Description: Known to be the strongest Sword in the world, the Kokutō Yoru is one of the 12 Saijō Ō Wazamono Grade Swords. It is an ornately decorated and very long blade with a length of at least 6 feet, as it is seen to be taller than the user when it is placed on his back. On the hilt of this blade is a crossguard, though the bars between the blade and the hilt are much longer than average. The blade itself is pitch black with a very strong sheen, and its shape is similar to the German "Gro?es Messer", a single-edged long sword with a slight curve at the end of the blade.
Kokutō Yoru has tremendous power, as it was seen destroying large items with a single strike. While Kokutō Yoru is the sharpest blade in the world, it is also gentle.it can also launch a massive slashing attack of compressed air or energy wave that can reach an extremely long distance. It also seems to generate otherworldly purple streaks as it slices.

Fat is very flammable, thus due to the friction with the metal edge, Yubashiri is set on fire. Yubashiri gets surrounded by quick-spinning mini-cyclone of fire, this fire is extremely hot and can even melt boulders and other metal weapons when it collides with them and the user keeps pressuring on the boulder/weapon with Yubashiri.

Instantly a vertical slash is released from the sword that travels at the opponent with incredible speed. This slash is strong enough to cut through almost everything, but it can only go in one straight line. The slash doesn't only appear above ground, but also underground with the same lenght as above. The slash is so powerful it cuts almost through anything, it's so strong that it creates shockwaves on the left and right of the slash.
The user can also, instead of normal chakra, infusing the scabbard and the sword with chakra of the five basic elements. When this is the case, this becomes a forbidden-rank jutsu for the respective element with all its strenghts and weaknesses. If the user only focuses normal chakra, he doesn't need to focus into the scabbard, but can do it just in the blade.

Description: The user focuses chakra in both his legs and by bending his legs while he's focusing chakra, he builds up momentum (just like with a flikker of a finger) and then he jumps up till a maximum height of 10 meters. The user grabs his sword with both hands and starts to focus chakra in it. When the user goes down he makes a vertical slash right on the opponent, using the force of the gravity to make the slash a lot stronger then when he would do it on the ground. The strength this generates is enough to cut the opponent almost vertically in half, however there is more. When the user does the slash, the chakra that was focused in the sword is forced to the tip of the blade, where it is released as a shockwave at the point of impact, making the damage even higher. This shockwave can also be used as a defence to block an opponents attack when the user stays on the ground, though he can also block them when he's in the air, but then his attack is aborted.

Description: The chains that were stripped around Yubashiri break (if the chains were still around it) and are catapulted away into all directions, slamming on the earth violently causing craters into it. Yubashiri has a set of unique effects. The sword itself can change its own temperature, making it as hot as the sun or as cold as on Antarctica and can instantly switch between them. Of course this only does damage if it touches the opponent. The sword itself was already physically indestructable, but now it's completely immune to everything else (fire, wind, poison, etc. the user can still be harmed, but it doesn't affect the sword). It can also be infused with all kinds of chakra. Another special effect is that it automatically detects even the slightest temperature fluctuations (heat<->cold) and that includes if it just pops up somewhere, but it does not sense chakra. By a spiritual bond Yubashiri lets the user knows this info, this is not a sense.
Every jutsu that needs a sword to be used gets +25 damage if preformed with Yubashiri.
Also Yubashiri acts like a lightning rod, it can completely nullify E-D rank lightning jutsu's. Higher lightning jutsu's still do normal damage, however Yubashiri directs some of it away, just enough to make the user survive if hit directly with one. Lightning based custom weapons have no effect at all.

Description: By very extensive training in swordsmanship the muscles of the swordsman have been developed so much that they even can react without interference of the brain as a reflex. The reflex kicks in when the user is attacked from a blind spot/ambushed/suddenly looses track of the opponent. When something/someone enters the reach of the sword, the arm(s) automatically pull out the sword and slash/deflect it. It's mainly used for when things as kunai are thrown at the users blind spot or when the opponent is to fast for the user and attacks him head on, in that case it could sever a limb. The reach is considerd as a globe(the user is the center of it and the edges are the reach of the sword). By dislocating the shoulderjoints the user can block them on all sides. Of course it won't be of much use when encountering jutsu's, unless the jutsu's are based on projectiles.

Most of the time the katana was locked in its scabbard by chains the were stripped all around it because people were scared that its true power would be unleashed.
Yubashiri has a set of effects:

• The blade can change its temperature from extreme hot to extreme cold and it can do that instantly
• The sword can be infused with all kinds of chakra
• The sword is completely indestructible, it's immune to every kind of effect, climat or environment (wind, water, lava, poision etc) however this doesn't mean it can destroy everything (big difference).

Minato charges up a large Rasengan, warps himself behind the enemy, striking them with it and sending the enemy flying and causing incredible damage, though considering its power the opponent never dies in 1 hit, often avoiding the technique if in close range, or even intercepting it since the user has to use rasengan along with Flying Thunder God with no limit such as a seal requiring too much of a skill.

Description: The will mix their chakra into the water, then the oppoents feet will begin to sink into the water and then the water around the opponent will begin to drag the opponent into the water with more force. The opponent will remain underwater though no damage will be done to them they cannot escape easily. Must be a on large water source for this jutsu to be used. The opponent will remain underwater for one turn, due to control needed to maintain this jutsu only one other jutsu can be used on the same turn. Can only be used 2 times per battle.

(San Butai Katana Danmaku) - Three Element Sword Barrage

Description: The user strikes the opponent with 3 stabs or slashes each one is charged with one of the 3 basic elements (Lighting, Fire, and Wind). This is a highly advanced skill that adds the affects from the elemental additions of the chakra being added to the stabs and slashes. Lightning will causing numbing for one turn, fire will cause burning, and wind will cause shredding and slicing. This is a weapon oriented attack with a sword. It uses the same style of technique as the attack named (Go Animaru Go Soshi Genkotsu) – 5 Animal 5 Element fist, but only uses 3 elements.

Note: Can only be used 2 Time during a match.
Note: After the attack has been used the user can only use A Rank or lower Jutsu.

(Shokkingu Sutoraiku) - Shocking Strike

Description: The user take a stance pointing the blade towards the enemy while focusing chakra into the blade. The user will then use chakra to enhance his speed and guide the sword to strike a vital organ. When struck the opponent will be hit with a burst of chakra attacking the victim's chakra network. Limits chakra flow for one turn for the victim after the opponent is hit by it. This attack uses the same idea behind of the Hyuga's Gentle Fist Style, but in a more broad and weapon oriented way. With focused chakra in the blade the chakra can be dispirsed inside the enemy while the blade is still within the target.

Note: This can only be Taught by Musasibou and Yagura.
Note: This can only be used 2 times during battle.
Note: User must wait 3 turns before being able to use this again.
