Description:This Sage technique is the ultimate attack or defense jutsu, but it comes with a big price. It takes up 90% (the other 10% is to maintain Sage Mode till the jutsu wears off) of the user's natural energy. First the user releases all of his natural energy into the air. Then the user is free to manipulate that natural energy. The user can use it to block an incoming attack (taijutsu and one elemental attack which can be at any rank) or the user can use this energy to attack or too subdue the opponent, meaning the user can make the natural energy grab hold of the opponent's hands, legs, etc.
-the user has to be in Sage Mode too use this jutsu-
-after this jutsu wears off the user is left without Sage Mode-
-after this the user cant perform any S-rank jutsus till the end of the fight-

If the user summons a clone that is in Sage Mode, the Natural Energy that the clone had will instantly travel to the real body.

Background Info.
History
I was born on the day when the kyuubi(nine tailed fox)attacked Konoha.My father was Minato Namikaze(The 4th Hokage) and he was also the person who sealed the kyuubi inside of me,as i later learned from my father he did this because he believed that i could one day harness this power and use it for good,and also to grant me a special ability that would help me defeat the person who was supposedly behind the nine tailed foxes attack,Uchiha Madara*aka Tobi*.
My father died in the process of the sealing*he sealed part of his soul in side me as well too act as a fail safe*.The Villages feared and hated me because of the deamon inside me,Thus i grown up alone and as an outcast.When i joined the ninja academy i find a person who accepted me and acknowledge me as a fellow Konoha citizen,and the persons name was Iruka.Thanks to Iruka i finished the ninja academy and i was placed in a team along whit Sakura Haruno and Sasuke Uchiha*dang i hated Sasuke back then -.-*and are captain*leader was Hatake Kakashi.As time passed i was accepted by my team mates as well and i finally felt i wasn't alone.Further along my life i was accpted by my fellow gennin and befriended whit a lot of people.
Me and Sasuke shared a strong Bond.We became Best friends even without knowing.The day that Sasuke left the village too join Orochimaru i was devastated and was assigned a mission to bring him back along whit other comrades*Shikamaru Nara as leader of the plato, Neji Hyuga, Choji Akamichi, Kiba Inuzuka, and finally but not least Rock Lee*.The mission was very hard
and we meet a couple off fierce enemy's along the way*Orochimarus Hanchman(The Sound Five)*.Each time we meet one of them we had too push on and leave one of are team mates behind to face the enemy.In the end it was me against Sasuke.I Tried everything i could to stop him but i couldn't do it but as it turned out Sasauke in the end didn't had the guts to kill me*He refused to gain power as Itachi did*,so he left me there and left too meet up whit Orochimaru.
Every since that day my life time goal became clear it was my goal to bring Sasuke back to the village and save him from Darkness.
Three tiring years has passed since that day and i grown stronger under the teaching of The pervy Sage*Jiraya*.
After my return i took part in multiple mission,one of them was too save Gaara of the Sand from Akatski.
Soon after Akatski deiced to come after me.My master The pervy Sage was killed by the leader of Akatski while on his mission to learn the whereabouts of Pain*the leader of akatski*.After killing my master Pain sett out to Konoha to capture me.Meanwhile we learned the sad news of Jirayas death and was give info about Pain.I was Invited to the secret place of the toads to be trained under Fukusaku who thought me the ways of Sage Arts and how to enter Sage Mode.
Whit this new gained ability I was able to beat Pain and safe Konoha from total destruction.
