Wind Style: Shift Control (Fuuton: Shifuto Seichuu)

Description: When in need to stop in a mid-air or movement, the user immediately have an outburst of wind chakra from all over their body in order to stop movement completely in all directions or even just one. This stops the user from moving mementarily while falling, or even catch the opponent off guard as they blast past the user while in pursuit

Description: The user's skin turns green and his muscles double in size, the user's whole body is a gigantic shell (similar to Gaara's Sand armor) this shell doesn't reduce the user's handsign making speed, only reduces the user's running, jumping, and agility, the shell cannot break except from forbidden rank attacks. The user can now blast A-rank water attacks out of his mouth, and after soaking to the ground, it turns the whole field into a gigantic lake, the user also gains the ability to breath under water and must get wet every 2 turns or else this technique ends. The user becomes more un-affected by A-rank wind moves and S-rank fire moves. The user is super-effective to any lightning moves what so ever. Water moves are increased +35
Note: this technique can only be taught by Axle
Note: this technique can only be used once per battle
Note: after this technique is over, the user takes 100 damage

(Kame Bunshin) Turtle Clone

Description: The user makes clones of himself, they appear to move in slow motion along with the user, the opponent is put under a genjutsu because of the turtle pheromones combined with the user's chakra spreading around the battlefield, making clones appear anywhere. (ibukuro za Kame) Stomach of the Turtle

(Fuuton: Dansu sono Kazehebi): Dance of the Wind Serpents

Description: The user preforms a series of hand seals and then gathers chakra into their lungs. The user then releases the chakra in the form of two wind serpents that shoot towards the opponent. The serpents do not push the opponent back but move their bodies through the opponents. As the serpents travel through the opponent the constantly rotating wind within them slices the opponent to bits. Due to the rapid rotations of wind within the serpents they can pick up characteristics of the environment such as sand, dust or water. When coming in contact with a weaker water jutsu the water will be combined with the wind like in a tornado.

(Katon: Doragon's Tsume) Fire Style: Dragon's Claws
Rank: S

Description: The user will focus a massive amount of fire chakra in their arms first, and then will force the fire to burst out of their sleeves, starting from their shoulder, almost covering their hands and arms. The fire will come out in the form of giant arms, which have five claws at each end of them. The arms will gradually become more and more broad as they extend further from the user's sleeve. These giant claws can hurt the opponent simply by hitting them, due to the opponent being consequently hit by fire, and the claws are able to dig into them, damaging them further, in a slightly similar way to Raikiri. These two claws can also shoot out giant blasts of fire that are equal to an A ranked fire jutsu, S ranked if these claws were to absorb a wind jutsu of their rank or below. These claws do not die out when they miss, however, and can only be stopped if destroyed or disconnected from the user's arms. Otherwise, the user can move their arms in such ways that the flame arms swing and move so that the arms may dodge attacks themselves or redirect themselves to refocus on the opponent and attack. The arms are also strong enough to burst through concrete, almost making them considered as the dragon's claws for the dragon heads that appear in "Dragon Fireball Jutsu." This jutsu can be done fairly quickly, as it does not require handseals, only for the user to correctly release the fire chakra and keep it under control.
Note: The user can make these arms as long or as short as they wish, as all they have to do is further extend the chakra.
Note: If the user wishes, they can make only one claw.
Note:The user must wait three turns between using this, or they will suffer severe burns on their arms from focusing that amount of fire chakra in them without having enough time to recover.

Description:This is a technique that requires two hand seals on Orochimaru's part. Using his Wind Chakra, Orochimaru will be able to channel it Orochimaru's feet to serve as a current for Orochimaru to easily travel on. Once he has gotten a current under his feet, Orochimaru will be able to quickly travel large distances in short periods of time in a sliding-like motion. This does not resemble Body Flicker or any instantaneous or teleporation Jutsu, as Orochimaru can easily be tracked by a trained eye. This is harder to utilize in battle, so he can go shorter distances, and at the cost of more Chakra, can ride about three or five feet in the air.

The user taps a seal on their body, unsealing the Gandeeva, a bow famous across the elemental countries for its strength and accuracy. The specially treated bowstring provides speed at least five times as fast as thrown weapons for arrows shot from this bow, and prevents them from veering off course even in the strongest winds.The user can track and shoot down even speedily moving targets [ except the Eight Gates speed ] The arrows, a large supply, are present in a seal on Gandeeva's surface, and one is unsealed before every shot. The arrows are specially made for giving them extra powers and abilities by adding chakra [ these will be submitted as separate jutsu ], but even without the extra abilities, they can easily penetrate bone or wood and can be fired in rapid succession to deflect away even a barrage of thrown weapons. The arrows can have explosive tags wrapped around them to further increase damage.
The wood of which the Gandeeva is made can block steel weapons without scratching.
• User cannot utilise Taijutsu or any other weapon while this bow is being used. The normal arrows from the bow are powerless to punch through harder rocks, or metal. Genjutsu used while wielding this bow are reduced in power by one rank.

Often referred to as the Toshousei , this so called "first knife" involves a quick modification to the archer's general shooting position and some amount of wind chakra to generate a remarkably powerful effect.
The archer, after imbuing the arrow with wind-natured chakra, spins his fingers as he releases the arrow from his bow, giving it a rotatory motion as it travels. The speed of the rotation generates comparatively more penetrative force to the arrow, being able to punch its way through substances harder than solid steel.
The arrowhead has a unique wide triangular shape, and the imbued wind-natured chakra plays a major role along with the arrowhead shape to considerably reduce the air pressure above the arrowhead while increasing that below the arrowhead.This unique air pressure difference causes the air from the underside of the arrowhead to attempt to spiral over to the top, creating a powerful vortex of wind for the duration of the arrow's flight.
The effects of this vortex are twofold. Firstly, when the arrow connects with the target, the vortex forms, causing internal hemorrhage as the pressure inside the target's body attempts to flow outward, crushing the blood vessels of the target. Secondly, should the arrow encounter any physical substance, the vortex will caue them to "warp" around the arrow and travel with it on its flight, instead of remaining where it is. This effect of the vortex can be clearly seen in the picture given below, where the smoke is forced into the realm of the vortex.

The shooting of such an arrow is not without its drawbacks to the user. When rotating the arrowhead, the archer's fingers bleed due to cuts forming from the speed of the rotation caused. Should the archer fire these arrows more than thrice before his hands are allowed to heal, he will lose his ability to fire arrows entirely.

Often referred to as the Nijikioku , this so called "second memory" involves a large amount of chakra and excellent dexterity coming from numerous battles.
The archer, instead of notching one arrow to his bow, readies five at the same time. He aims into the sky, and then fires all five simultaneously. Once in the air, the five spread out and land at five widespread points on the ground, embedded in it tightly. The chakra flows along the arrow, forming a pattern onto the ground between the arrows. The pattern then, with a violent noise, explodes in a giant column of pure energy, disintegrating whatever was unfortunate enough to be caught in it. The column expands to huge heights and also depths of over a hundred feet in less than two seconds. The column can be seen below engulfing a small area.

Since the arrows spread out once shot into the air, they land at different places, though always not in such a way as to hurt the archer himself due to the explosion. This enables a wide terrain to be covered by the explosion, making it all the more damaging and difficult to avoid.
The shooting of such powerful a technique is not without its drawbacks. The archer's hands become so raw with the effort of readying and firing five arrows simultaneously that he cannot shoot any more arrows for two turns afterward. He also loses power to his punches until two turns are up. Secondly, the amount of chakra makes the arrows so unstable that the technique can be used only once in a fight else the entire arrows of the user will fall apart.
I'll check these two when the bow is approved so they won't count against you

Description: Yugito will take a small part of her bijuu chakra, upon taking the small part of bijuu power, she will make a seal appear on her hand then placing her hand out showing the seal she will shout Kousaka! The seal will instantly explode with chakra creating a small smokeshield hidding Yugito while the seal creates a special sword known as Kousaka.
Kousaka, is formed by two spirits, one is Kousaka, himself, the other is the spirit of Yugito's old sword Kaisari, both combined there powers, to form 高坂 Kousaka. Kousaka takes the form of a legendery sword. Kousaka has the ability to destroy/defend from a-rank fire jutsus and below. Kousaka can use Kaisari's jutsus as he is part of Kaisari.
Kousaka is very different from both swords, as Kousaka has small wooden branches attached but are cut off as Kousaka is not old but very new.
Kousaka's powers are unknown, but Kousaka has a special form, usable only when Yugito goes into bijuu mode, Kousaka changes as the bijuu chakra rages through Kousaka turning Kousaka into a large hammer that can be charged with bijuu chakra able to smash through nearly anything, including steel or iron.

The fire will come out in the form of giant arms, which have five claws at each end of them. The arms will gradually become more and more broad as they extend further from the user's sleeve. These giant claws can hurt the opponent simply by hitting them, due to the opponent being consequently hit by fire, and the claws are able to dig into them, damaging them further, in a slightly similar way to Raikiri. These two claws can also shoot out giant blasts of fire that are equal to an A ranked fire jutsu, S ranked if these claws were to absorb a wind jutsu of their rank or below. These claws do not die out when they miss, however, and can only be stopped if destroyed or disconnected from the user's arms. Otherwise, the user can move their arms in such ways that the flame arms swing and move so that the arms may dodge attacks themselves or redirect themselves to refocus on the opponent and attack. The arms are also strong enough to burst through concrete, almost making them considered as the dragon's claws for the dragon heads that appear in "Dragon Fireball Jutsu." This jutsu can be done fairly quickly, as it does not require handseals, only for the user to correctly release the fire chakra and keep it under control.

Fred's Left Claw, aptly named so because it's original owner wore these claws to assassinate his victims in their sleep. This claw has powers that are beyond a normal user's comprehension. While it is on the user's hand, by applying certain types of chakra the claw gains power. When imbued with wind chakra the claw's reach extends by one foot on each of the tips of claw. Also the wind chakra may be fired off like miniature wind blades(b-rank). It can also be used to enhance water jutsu, able to produce small amounts of water by the user feeding water chakra into it. (when in use +10 to water and wind jutsu). while there is another existing claw it's whereabouts and powers are unknown. The Claw cannot be destroyed. But it cannot destroy everything. The claw tips are made of metal. The user can use the claw in taijutsu and not be harmed when using the claw to block swords and other sharp objects.
