He is one of the only elephants able to walk upright and has 4 arms and has some human body features unlike any other elephant. He is also the spiritual leader of all elephants. He was trained by monks of the budda temlples before he was the king of elephants. He has 5 fingers instead of 4. He is 25m tall and weighs 20 tons. He has mastered the water element. So he can use it up to S-rank. He is trained well in marcial arts and can lift 10 tons by using all 4 of his hands. He is in experianced with swords and other weapons. He can run as fast as 50km/h. He is a strict vegetarian.

His tusks are really hard and he can crush walls using it. Also he can run at a speed up to 30Km/h.

Description: After The user does some handseals, and with his blood in his palm he summons a huge Chimera with three-heads by slaming it over an object, Each head things for it self and they all read each others minds, The first head is a Calf and known with its wisdom, and second is jaguar's head and the Head in the middle which is considered the Leader is a Dark Dragonna, The beast's Nature element is Fire element, they are in the size of Gamabunta they have two huge wings that can make it fly very high in the sky and with great speed, there back legs are calf like which makes its jump in high speed and its front legs are jaguar like but more thicker but that doesn't slow it at all, In fact its as powerful ad the jaguar's, there skin is thick enough to be as powerful as an iron armor, and it also have a dragon's tail, fears draws into there enemy deeply when it craws.

how is the last one over powered? Its counterable and like like its got potential to be an actual jutsu just a little tweaks and its perfect. I don't know if its gotten like 200000 X harder to get things passed off here or if u hav a grudge against me.

~ No, I do not have a grudge against you - the idea is ridiculous, since you were one of the people who taught me earlier. Yes, it is overpowered. a Jutsu that summons electric rats to eat up earth techniques, without restrictions, IS considered overpowered. Please, do not argue about decisions this or any henceforth, or I will ban you from this thread for a week. And yes, it is harder to get stuff approved. BiBi was pathetic at checking when she was doing it, she let tons of overpowered and unrealistic jutsu sneak through. Something we are working at fixing. ~

A simple technique developed for use against opponents who base their philosophy on speed, it has also been found to work against opponent basing their style on standing still. The two versions of this technique are as follows :
• Furukusai ( Old-fashioned ) - The user, when under attack by speedy opponents, flows his chakra along lengths of ninja wire. He quickly drops to a sitting position, and makes the wires float around him like a bizarrely patterned spiderweb. A speedy opponent will not notice the thin wires ( unless, of course, he possesses the Sharingan ) and will run straight into the stiff wires, his own momentum ensuring he is torn apart by the wires. However, while under use on speedy swordsmen or armour wearers ( such as the Raikage ) the wires will be useless.
• Dosakusa ( Confusion ) - In this version, the user replicates the motions of the wires as the previous version, but the user runs toward the opponent instead, his momentum making the wires slash into a slower opponent. This version is useless if the object under attack is strongly armoured.
Technique Notes: This technique may be used only every alternate turn.

whats wrong with 2nd and 3rd elephants? it would help if I knew what I had to fix to resubmit
do they need restrictions? are elephants generally unallowed? are they too big? ect.

Terr,a has a great knowledge in battling which enables him to attack, defend or conceal himself like a ninja. With great knowledge in battling Terra has the ability to use elemental attacks up to A rank. Although Terra dedicates most of his time in hand to hand combat which makes him an excellent taijutsu user allowing him to use up to A rank taijutsu.
-User can't summoned nothing else for the rest of the battle
- Only two elements can be used by Terra per battle
- User cannot use Taijutsu for as long as Terra is in play

Description: With this jutsu, the user concentrates chakra in their tongues, similar to using a fire jutsu. However, instead of expelling fire from their mouth, the user screams, forcing the chakra out in the form of amplified sound waves. The resulting sound wave can be used to attack opponents, damaging their ear drums, or to drain out the sound of sound-based Genjutsus. If an opponent is hit with this jutsu, their hearing is temporarily weakened (the extent to which it's weakened depends on the opponent's distance from the user), making them vulnerable to taijutsu.

The shark will crush anything under it and blow back anything in air that gets in it's path. Once the shark reaches it's range limit it loses all it's shape and becomes a large water source.

The user (must have Moth summonings or Butterfly Summonings), Activates the Mark of the Monarch Tattoo(located on left forearm) by applying chakra to it, And then the users body lets off an instantaneous flash of light, summoning to the field a layer of sticky liquid know as Cocoon thread. The user can control this layer at will, allowing him/her to trap the opponent in the threads. The user can also manipulate the threads into shapes or figures that move. After four turns the threads disentegrate into nothing.

The User, focuses his/her Ice Chakra into the clouds, turning the clouds themselves into a giant ice mirror. The Ice mirror begins collecting sunlight, much like a magnifiying glass, and after two turns, the mirror begins emitting a giant beam(40 feet in diameter) of solar light, capable of destroying almost anything. The user can control the beam by tilting the Mirror, allowing him to move the beam. If the mirror is destroyed before the beam is used, shards of ice fall from the sky. After the beam is used, the ice melts into rain.

Description: The user will focus a big deal of chakra on a seal, which every Kaguya has on his body and will activate it. This will cause an immediate reaction on the user's body and his personality will change, reverting to the primitive state of a Kaguya, without self control and a great desire to fight and kill everything in his way. He will turn bloodthirsty, aggressive,sadist and won't be affected by any pain the opponent may cause to him (it's just like the user turned into an animal only with the instinct of survival). A layer of bone will cover his body and multiple spikes will come out of the user's head, back, arms and legs. His strength will increase so much that his taijutsu attacks deal +10 attack. All of his chakra will convert to his Shikotsumyaku techniques wich will also do +10 damage and to one element (the element doesn't get any power ups). However, because of this he won't be able to use any summonigs, gengutsu, Kage Bunshins of any type or use any of the other elements he sealed away.
*This technique will last 4 turms
*All elements of the user will be sealed for the rest of the battle with the exception of the one he chose to maintain
*User will only be able to use Shikotsumyaku, Taijutsu and one Element for the rest of the battle

Description: After awakening the Kaguya's Primitive Instinct and sealed all but lightning element, the user will do a row of hand seals and stomp on the ground. A big barrier which covers 360? angles and is made of bone in form of an hexagonal box will form, standing vertically with the enemy inside of it trapping him. After that with another hand seal the user will open a small part of the barrier (50 centimetres diameter) and will release an extreme compressed burst of lightning which passes trough the hole and enters the barrier with an incredible force, crushing everyone inside of it and also, causing an enourmous explosion. After that, the barrier will will shatter and disappear in a cloud of dust made of bone.
*Usable once per battle
*User must have activated Kaguya's Primitive Instinct Seal the previous turn
*User takes 15 damage
*No lightning jutsus S-rank and above next turn

Just wanted to leave my opinion about the restrictions: I think they're fine because the seal restricts me enough for the rest of the battle. I also thought on reducing the seal's length by one turn but that would only leave 3 turns which isn't very much =/ the seal itself doesn't last much so i think they're good enough.

Description: The user will make a big pentagonal disk made out of bone from his body. After that he will infuse each tip of the disk with the five basic elements, making a small layer of each element in each tip of the bone pentagon. After that the user will send it spinning towards the opponent. On impact, because of the all chakra natures being together, it will cause a big explosion destroying everything within 3 metres radius from the spot of impact. However, this jutsu has the disadvantage of taking some time to perform since the user needs to summon all basic five elements to the disk.
*Usable twice per battle
*Obviously, cant be used with the Kaguya's Primitive Instinct seal activated

Description: The user wipes his/her blood on one of the hands, performs the necessary handseals and slams the hand on the ground summoning Mercurial. He is a giant elephant in the size of Gamabunta and is able to suck in objects and targets within the area in front of his trunk. Mercurial has a great water resistance cause of the dry skin he has and he is able to block water based attacks up to A rank. He is also able to use earth based techniques up to A rank and his tusks are as hard as steel and can strike almost through anything.
*Note: Mercurial lasts for three turns.
*Note: Can only be summoned once per battle.
*Note: Can suck in targets with his trunk within short range.
*Note: Must have signed the Elephant contract.
