My 5th and last jutsu this week:

(Fuudeyou) - Moving Seals

Range: Short-Medium
Chakra Cost: 20

Description: A very simple jutsu that follows the same principle as (Gyorai Shin) - Torpedo Needle, however the user will use seal tags instead. With the help of the user's chakra, the seal tags will be able to travel underground until they reach the enemy. Once in contact with the target, the user will activate the seal.

(Kuchiyose waza: Ushiro no Ko Kemushi) Summoning art: Back of the great caterpillar
Type: Supplementary

Description:The user will smear blood on his summoning tatoo and slam both of his hands onto the ground. By doing that, he'll summon the back of a great caterpillar with poisonus spikes all around it, forming what it would be similar like a red forest, full of red poisonus barbs on the ground and the "trees"(it's to say bigger barbs).
The poison effects are not lethal, but very painful causing a tingling(better said burning) sensation during the duration of the jutsu, afterwards the poison will lose it's effects. this bruning sensation means the opponent needs to focus harder on the target in order to do jutsu and will slow them down.
Notes: May only be done once per battle.
Notes: It may last up to 4 turns.
Notes: No Forbidden-rank the turn used and one turn after.
Notes: No summoning for the same and next 3 turns(no matter if you do it at the begining or at the end of your turn).
Notes: The user may use 30 chakra to help the back of the caterpillar regrow it's barbs( adding one more turn to the previous restriction) but not to make it last longer.
Notes: Only people who signed the contract and were taught this jutsu, by The Seven-Scaled boy are able to use it.
Notes: Signer's of the caterpillar contract are immune to this poison.
Note: The barbs just inject poison they don't penetrate the skin enough for considerable damage.

~ This is fine, however I also want you to reduce the amount of barbs and poison in the area because the way it is now if you just use it once, there's a sure shot of getting the opponent poisoned ~

Description: The user will smear blood in his summoning tatoo and summon Caterpa, a katsuyu-size caterpillar with a leaf-like cloak on it's back. In order to have the best camouflage, Caterpa has adapted to change the colour of the leaf on her back, varying with the seasons. It also has the ability to split into thousands of mini caterpillars (the size of real leaves) and reform at will.
Notes: May only be summoned 2 times per battle and will last up to 3 turns each time.
Notes: As with most creatures bound to the contract, it may shoot silk in an offensive or defensive way and it can eat A-rank (or below) mokuton jutsus.
Notes:Only people who signed the contract of caterpillars owned by The Seven-Scaled boy, may use it.
Notes: Opponents with no chakra sensing skills or doujutsu (2 tomoe sharingan or byakugan) will find it very hard, to distinguish the splitted form of Caterpa from an ordinary leaf.
Notes: People who signed the contract are able to distinguish them.

Description: The user will summon(by the complete jutsu or a summonning tatoo) a summoning creature bound to the contract the sigend in the sky and it'll crash down.
Notes: May only be done 3 times per battle.
Notes: It can be used by anyone who has a summoning if taught by The Seven-Scaled boy.

^Based on jiraya's capacity to summon the toad with the katanas to smash a konoha building.

*Note:Any chimpanzee S-rank and higher can use this mode unless said not.And it last till the chimp is killed.
*To activate,the user must either sit still 2 turns or summon a clone from Mount Silver (I will submit the jutsu later.It will be individually)
*Must be atleast a sannin to use

Description: This technique requires the use of one's own body to create a devastating fire technique that incinerates all that is caught within its wrath. Because of this price it was declared forbidden to use. When activated the user's body will become a catalyst for fire. Their skin will begin to crack a glow red before exploding into a massive flame that is shaped as the tip of a katana. It can only be activated after receiving moderate damage from a fire technique. The speed and range of the explosion makes it so any person within short range of the user cannot escape without the aid of a space/time jutsu.
~Can only be used once because it requires the user to sacrifice themselves. The bio using this technique is automatically voided after use.
~Can only be avoided by space/time techniques when used at close range.
~Can only be used after receiving damage from a B-rank or above fire technique.
~Cannot be used by anyone except the real body of the user. Even if the user is an immortal or has more than one life/body/person, he automatically becomes unable to battle.

Description: Sykes is a giant Ox made of pure muscle, Due to that he is very strong just by stomping can make huge craters on the ground. Sykes's attitude is usually not so kind towards people he has a very short temper and loves to take his rage out on people but when not in his fits of rage he makes cruel jokes even towards his summoner.The only person he seems to kinda get along with is his owner (Myself) even then he still has his attitude that he can do whatever he wants but in mind still listens, Sykes is a Very loyal, Crazy Ox. Sykes can also walk on his back legs like a human and usually does when summoned standing with his arm folded across his chest in a tough guy pose. He is the size of gambunta.

Note: Sykes can use up to A-rank Doton Jutsu's (Can only use jutsu's twice per battle)
Note: Sykes can also use his strength to smash through B-rank and down Doton jutsu's (Not counting towards the move count)

Description: User makes makes Rat handseal ( half of it ) with one hand while user's charging chakra into the other hand that isn't performing the handseal. Once that is done user will hit his/her hand on ground, sending chakra wave into ground that breaks any solid earth and stone(s), turning them into small grains of rock and earth - Sand.
Note:
- Can be used only twice per battle
- No A - ranked or above earth jutsus on next turn.

This technique makes user unable to move for amount of time that he/she feeds chakra into his/her heart to keep it beating and not stop. User can anytime cancel this technique and it's ideal for escaping and surprise attack diversions.

- Must've mastered Crocodile summon to use.

Description: User focuses wind based chakra mainly on his/her chakra sword that he/she carries with him/her. Once that's done user will quickly draw and resheath the sword, sending crescent cut from the blade that's made from pure Wind chakra. The S - ranked version includes two swords drawn and it's a bit stronger too.
Note:
- Can only be used twice
- Four turns cool down
- No Fuuton at next two turns
- Requires at least one chakra sword.

Description:The user does two quick slashes releasing one large slash of chakra and another smaller slash of chakra,the users does the second slash alot quicker then the first and is not even seen due to how large the first one was as its traveling toward the opponent. Although the second slash is smaller it has the same amount of power as the first one due to the chakra being more compressed. Because the opponent doesnt even see the second slash being perform they only think theirs one slash coming at them and has no idea of the second one
* Can only be performed twice per battle and cant be used in back to back turns
*The second slash puts a heavy burden on the users wrists and pervents the user from using any sword techniques above B rank for 2 turns

( Kenjutsu Iai: Tsuin Rashōmon ) - Sword Draw and Resheath technique: Twin Castle Gate

Type: Offensive - Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage points: 80 ( - 20 to user )
Description: User focuses chakra into his/her swords, draws the swords, and sheaths them quickly, able to split a Castle Gate in half. This move includes two really fast cuts with both swords, resulting swords in cross motion with the blades behind your back and then they're sheathed into their scabbards before naked eye could notice the cut. This causes strain to user and his/her swords so this move is allowed to be used twice per battle with recharge time of 4 turns.
Note:
- Can only be used twice
- Recharge time is 4 turns before using this move again
- 3 tomoed sharingan can see the cut
- Causes - 20 damage to user
- Requires two swords.
I already made Rashomon into a custom, nearly every Zoro-technique for that matter.

Description: The user infuses a large amount of chakra into a large water source.The vast body of water then begins to swirl at extremely fast speeds. The water in the maelstrom starts condensing and the water becomes thin and compressed in enough to cut through solid objects.If the opponent is caught in the whirlpool they are bombarded with a series of slashes to the enemies flesh.The user has to keep a steady flow of chakra to keep the maelstrom in effect.If the user where to get hit with this jutsu they will also be bombarded by a series of slashes.The Whirlpool is about 40 meters deep and the width is 50 meters which pools any enemies in the 50 meter radius.If the user of this jutsu does not keep a steady flow the maelstrom will settle down and the water will return to normal.
Note: This Jutsu can only be used once per battle

Description: The DiskArmor is a shield, worn on the user's forem-arm. that is able to be flung at an opponent like a yo-yo as a chain attached to it allows the user to toss the weapon at the opponent. Using the DiskArmor, the user is able to combo, swing, grapple opponents and objects within the field. The Diskarmor also serves it's purpose as a sheild, the user may charge chakra into the sheild and use it to block/reflect certain attacks, but doing so the user must sacrifice a jutsu the next turn.

Description: By concentrating your chakra into the ground, you can create a mountain which is so high that the air supply is short making all wind jutsu weaker due to the lack of oxygen and in turn making all fire jutsu weaker due to there being not much air to feed on. the top is flat as the sides are down hill and long enough to where gamabunta can sit comfortably. The height is somewhere around 1500 feet, it takes about 15 seconds to fully form.
* Must know earth
*Only Usable 2 time a fight.
Not exactly how I imagined it but here is an example. minus the water and the houses and alot higher but this is generally how it is suposed to look.

Description: The user focuses doton-based chakra into his hand. After that he slams his fist into the ground, sending the chakra into the earth.
If you would draw a straight line between the point of impact and the opponent, all the earth on this line starts to rise starting from the point of impact and then comes rapidly to the opponent in one straight line. Every time the earth rises spikes appear instantly out of it into all directions(left, right above, even underground) and have different sizes. However the end of these spikes are completely flat(just like a tree trunk). Just before the line reaches the opponent, it releases some larger spikes (over 10m) that go straight for the opponent (also some are released underground)
These spikes are pushed out of the earth with such force that a frontal hit instantly breaks the bones it hits.

Description: Through this technique the user uses Reverse Summoning on a creature, or on a fellow human, transporting them into the Fox World. The Fox World is similar to Mount Myoboku, but, instead of learning any type of special ability, the summoned learns how to control foxes. The Fox World is nothing more but a mere forgotten island, which is filled with numerous beauties, but it is also positioned very well there, and is a place for clear mind. Aside of the fact that the island seems beautiful, and virgin, it is actually populated by a multitude of Foxes, some normal, some more intelligent. This is the only place where someone is able to master summoning foxes.

Way of Summoning:

The user bites his thumb, and takes the hand of his summoned, spreading the blood from his thumb in a straight line along the summoned's wrist. Afterwards the user makes of handseals and he hits the summoned's chest pushing them into the Fox World. (this is not a space/time tech)

*Can be summoned during a fight too, but it has no effect on the opponent, and it can merely be used as a retreat.
*In order to learn to summon Foxes, and most of all, control them without them opposing their summoner, one must first go to Fox World.
*The High Fox first has a disscussion with the summoned, in order to decide if he is worthy of summoning or not.
*The Reverse Summoning can be used only by the contract owner, Shigure. When the contract shall be passed to someone else, that certain someone will be the only one able to use it.

Description: Kitsuhiro is a fightning Fox, she is as big as Gamahiro and her main weapon is a giant sword, made out of steel, and also a giant shield, that has the Fox World seal on it. It seems like this Fox had a sort of relationship with Gamahiro, taking it as they have the addition "hiro" at the end of their names, which means "hero". Kitsuhiro could be the strongest one on one summoning when it comes to brute force out of all the Foxes and her weapon can easily cut through a multitude of trees at once. Her reflexes are also highly advanced, and he is able to jump up in the air even 100 meters. As all Foxes, she has the same grace, and is aalso very quick in it's attacks and dodges. She is a biped, meaning she walks on two feet. The shield she carries is able enough withstand 2 S-Rank attacks. Her personality is pretty dark, she isn't very talkative, but very polite anyhow, and doesn't cease to ever abandon the Scroll Owner. The Fox has immense respect for all her summoners, but Shigure, being the first one to be able to summon Foxes, had a special bond with her. Kitsuhiro promised to die on the battlefield for Shigure and Shigure only.

* Must posses the contract or tattoo of Foxes in order to summon.
* Shigure is currently the only one who may teach Fox Summoning.

Description: Kitsurai is the strongest Lightning fox in Fox World. He is in the high council of Foxes on the Island, but, even if as strong as Kitsuha, he maintained a lower position due to his greed and thirst for power. Kitsuari is able to use all lightning techniques except LimeLight and is the strongest Lightning summoning, the irony is that Kitsurai is as big as a Black Bear, and can stand on two feet, a biped. He is the head of the Fox Army in Fox World. He is invulnerable to Lightning attacks lower of B-rank, and can survive a full blow of an A-rank technique. He bears a very long katana on his back which is made out of steel. The Fox can use all the costums of the user, if he decides to let him to. Kitsurai is very cocky, arrogant and barely listens to his summoners. He is prefered to stay unsummoned unless completely necessary. It is said that Kitsurai was born from pure lightning, thusforth being blessed with such capabilities.
* This is a Boss Summoning, along with Kitsuha, Kitsurai is the second in charge.
* May be summoned once per battle.
* Once unsummoned, no other foxes can be summoned for the rest of the battle.
* Must possess the contract or tattoo for Foxes, which can be signed and/or given by Shigure.

The wind itself doesn't cause any damage if aimed at an enemy, but it is strong enough to push them down on the ground (unless they have inhumane strength).

Description: After building up an insane amount of fire chakra the user will shoot a gigantic fireball at the sky. The moment the fireball is shot, he will then focus his wind chakra to take control of a stream of wind high in the atmosphere. By doing so, he will deviate the stream so that the fire and the wind collide. When they do, the whole sky will turn red with flames. In one downward motion of the arm, the flaming stream of wind will then crash down on the earth incinerating everything in mid-range. Molten rock is found where the stream hit the ground. This jutsu deals the same amount of damage to both the user and is enemy if they are in range of the attack.
