Background Info.
History: When Izure was born, her parents died early, and she was never named, so she was given the name Shan until they decided. She grew up a bit differently, making little blocks of snow, and freezing rain, but that was a small amount of her true power. Hidden inside she could battle with her ice power, it was only a matter of time.
Izure was powerful, being able to use the ice to her abilities, she became a jounin before she was 14 and becoming a s-class at 16. She was the strongest in her village and could get even stronger so she moved to the rain where she made all the rain freeze, but when she entered, she was given a special ice sword, which could freeze anything except humans, she was able to channel her ice chakra through the sword, and being able to create ice using the sword, she was considered amazing.
