Background info
History:
Hailing from a minor family in kumogakure known for there lightining and trap making skills who from birth put tatoo's on each of the childs wrist and teaching them the ways of trap making, item summoning and lightining jutsu. toraken is the fourth youngest member of his clan.
his Family seem have a direct loyalty and try to keep there existance as unknown as possible from the outside world with only minor rumour getting out. toraken is born from parents; yuniko and usagi hibana both jounin parents that have high expectations for him and give him harsh punishments when they hear of his mischief. toraken is mostly seen on his family grounds practicing his lightining jutsu with his training partner at the time, Yugito Ni.
graduating his years academy number 1 and was highly praised as a prodigy at trap making, toraken sticks by the phrase his grand-mother told him. "modesty determines a ninjas life-span, and those that brag are the first to be eliminated"
when hearing of Yugito's kidnapping he vowed to use everything he learned by her and his clan to stop any attempt on a life in his village. but once news of kirabi's kidnapping got to him, he lost faith in himself and his vow. only through the words of his grand-mother "if you don't succeed at first, try try again." he was back to his vow and his mischievous self.
now that the raikage has left for the kage sumit, his clan spend alot of time around the village and training with other clans because the raikage isnt there to give them orders. toraken is now focusing on his Raiton jutsu developing new techniques
