well as u capture me in the sticky substance i cancel out my sand move to replace it fast with
but instead of blowing me backwards i shoot it at the floor sending me flying into the air escaping the sticky go and dogeing you weapon attack
While in the air i use
aiming it straight at you
but before it gets to you i use
trapping you so the water hits you straight on.

to create the mist another time then while you don't see me you can't aim at me with your water jutsu and i change position
i then throw 3 kunai at you and then i use

alright dude but u cant blow away rain xD, it covers everywhere and most of the time it rains theres a huge amount of wind at the same time. But yeah u can't blow away rain cuz its constantly falling from the sky.
