Note:Only Yondaime/Fourth hokage can use this jutsu.And is unavoidable unless with space/time ninjutsu

now even if i don't have the sufficient reaction time, Flying Thunder god negates the fact teleporting me away along with my clones at the same time i unleash a barrage of kunai's over you, it'll cause a problem if even 1 gets near you
while all this my clone does the hand seals for another technique and the other one(which realized the situation soon enough) cuts through the tornado using another wind blade(lazy to copy paste the technique again)
