to the skin. The downside of this technique is that limits the to use fire,lightning and water jutsus since each of these elements will create a disturbance to the jutsu, fire because all the body is using that kind of chakra, lightning is not compatible with fire and water because by logic it will put out fire, but the earth and wind jutsus will have upgrade wich heats up the jutsu making them more damaging. After this jutsu ends the user will feel burning inside of him and will have trouble breathing so this jutsu can only be used as a last resort.

The new network constantly circulates chakra through the muscles resulting in speed and power increases similar to that of the 8 inner gates, however, since the chakra is being recycled instead of expelled the user has a much needed chakra reserve once the jutsu expires.

Can only be used 2 times per battles. [up to 5th gate equivelent-S level]
Can only go up to 6th gate equivelant once per battle. [Forbidden level]
Forbidden Rank stresses the body to the point where the user can barely walk after the time limit has exired.
This jutsu Lasts 3 [max total] turns for S-rank/2 for forbidden.

Description: The user will point his arm out towards a target. After doing so, he will then form a "gun" shape with his fingers (thumb pointing upwards with index and middle fingers pointing towards target). Using the basis of Tenshi Sendan, the user will begin to develop a fingertip from his hand that he doesn't shoot outwards but it rather 'sits' at the edge of his fingers. The user will then infuse lightning chakra around and behind the bone, making it have lightning chakra imbibed into it. The user then forcefully releases it with a loud explosion that forces the user backwards (explosion generated from lightning). The bone then travels towards the target with a sonic wave of lightning (around the size of a toddler) behind it from the initial blast. The jutsu in its entirety takes around three seconds to form and after releasing it, the bullet reaches in around half a second (if at mid range) and an whole second at long range. The user can create two bullets at once, one on his index and one on his middle finger, with both being fired at the same time. The only noticeable difference is that their are two large lightning waves coming at the enemy and the user is noticeable damaged (fingertips burned, cannot perform any other jutsus that require hand seals that turn due to this). The lightning wave reaches the enemy two seconds after the bullet does.
-Can only be used twice.
-Can be destroyed by S-rank Wind Jutsus.
-Must wait at least three turns before using again.
-After using, the user cannot use any lightning jutsu for two turns.
-The user cannot use any Shikotsumyaku jutsus the next turn.

Basically, it's a fingertip with a wave of lightning coming behind it towards the enemy. I don't think it should be declined since it's easy to counter IMO. And IT's heavily restricted as well.

description: This technique is a technique Ace uses to turn his body into fire. By focusing his fire chakra out of all pours he can turn his body to fire at will. By doing so he doesn't have the actual appearence of fire, at first it isn't noticable however when an object say, a kunai, passes through him it will just sail through him and you will see the fire reforming his body. B/c of this all Ace's fire jutsu naturally become stronger where all his water and wind become weaker. He is also immune to elements such as earth, wind, which would just blow him away and allow him to reform without taking damage, and fire itself. While he is obviously weak to all techniques strong against fire.

The user basically controls what the target sees but cannot make objects disappearl. The user is able to give nonhuman objects human characteristics. The user is also able to make objects. For example, the user is able to make the target get "attacked" by trees when really nothing happened. The target still can walk around and do things but might see objects that aren't there or might not see objects that are there.
Note:Can only cast this genjutsu once per battle.
Note:No element jutsu can be used while the opponent is in the genjutsu
